Todd Baker & Shauna in the Denver office are great! Ive used Todd for years and they have been wonderful. However I had trouble in the Tucson office with Deborah in James Wingers office & was never able to talk with him when problems with her. My new agent in Tucson, Georgiana Plank, seems good so far. Also, hate your billing system and how we get something in the mail from you guys every other day it seems. Also the mailing address on the envelope does not seem to work & then I get a notice that Im being cancelled, so I never use the envelope anymore & have to mail it to the offices or call to make sure it works.

We feel that Todd is very knowledgeable and honest as he reviews our policies and notices ways he can save us money or protect us where we really need additional coverage.
