These guys were the best. So professional, the job was so well done, absolutely no problem whatsoever. I would hire them again and wished more businesses conducted themselves with such a strong work ethic. Kudos guys.

Clyde did a great job cleaning our town home. Our 25 year old gutters were extremely discolored on the outside and they now look brand new. The rest of the house looks great too. In addition to quality work, Clyde was very responsive. Within an hour of calling him, he provided me with a detailed quote and after I accepted the quote, he was able to schedule an appointment immediately. He worked with me entirely over text message, which I really appreciated too. On the day of our appointment, Clyde arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and neighbors!

All I can say is WOW!! These gentlemen did beautiful work, everything looks fantastic! I had them do my back deck and the rail road ties in my front garden. The back deck wasnt quite as dirty as the front, but it turned out as beautiful as the front! I would highly recommend!

Clyde was prompt in his replies to all of my questions and was accommodating with availability. He did an awesome job on the siding of my moms house and it was a perfect gift to her that she greatly appreciated! She was so happy with the work that she called KDS a couple months later to power wash her front driveway and sidewalk. The work absolutely transformed the look of the front of the house! Absolutely recommend KDS to anyone and everyone.

They did a great job cleaning moss covered pavers on a shady patio. All of the moss was gone and the pavers looked brand new.

I am disappointed to report that services with Clyde and KDS started off well but are ending poorly. We arranged to have him power wash our house, clean gutters and windows over 2 separate service days. Day 1 they did a great job power washing but pulled the gutter covers off and didnt reinstall them. We have called and left numerous messages to have them return to correct this and do stage 2 of the quoted job (window cleaning) and Clyde is not returning our calls. Very disappointed. Make sure you inspect details of the services before departure and dont pay upfront!
