Great company. We are so thankful for the amazing quality of work ReStoreCo completed. They were very great to work with and maintained a high level professionalism as well as friendly demeanor during every appointment. Our water damage required several visits to check on the equipment to reduce the moisture level in the basement. They created a schedule that worked with us and always came on time. Each person that worked on our project including the office personnel were fantastic. Wish I could work with more companies like this one.

They came to my house very quickly after a bad storm. The owner was friendly and efficient with his inspection and quote. The two workers were so kind, showed up on time, and did a great job letting me know what they were doing. 100% would recommend!

RestoreCo managed all of our flood and mold issues after some sewage backed up into our basement. They responded quickly after the flood and were able to diagnose the mold issues right away and let us know what type of mitigation we needed. They also worked with our insurance company from start to finish to ensure the services we needed would be covered. When it came time to do the work, the team was very polite, professional and left our house nice and tidy after completing the work. We had a sewer back up a few days before Christmas and were completely stressed out. We called a plumber who brought in RestoreCo and Im happy that they did. Tyson and his team came over immediately and started mitigation. With his team running the show our basement was made safe again, dry wall repaired, carpet replaced and freshly painted in just a few weeks. We would absolutely use RestoreCo again.

I cannot begin to explain how incredibly stellar RestoreCO is. Our basement flooded due to a sewage pipe issue and they got to our home right away and created a plan to get things fixed. We had just moved to a new house, and our old house was on the market and nine days from closing. My husband went over to check on things -- and found all three floors completely flooded. Water was pouring from the second floor through the ceiling to the main floor and down into the finished basement. We immediately called our plumber, but knew we had a much bigger problem than that. Fortunately, the plumber knew Ryan Sumner/RestoreCo and gave us his number. Within an hour (!) four trucks and eight men were at the house, getting started on the massive cleanup and remediation. Since then, RestoreCo has worked closely with us every step of the way, helping us navigate our insurance company, mortgage company, and more. If not for their speedy response and expert help, we would have had an even worse problem. Bonus: Ryan and his colleagues have excellent people skills, which is very reassuring during such a difficult time. Stay tuned for another review once RestoreCo finishes the restoration of our house, as nearly every room had to be gutted.

RestoreCo did a fantastic job getting my house back to normal after a water leak destroyed our entire garage ceiling and one wall, in addition to ruining floors in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. They were able to come out to mitigate the water damage much more quickly than any other company I spoke to in Denver. They also finished the rebuild job much faster and at a higher quality than I ever expected (only took about a month from start to finish!). Other people I have spoken to who have had similar water damage issues have been astounded by how quickly RestoreCo completed the job in comparison to their experiences. The staff were amicable and professional, and put in every effort to make sure I was satisfied, including resolving issues with finding the exact match for our floorboards. They also helped extensively in coordinating with the insurance company, which alleviated a lot of stress on my end! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of their types of services!!!
