Connolly’s Towing was Highly recommended by my dealership Corvette Connections. I called and they came out sooner than the time they told me on the phone. My car was in a dangerous place on 38th and they called in another tow truck to block the street and get us out safe. Richard, the driver made the entire process easy and hassle free. He explained everything he was going to do snd made sure I felt safe the entire time. He made the ride back to the dealership super comfortable and made it a point to make me laugh to lighten the mood. Best service ever! Their prices where very competitive and the care that Richard took with my car from start to finish was bar none. Thank you Richard! I will most definitely plan to use Connolly’s exclusively in the future.

Very easy process the gentleman that took us to see the car was very friendly and kind.

The staff there was very nice but the guy who towed me Mislead me into thinking letting them tow would be cheaper or no cost than calling someone else and did not tell me how much the towing would cost which ended up being ridiculously expensive. I then have another tow company come and try to get the car out of the impound and they tell them that their towing license or something wasn’t in the system when it should’ve been because they came back the next day with the paperwork and is able to tow the car. Not only was this fault on their end which caused a delay in the towing but they also charged me a fee to have it stay there for another day when it was their fault.

If you get towed and your vehicle is in their lot for more than 3 days, they charge a $100 admin fee for processing paperwork and mailing certified mail to your address. Their rates as of February 2021 are $175 for towing, $30/day for storage, $30 pound fee, and $100 admin fee. They have to mail the certified letters before they can send your vehicle to the scrap yard. Certified mail is like $2 at the usps and I never received any certified mail even after paying the $100 admin fee.I was out of town when I was towed after being hit while parked, and could not get my car out until day 4 so I was charged $425. I spoke with them on day 2, and say I would get the vehicle asap. They will not release the vehicle to anyone but the owner unless you have a notarized letter. Also you cant pay for the vehicle to be released until your tow truck is on site.2 stars because Dave was polite while explaining things to me.0 stars because the towing and impound industry is a giant scam.

They. Just towed. Our car. The driver was hooking up as we were walking up I asked him. If he could drop it that I had the 70 fee he told me policy changed. Its now 175 which is a lie. Colorado law says. That its a maximum not 70 dollars. Not only that but law also say if u can walk up n get in ur car then there not supposed to tow it I will be going to the media

We lost a family member in a car accident this week and had to go in to pick up personal belongings. The people at this facility were incredible. They helped us in every way, starting with the office staff, to the three men that helped with the car. They all went far above and beyond.

Robert Cahill and his partner came earlier than expected and helped an elderly gentleman who’d been stranded in front of our house for over 4 hours. Was an extra $65 on top of the fees quoted to get my car free from their Impound. Other than that the employees were professional and helpful.

So im here doing a release on my sisters car and the impound side the ladys are really rude and disrespectful!! Also they dont wear masks while there is 1 or more in the office!!! They need to be fined!!! If i was able to leave a 0 i would!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. My son is out of state for a job & he left his car in a spot that got him towed. I called the office to see about getting it back & April was so helpful & kind. We really needed compassion and understanding and she was both of those things. We live 2hrs away from Connollys, so the whole circumstance was terrible until we talked to the tow yard. Very clean, professional and everyone I dealt with was amazing! When I called to see of I could get my vehicle the female I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. She spoke to me like I was a criminal. Extremely uncalled for the way she spoke to me.

Terrible they released my truck to the wrong owner and now it is gone have to report stolen. I spoke to them 3-4 times about everything and paperwork they still let my car go ridiculous. Messy as heck!

Awesome just awesome helped out with everything and nice about it all the way around. After a motorcycle accident the last thing you need is more injury and everything was there and with the bike. The whole place was clean and in order very nice from the people to the bathroom very nice.

Police had my mothers car towed after a medical emergency and I had to retrieve it. The young woman who helped me was so sweet and very helpful and polite and did everything she could so that I could get my moms car back. The young man in the Pick up yard was also very polite and helpful and professional. I get that this is not a job where youre going to have a lot of fans. These guys really are very professional and customer service oriented.

After being hit by a driver running a red light, Connollys was called by police to tow my vehicle. When I was not feeling well and driven there by a friend, Connollys staff were short, impatient, and had written down incorrect vehicle info. on the form for lot man. I felt disrespected when I corrected the info. with that woman. I did not have a good experience with them during both visits. The police should have allowed me to choose my own tow company (AAA) since I was alert.

Didnt like the way you all went through my whole car....Plus you were even listening to music in my car and I know cause I only have ever listen to my youtube and it was on a radio station playing music????

Had to get my car towed to a dealership. The lady who answered the phone was polite and was clear with her communication. Mark, was the driver who showed up on time. I was greeted with a warm smile. Mark was professional and kind. If I ever have to get my car towed, I’ll be call this business.

