Just had my boys nails grinded at Petsmart in Arnold. What a huge mistake. Peter took 20 minutes grinding his nails and they were sharp & jagged. I asked they be redone. After another 25 minutes of grinding I only checked one paw and my boy was ready to get out of there so we left. After a 10 minute ride home his paw was bloody.I took him out to the patio to search how to stop the bleeding and it was literally dripping blood, fast. I did call to speak to a manager who said they would have a conversation. A conversation? I said that guy either needs retrained or never let him touch paws again. They said he was not a new employee. I will never go back. There wasnt an option for zero stars.

The Arnold Missouri store is just outstanding and everywhere. The employees are eager to help and they remember your fur babies names. They are extra kind and eager to help. And the grooming facility well I have never taken him to a better place, they listen to everything I say and they do exactly what I say. I will never find better service anywhere else. Keep up the good job PetsMart you’re the best

Whenever I can in to the store, there was a beta fish display near the entrance that caught my attention. Upon inspection there were at least 6 obviously dead fish and 2 of them were actually rotting in the water. I went to the associate at the register and notified her and her response was that beta fish actually will lay down and sleep and only appear to be dead. I reiterated that they were really dead and she said then it wasnt her job and started complaining about the associate thats supposed to take care of them.

Went in for some fish and every tank was crusty and had sick fish. A bunch of the tanks had dead fish stuck to the filtration tubes. Told the purple haired chick they had a bunch of dead fish, she shrugged it off and went to smoke. Went over to Petco and everything looked super clean and healthy even the rodents.

This is a small version of the normal stores. The manager is very friendly and always looking for ways to help. Still have what we need as we need them.

If anybody has had a bad experience with the staff, maybe they were just having a bad day. Always kind and helpful. Thank you.

Retail prices on most food, largest aquarium was 70 gallons.Clean, lots of selection, but too corporate and a little spendy.

Im given two instead of one is because they had the fishtank kit we were looking for. Other than that the staff in the fish area had no clue what they were telling us to do. They didnt give us great advice as to start our fishtank. All our $75 worth if fish they sold us died my kids were so upset. We went to another company and we got advice on how to start fish tank right, all the fish we got from them are still alive.

Well its not bad for a quick stop but prices are high and they dont carry every brand just popular brands.

Theyre pretty expensive for my budget but they have a lot of variety and the thing I liked about them most is they always have canned dog food on sale

Karen and the rest of the grooming staff are amazing; I took my extremely anxious senior dog here, they did an incredible job. I would definitely recommend the grooming services.

My wife and I go here on a regular basis for our dog and cat supplies. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist you when you are struggling to find specific items. The store is clean and well stocked. There is a great variety of toys, food, and other additional items for your pet needs.

Went to PetSmart in arnold tonight got there around 8:30 after going to the one in crystal city and finding out arnold has the small cage lizards so knowing they close soon I rushed there to get a bearded dragon I been dieing to have Ive been reading up on the pros and cons of having one for a week I finally just decided to get it itll make me happy got there and no one decided to approach us to ask if we need help with anything they were both talking up front so I went browsing finally the intercom came on stating there was 5 minutes left then the store will be closed so not knowing that they dont sell any pets 15mins before close pretty valuable info to announce if you ask me I decided to hurry to find a employee to help I with I had gotten her name with the blue hair because she was one of the rudest shift lead or whatever her title is I had ask for help and instantly I could catch a vibe from her but I went ahead and asked anyway since I knew what to get anyway and had everything on my check list that I needed that Ive read about well the girl said she would need to find someone and that usually they dont sell 15 minutes before close I said Im sorry I never heard any warning or anything she walked away and had another girl come to me she told me that let me say first very sweet girl I know she was just telling and doing what the chick behind the earphone was telling her to come say she started saying that I wasnt able to get a bearded lizard unless I purchased the 75 😳 YEAH 75 GALLON TANK I looked at the girl like she was really kidding with me I told her I know Ill need a bigger tank in a few months or so to fit the bearded lizard when it becomes an ADULT that Ive read what I need to start off with and read that a 10gallon tank is fine for the lizard but to make it a lil easier Ill go ahead and get the tank thats the next size up from 10 but as to purchasing a 300 dollar tank that would swallow the baby lizard up because I read WHEN YOU PURCHASE THEM THEY ARE BABIES so Im ok with getting the small one for now so she went ahead and asked me if I wanted to finish getting the things together shell go ahead and grab the lizard and paperwork so just finishing up gathering the food for the baby the chick with the blue hair once again appears up behind me and stated that they are requiring me to get the 75 because in 3 months the lizard will be about 2ft long and that the dont recommend the all in one starter aquarium that they have on the shelf to purchase thats says for lizards of the kind I was getting I told her I have read all about the lizard I was well aware of knowing I was going to have to purchase a bigger cage in 3 or so months from the time I purchase the baby but off the jump getting the 75 gallon tank will only swallow that baby Ive had friends with the same lizard told me when they bought theirs like a week or so ago that they got the starter all in one 10 gallon tank for her itty bitty cutie she got the lady said she has two of these lizards an shes well aware of how to care for them too and that they quit requiring the 10 gallon tank because of the uv lamp that comes with the 10 gallon tank doesnt get hot enough as it should and a few more other cons about as to why they wont let you get the 10 gallon at first by the time she started listing the so call flaws of this tank I told her Ill just wait till in the morning and go purchase else where because I no you guys are closed and dont want to help me out real quick because of that reason but thats just pointless to have a tank that says use to start off your kit for your beardie🦎 She never once tried to stop me I put everything I was going to purchase back on the shelves and removed myself from that store🤬🤬 so blue hair chick I would hate to know if I was the owner of a company that people come and spend a good amount of $$ at also get a reptile placed in a good home and very loved that you refused a sale and had the worst attitude for a lead thats in charge of a shift I wouldnt want to know how many people she refused a sale wit

