Yesterday I stopped by the AG Spectrum store to pick up an internet self-installation kit. That process went smoothly (as did the installation), but it was what I witnessed in the store that made me write this review. An elderly man with mental illness was talking to an associate at the front desk. He was upset, mostly incoherent, and frequently verbally attacked the associate. The associate (I really wish I had noticed his name!) was very calm, kind, and gracious to the man. After the man left the store, I expected the two associates to make a disparaging remark or joke about the uncomfortable situation, but the first comment thoroughly impressed me: Thats so sad. His head isnt right. It could be any of us. He isnt trying to be difficult. If we all displayed the level of sympathy and patience I saw in this store yesterday, the world would be a better place.

I traded in 2 phones to Angel at the Arroyo Grande branch. He told me after 2 weeks the credit would be applied to my monthly billing statement. Fast forward a whole month later.. Charter is still asking for the full price of my 2 brand new galaxy note ultras. When I talked to HQ they said that they have had several complaints related to this store for giving false information. Small Claims? Especially with a new GM at the AG location? Seems about right if theyre not going to call me back to apologize for lieing to both I and my wife and not putting the credit on my phones. Verizon is by far better
