Wow, I’m impressed with this company from my great and easy blood draw to calling the company with questions- all interactions have been with helpful, nice people!I have small, moving veins which has resulted in a lot of bad experiences with blood draws. My last draw was from Central Coast Pathology where I was treated as just a number in a long line of numbers and just another arm with a person attached to it that complained when it was poked 5 times and inconvenienced the person drawing my blood. Everyone I talked to from their main office (to get directions and info on pricing) to the people drawing blood treated me as an annoyance to them. It was horrible and I’ll never go there again. I even wondered if there were any lab places that would treat me as a person. So, I googled all labs and upon seeing one good review of LabCorp, decided to give it a try...Wow, I was so surprised to find no one in the waiting room and a nice, friendly person there to help me and draw my blood! AND, when I called their main number to get information about pricing, etc- again, totally surprised about how nice everyone is with this company! They have all been so helpful and nice! I’m so happy to have found a place that treats me like a person - definitely recommend them!

PRICE! Quest diagnostics was asking for $3500 for a batch of blood tests (x13 to be specific), yet this lab charged me $1000 for the exact same tests. I rate 4/5 stars right now because there was no wait or delay, but I have not yet received my results, so I cannot comment on the delivery part as of yet, although a four day delivery was promised. My doctor warned two weeks is most common with labs so if Labcorp delivers in four days, I will be five star impressed!
