My son called to check towing rates and informed them of the type of vehicle. When the towing guys actually got there, they charged him 50% more than they said on the phone because they had to use a certain strap (again they knew the car that was being towed when they quoted the price on the phone). Called the office and they were pretty obnoxious and unprofessional (excluding the receptionist). Definitely will never use them again.

Very unprofessional, and difficult to work with. They are all about accruing storage charges, as well as making it difficult for other companies to work with ( again, all about making scandalous charges) I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Their google rating really says it all. I work in the auto industry and had a hard time working with them. They made an elderly couple jump through hoops just to get the car to our shop. Only way they would work with the elderly couple was if they use Squires to tow it away. Very unfortunate. Again, their reviews and google rating say it all!

My tow truck driver, Brian, provided the absolute best customer service possible. Driving cross-country and towing a trailer, the last thing I wanted to have happen is have my truck break down on the side of the freeway just outside St. Louis, but he got there in a hurry and quickly got me to the mechanics shop. He was friendly and professional and also helped me find a good hotel to stay the evening. I would give more than five stars if possible!

I had a good experience with Squires today. The driver was courteous and reassuring though I was very nervous and apprehensive. Other reviewers are correct that the driver is later than the projected time scheduled by my insurance dispatcher, but the care and confidence the driver exuded was definitely needed.

The drive showed up 40 minutes late. Started yelling at me. Stated I did not answer my phone. Pulled out my phone to show him that there were no calls. Driver cursed me and left me stranded on the side of a busy highway in danger. Spoke with the manager who would not listen to my story. Manager would not give me the owners name or number. Had to call Pippins towing who were awesome. The whole time this was accruing my husband is being seen at the hospital. Please do not use this company....

The service was ridiculously bad. They had my car for about 2-3 days and couldnt determine the problem. They for some reason thought the ignition switch needed to be replaced and wanted the car sent to a Pontiac dealership. Instead, I had my car towed to a more reliable mechanic. It turns out that the problem was a simple wiring problem that should have been easily found in less than a day. On top of all that, they left a nice 6 inch crack in my front windshield.This was my first and last time using Squires. Way too unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever! I just got out of the hospital from my wreck and needed stuff out for my kid and work and they couldnt be bothered to let me get it after hours. The last yard let me pick up stuff at 10 o clock at night .If the cops would have let me I would have had it towed there! Horrible! Not everyone can make bankers hours! Its my property I should have the right to receive it.

This place is bullshit. Kept my car for a week just so they can charge my insurance. Then finally took my car to a place to get worked on and I went up there and my car is completely covered in mud! Is there a way I can post the pictures?!

They towed our car after an accident. They were supposed to tow it to the adjuster by a certain time.Had to beg them to let us fax over permission to release the car, again the weather conditions did not allow us to get out conveniently, and all of us were banged up after the wreck. Not sure why in the 21st century when I can get a mortgage over the internet this was such an ordeal.Two days later, our car was still not towed. We understood that weather conditions were rough, but they could have given us a call. We only have 30 days rental, so each delay can become expensive.Finally had to get someone else to go get it after the manager was rude and dismissive to my wife. I think I would rather push my car than have these guys tow it.

Apparently when Squires Towing picks up a wrecked vehicle the tow truck driver just drops the car off in any random businesses parking lot, totally disregarding the customers request that the car be dropped off at a different location. Also totally disregarding the disruption to said business caused by said car impeding traffic flow in the businesses parking lot when it shouldnt have been dropped there in the first place.

Showed up way sooner than expected, very quick/ got the job done, and excellent Service for a decent price will use again if needed!

Squires damaged the lower rear of our car while dragging our vehicle during a tow. They would not accept any responsibility for the damages while we waited for over a week at the body shop for Squires to even return a call concerning the damages that they had caused. They NEVER did pay for any of the damages that they had caused.In addition to the damages to our vehicle, they towed our car to the incorrect repair shop that we requested. Squires then charged us for additional towing fees to get the car to the original repair shop that we requested.Please do NOT use Squires for any services since they are not accountable for damages that they cause to your vehicle while towing.

Squires used and provided defective parts which extensively damaged my vehicle and the repairs I paid them to make. Squires would not stand behind the workmanship or their vendors parts only blaming others for the catastrophic failure which cost me thousands originally and after the fact.

Some of the trucks roll bed frame rails were broke and missing. Roll bed would bend and flex and I was very worried my car would fall through it. Very dirty cabs to ride in.

Just wanted to say thanks to Squires Towing and my operator Bobby for taking good care of me yesterday after the accident I was involved in on 270 at 55. Very professional!
