I purchased my auto policy through them a while back and recently called to get a quote on my homeowners insurance. Ezekiel was FANTASTIC. Never once have I gotten off the phone with an insurance company understanding everything that they told me, and that completely changed with him. The homeowners insurance process was much more in depth than my auto, I thought for sure there were going to be pieces that I just didnt comprehend. After 10 years with Farmers insurance I decided to do some checking to make sure we were getting the best policy at the best price; plus good customer service. I was referred to Greg Kostuk through NextDoor and what an awesome experience!We save $1800 which was great...and we added items to the policy...including upping our Umbrella from 1 mill to 2 million...still saving money. The 2 programs we added were Protect the lines to your home- which was critical for us since we have our own septic system and leaching field. But it also covers protection for underground service line failures. Worth checking out. But my favorite was their Home System Protection policy that covers replacing stuff like furnace, air conditioners, hot water heaters sump pumps etc.Greg was amazing to work with and I feel like we have someone who has our best interest at heart. He never makes me feel like my questions or concerns are absurd, unfounded, or too small. Exceptional ExperienceAfter 2+ years of a non-responsive agent and insurance company, I saw a post on Nextdoor and decided to give Greg a shot at my business. I emailed him the afternoon of July 3rd as his office had already closed for the 4th and I received a response in about 5 minutes. We set up an appointment for the 5th. He called me the morning of the 5th and invited me in earlier than planned. 3 hours later I probably had the most extensive review of my insurance coverages that I have ever had. I now have significantly better coverage, extra protections that I needed, no deductibles for my auto coverage and saved $1300 a year. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new agent reach out to Greg, you wont be disappointed!!
