Both the classes and the coaching have surpassed my expectations.After two of the Brown Bag Job Search classes my resume is making it through more computer searches.The interview coaching session was very difficult but incredibly helpful. In addition to developing appropriate scripts to interview questions, Donna pushed me to become aware of personal tendencies - facial expressions, voice tones and phrases - that obscure my competence and hurt me in interviews.Leaving the session, I knew I had so much work to do but that she had given me the tools I needed, and I am confident that once Ive done the work and implemented the feedback I will have better success with in-person interviews.

I decided to take a pause and give myself some time to think about and write this review with a cooler head. But even now I cant give the service 5 stars as I feel disappointed. The main reason is the value is not there. For the price of the package I paid I expected WOW, instead it was average. If it wasnt for Donnas excellent book, LI tutorial and stepping in to assist with the cover letter, I would have given this review two stars. The key product for me was the two resumes and I didnt expect to provide ideas and even re-write some of the content. I am yet to see if this investment makes an impact; so far I see no change in employers response to my new resume and CL.

I needed to find a very specialized position in a limited location. Donnas key helps included writing the perfect cover letter and, even more important, finding the hiring manager. After I reached the hiring manager, he confessed that my resume was not in his radar because RH placed it in a different bucket! That contact was critical for getting the new job I will be starting in two weeks. Donna also helped in my negotiations that increased my salary, got extra vacation and resulted in a starting bonus!
