Worse customer service experience! Had them come out for a bid on windows. Their rep came out on Thursday, today is Wednesday and we still have not received the bed. Called this morning at 8:30, lady said they do not come in till 11am and that I could call back during business hours. I asked if I could leave a message and she said they usually do not check those! LOL! Home Depot you lost my business!
Whats not to love about The Home Depot? I didnt buy anything this trip, just looked at my options to replace my kitchen sink. They offer interest free financing, so Ill be back soon.
Dont bother with Home Depot! Had carpet installation scheduled a month out. The evening before they call to say they lost the carpet and have to reschedule. Save yourself some time and money and use a carpet store instead!