Tried to get a tow from these guys the other day. Dispatcher said 2 to 4 hours and couldnt recommend another service. Ended up going with Denver towing. They were there in 30 minutes.

Even though I didnt have all the info they needed on hand they still sent a truck out for me. The employee was very polite. Service was over all very efficient and timely. Convenience is highly appreciated in these types of situations.

My wife was in a wreck and the car towed here......but it’s not a horror story the lady’s at the front desk were very nice and respectful. Friendly staff allowed me to drive my vehicle back to hers to so we didn’t have to carry all the baby stuff she had in the car clean facilities with a very pleasant staff hopefully you don’t need to go here but if you do have no fear as you will be treated with the respect you treat the lady’s in the office. The real review here is ZERO stars!!My car was stolen from my house, 5 days later it is recovered by the police and conveniently sent to this business. My vehicle had NOTHING missing after being told this was a common car (old Honda) that get stolen for parts. Understanding that theory however if it is a common vehicle to be stolen why didnt they steal any parts on the vehicle? The car wasnt even hot wired or messed with as a thief would commonly do to steal a car. How was my vehicle driven off my property? After 5 days missing, no gas was wasted and the glass from the broken window was still sitting on the drivers seat, who drives with glass on the seat? I honestly think this is a conspiracy, I literally paid over $200 to have my vehicle stolen from MY PROPERTY. This lot is full of commonly prone to theft vehicles (old cars). I did not see any new models in this lot. New cars do not get towed to this business?This has FRAUD written ALL OVER!

I own a truck fleet repair business, we have come to use Connollys towing almost exclusively. From the dispatch to drivers to accounting, everyone we deal with is pleasant and professional. I recommend Connollys anytime asks us who to use.

My diesel Excursion, pulling a trailer full of FedEx boxes, broke down at Sheridan and Ralston. I went through the Google list of tow trucks and Connollys got there the fastest. Not only did they tow me to my diesel mechanics, but they also swung by FedEx and helped carry the boxes in for me. I am a small business owner and I cannot tell you how important it was to get these packages shipped. Rob and his trainee were wonderful.

The recep was nice. The stairs leading to their house are neat. Id live in that area. They are available it seems 24/7. Only met a driver briefly once I think. Someone else ran down the stairs once. The recep was pleasant. There were people in there who were upset. Great logging skills, not like the mom Ive heard about, hers are great but a different form.

My vehicle got impounded. The lady in the front office with short hair was really hateful and unprofessional.

My Monday started horrible. Had to have my car towed from the airport. Connolly towing was super responsive & Friendly at 7am and helped me schedule a time to get my car and take it all the way to centennial to my shop. My Driver was Mitch. Very friendly and easy going. Took care of everything no problem and found my location easily and on time even though it was an unusual pickup. He reminded me my insurance could probably help and they did! Thank you so much for making the experience a better one!

I live on Lamar in Arvada, which is just west of where this tow company is located and I see their drivers go up and down Lamar right in front of my house daily. Ive never once seen them go under 50mph, and the posted speed limit on this street is 30mph. There is always kids playing in front yards and lots of people walking up and down the street. Im surprised nobody has been killed by one of these tow truck drivers flying down the street. Not to mention there is always someones vehicles on their flat beds. Slow down this is a residential street that people live on.

My experience here was AWFUL! Michelle at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is the last type of treatment I expected after totalling my car. Michelle made me feel very uncomfortable while I was inquiring about my car. She held a very poor attitude with me and Im surprised at how extremely rude she was. I am very disappointed with my experience at Connollys towing.

Its a bad enough day when you need your car towed but then to deal with this inadequate company makes it the worst!!!! Dispatch has no clue and is rude. The tow truck showed up after we got fed up and cancelled. He was rude as well. I told him we had cancelled because we had been waiting for over 4 1/2 hours. All he said was you did? and shut the door in my face. Dispatch told me we kept getting pushed back because they had tow calls from the police but never communicated anything to me until I cancelled. There was never an apology from anyone. We called another company that was there within 30 minutes and both dispatch and driver were awesome.

Myself my wife and premature baby where in a collision where the vehicle was totaled. They went out of their way to make life easy on us. Even helped with taking my tags off and driving me back to my car multiple times.great customer service. Listening to all of our worlds problems. And providing service with a smile. Great service. The way they treat customers is beyond disrespectful. People who come in are not at their best, and possibly going through some trauma. To be belittled and given attitude because you may be missing a document is unprofessional and very degrading. Vehicles aren’t here by choice, yes some may be parking violations but in our case our little 18 YO sister was in a severe car accident and we were only there to retrieve her personal item, fortunately for us our sister is no longer in the hospital, although this may not be the case for all customers that enter your establishment. People are in their most vulnerable state and to be re-traumatized by the behavior of your staff is disgusting. I could only hope you dont suffer through a loss and encounter such treatment during your time of suffering.