We signed up to take our puppy to puppy school at the PetSmart in Arnold. The first two classes were ok. Right before the 3rd class, we received a notification that the teacher was unable to make it, and they were looking for a replacement. What??? Was she unable to make it that day? Or, did she quit? We were told when we first registered, that we had to purchase a $20 book to get $20 off, and some other little offers, so now we are out the cost of two 6-week classes, or, we can sit around and wait until they find someone else, who hopefully is more reliable. At this point, since theyve been through 2 trainers in the past couple of months, I dont have my hopes up.

Ive used the petsmart on Cherokee for years and was always more than pleased on how they groomed our dogs. The Arnold groomers didnt take the time nor care that Cherokee did so Ill now drive an extra 30 minutes to get a job well done.

Called ahead to see if they had what I needed and the associate who was working that night went above and beyond to check to be sure they had exactly what I needed and in the size I needed it so I didnt waste a trip. When I arrived the same gentleman helped me in the store and even gave me some tips on the new tap to pay feature on my bank card, something me and the other customer waiting in line had no clue how to use. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience for me. Wish I could write reviews like this all the time!! A+++ customer service!!

I walked around the store twice looking for what I wanted. I couldnt find anyone to help me. I finally politely interrupted the dog trainer while she was talking to a customer. She couldnt answer my question so she called for someone to assist me. No one came so I left empty handed and went to another pet store.

I absolutely love not this petsmart whenever Im trying to make a fast visit and dont wanna spend much time looking theres always someone there to lead me to where I need to go!!!

It was clean. There were helpful employees. But I was told to try and find the product at their website since it was not in the store. I can do that with Amazon. Gps dog collar is what I want. I think they should have that I do not want a shock collar and they have plenty of those. So 4 stars because it is clean and helpful staff. I was thinking 3 stars but it is hard to have everything every customer wants

Great petstore that has literally something for every type of pet that a person could have. The staff is very knowledgeable and always helpful. They also have animals for adoption and often have adoption events to help animals find a home.

Awesome place to shop one in Arnold Ive been going to others and I dont like the way their stores are set up. Arnold store setup excellent in my opinion I had problems with ordering online. I filled out their survey and explain to him the problems I was having and they were very very excellent about the situation. I would definitely recommend the PetSmart in Arnold thumbs up

This place cut my dogs eye lid. Told me a manager will call me on Friday. Here it is and still no phone call. Only one concern about my puppy getting his eye put out with a pair of scissors is me.

I have two Petsmart stores within a few miles from where I live. They are both excellent examples of what a pet store is supposed to be like. Well organized, well stocked, friendly people working there. I like going here.

Nice store, but we wanted a dog grooming and needed a signed document from the vet because of Kennel Cough. He had a tag on his collar, but they said We dont know that you didnt take that off another dog. Really? We just do grooming at Petco now.
