A very confusing and gruff phone call put me off their services. Its like the person was speaking past me and didnt listen to what I was saying. Just had Corey repair my HP laptop! He replaced the parts that we malfunctioning and it is running like a top. Corey was amazing. He was very busy but still made the time for my repair needs. Long story short, I was going through a separation and I needed my exs info off of my laptop, but it was completely embedded. Cory Strange has been my life saver ! It was time for me to get rid of my old desktop computer which still was running Windows 7 and upgrade to a new lap top computer (my FIRST one) and begin to use Windows 10. I did not want to have to disconnect the desktop and lug it to a computer store and try to figure out what would be the best laptop to purchase, how the information was going to be transferred to the laptop, and then have to bring that home and try to connect it to my modem and printer and all of the other details involved in changes computers. (I am a 78 year old widow and technology is both a mystery and a miracle to me.) My neighbor recommended Cory because he had come to her house about five months ago and taken care of moving everything from her old computer to her new one and installing Windows 10. That was EXACTLY the kind of service I was hoping to have also. I called Cory and described my situation to him. He took care of finding the right laptop for me plus the kind of keyboard I wanted and a wireless mouse (I dont care for the laptop keyboard and touch pad type of mouse). When he arrived at my home he set EVERYTHING up for me. He even connected my laptop to my desktop larger screen so now I can work with TWO screens if I want to! Cory also wirelessly connected me to my new printer. He took away my old computer and all the various cables that I no longer needed and disposed of them for me. AND TO TOP THAT ALL OFF, I can call him when I run into problems and he can connect to my computer remotely with my permission and help me resolve my issue.....all without additional charges from him! Yesterday, all of the sudden red alarm pages came on my computer saying I have security problems! I called Corey with a computer issue. My computer was pretty old and I couldnt get on the internet. Corey came out the same day I called him at a convenient time for me. He looked at the computer and gave me some options, he took the machine back to his office and examined it further and recommended that we get a refurbished Dell computer since it would not be worth it to fix the old one. The refurbished Dell machine came with a one year warranty. He was very helpful and explained things in a way that I could understand. I decided to go with the refurbished computer and he was able to save all of my data including pictures. He came back out the following day and hooked the machine up, explained how to use it. This was an upgrade from what I had, so there was quite a bit to explain. Overall, it was a very pleasant, quick and affordable experience!! WOW.... These guys Rock! I really didnt want to have to load up my PC and take it to have it looked at. I found Mobile Computer Specialist on the Tom Martino Referral List and called them. The came to my house in Arvada.... did a Free PC Diagnostic and then gave me some options on repair. I really couldnt believe it... they gave me a low cost fix that would get me by and also a plan to get a few more years out of my computer. When they were done my PC ran faster than when I bought it.... really I am not kidding. If you need your PC fixed at a good price and want a service that comes to you these are the guys to call.

I called to help figure out an issue I was having where my laptop would restart if I closed the lid. He walked me through how to fix my issue free of charge! I was even considering buying a new computer because it was such a problem for my work!

Horrible experience! Total scam artist, all previous reviews are fabricated accounts. Let me list the ways this is a one way street to getting ripped off:-There is no staff just one guy named Corey-His business hours are fake. He lives in Conifer and comes down for a few hours to pick up your pc, if hes up there and you need your computer back you have to drive up there and meet him at a gas station-He has no physical address. The Arvada address in his website is fake, that address (W.66th Ave) belongs to a strip mall and no one there knows anything about a pc repair business.-He actually thereatened me and my kids. Because he knows my address he said I should be scared.-After I confronted him about how unprofessional his business is and how he is lying about his address he actually said maybe you should do better research before you hire someone-He quoted me $550 give or take to install a $38 hard driveSo there you have it, if you are reading, consider your self warned-

This Company saved me!Back in December of 2020 I was having some tech issues. I called 5 different companies in Denver. None of them offered to help. Corey stayed on the phone with me for an hour - learning about my problem and diagnosing it. He didnt charge anything and said to call back when I decided what to do.My laptop crashed on Sunday night. It was beyond repair - So I called Monday morning at 8AM and asked Corey if he could get me a new machine ASAP. Corey drove to my house a delivered the PC with a keyboard within 24 hours of me calling. He then logged in remotely to help me with some tech issues I was having.The PC was so incredible - I decided to buy a laptop from him the same week without even seeing it. The care that he puts into his work - I have never seen anything like it. I have never been treated so well by a company. I cannot recommend them enough.The only downside - I cant move from Colorado because then Corey wont be able to drive over and help me :)