The man was prompt, coutious and delightful. This is the 3rd time I have used them and would recommend them to anyone.

The main thing about this place is how they genuinely care for the people . and to back it up they start their drivers @ $ 23.00 per hour . Need I say more .

These people are absolute scam artists for how they charge for towing. Had my car stolen and unfortunately this was the company to tow it and impound it. Charged insane fees and the front desk people are extremely dismissive when asking about the fees. Deni in the impound office was very rude when we arrived to pick up our stolen vehicle. It was a tough week and a little empathy goes a long way. Then, we are hit with an extensive towing and hold fee to pay for the fancy new building, I suspect. Our truck, with a broken window, was left uncovered on a snowy day. On the upside, the gal who checked us out was a lot more pleasant and the lot guy was helpful. Get that lot guy a golf cart!

Explained that my truck was stuck at 711 because someone drilled a hole in my gas tank. The quite was for 160 bucks to tow it. Fine. But then they didnt have any availability and asked me to wait till Sunday. No its friday morning and im at a gas pump at 711. Found lunas towing who was quick and reasonable at 90 dollars for the same job.....

Insanely overpriced! More than doubled the price of a Heavy Duty Crane Truck anywhere else. I dont know if the lady on the phone was just trying to pocket the difference or what she was trying to do, but I will gladly recommend finding ANY other company to call. I need Heavy Duty Wreckers all around the country, and often just google Crane Truck services and start calling. I know that Colorado is already higher than most states as far as prices on wreckers, but the lady who answered the phone gave me a price more than double that of a much larger unit from one of there local competitors. Who has agreed to drive 2 hours from their HQ to load my equipment, and was still HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper. As a person whose majority of work takes place on the phone and dealing with wrecker services and trucking in general, I would recommned that anybody needing any wrecker service to shop around first, and if you still cant find anybody, take an AD out of FB Marketplace, or Craigslist, or anything else, except calling Connollys.

If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give. I live 3.5 hours from Denver. My fathers car was impounded so I called to verify what was needed to get it out and if I’d be possible to do it in a day. I was told what I needed and that it’s possible, I drove the 3.5 hrs, I got a power of attorney, went to pick up the truck with the money to pay the fees and the truck isn’t even drivable. Completely totaled. I was then told, I could pay a minimal towing fee and they would disposed of the vehicle. I discuss this with my father and he agreed. When I returned to pay the fee they asked for the title. Which I didn’t have. This was never communicated to me. So I spent 2 days, 7 hours and missed work and didn’t get one thing completed. Waist of time, money and efforts. To obtain the title I’ll need to return to Denver and search for it. Communication with this place is the worst. I have never delt with such bad customer service in my life. They are nothing but theives

I was JUST towed by Connollys Towing after getting my car stuck off the side of a hill after our giant snowstorm. I am so impressed and will recommend them to anyone who needs quick, responsive, and friendly towing services. I thought for sure my car was going to be stuck until summer came and I could just drive it out of the ditch, but Connollys got back to me within an hour of calling in (its been insanely busy for them, Im sure) and said they were on the way to get my car!I didnt need a tow; I just needed to be winched out, and about 25 minutes (It was stuck bad!) and $100 later I was back on the road and driving just fine. I was completely impressed by the prompt service and the price.I will recommend Connollys to anyone!

I would not recommend using this towing service. They charged me 2x the going rate for towing my vehicle 2 miles. When I paid with my credit card, the driver called his dispatcher on his CB radio and read off my credit card info. Since anyone can overhear that info who is tuned to the same channel, this is a great way for them to facilitate credit card fraud. If they are this careless and unprofessional with my credit info I am certainly not trusting them with my business. I needed to have my car towed again to a repair shop the following day, and I used another company who charged me less than half what I was charged by Connollys. Dont use this service! Unprofessional price gougers.

My tire self-destructed on the highway, so needless to say my day wasnt going as planned. My roadside assistance sent Will from Connollys Towing and I was really impressed with the experience. Will was professional, upbeat and we even shared a few laughs as he did everything he could to better my situation. We ended up towing the car and I only wish I had some cash on me so I could have tipped him - he really deserved it. Thanks, Connollys Towing! You made a potentially bad day a lot better.

Aggressive drivers!!! I was traveling down University there was a car in front of me we were at a normal pace with an open lane to my right, one of their drivers came up behind me very fast and decided to lay on his horn, for no reason. Then he proceeded to race passed me in the open lane, far exceeding the speed limit.
