Shane is by far the best Verizon Sales Rep Ive ever had. Of course switching phones is very stressful, he was cool, calm and extremely knowledgeable. I struggle a bit with tech stuff, and he answered all my questions, and went way overboard to make sure I was satisfied. He deserves a raise or to own one of those stores!!! They had to deal with an extremely frustrated customer (me!), and they handled both me and my situation with extreme professionalism, kindness, and respect. Even though I wasnt angry with anything related to them or the Arnold store, I was definitely not calm, and it showed. Elijah gave me the space I needed to explain my issue in detail, and he expedited a solution immediately. In a world where employees are at a shortage, and top-notch employees are even rarer, both of these gentlemen deserve the highest kudos from Verizon. Give these men a raise!!

I have been very impressed with the expertise in received both Friday and today. My wife and it upgraded our phones on Friday. The process took 2 hours but we received some excellent advise and helpful information. I came back today because I was unable to get to my old Verizon email. Todays tech was able to help me with that and resolved the issue very quickly. In the process he suggested that I sign up for the Verizon veterans discount and the Mobile At Home discount. I was very impressed with the level of service I received.

Good morning! I had a crazy issue with my phone today. The guy found a way to revive my phone back to life. I really thought it was possibly over but he got it back. A friend of mine referred me to this Verizon location as opposed to the one in Annapolis. This location is so much closer to my house and easy to get to. I went on a holiday weekend Friday and the service was fantastic. I upgraded from the iPhone 8 to the iPhone 11Pro and the sales associate was quick and efficient in showing me the new features to the phone! I had a problem with the phone a few days later and took it in and a different sales associate solved the problem for me right away. Highly recommend for all of your cell phone needs!

I have used Verizon for years and all the representatives have been super kind and helpful! They are friendly, patient, and reliable. Whenever I come into the store they greet me and help me immediately, and if not immediately there has only been a few second wait. All of the representatives I have come in contact with met my needs and exceeded my expectations. They have helped me set up my iPhone plan, get a new iPhone, add my iPad on my account and have always went above and beyond! Their service is also wonderful and if I have an issue the reps help me handle it. I would definitely do in-person service with them again and hope to continue service with Verizon for many years to come!

On May 31, my wife and I, and her handicapped sister, came to your store to shop for a new phone for the handicapped sister. Kyle Morgan greeted us at the door, asked what we were looking for, sat us down at a desk, and went to look for a couple of phones. He was very discerning in assessing the situation and, instead of bringing out the latest and greatest (and priciest) smart phones, he brought out entry level smart phones for consideration.He was kind and considerate of his handicapped customer whose verbal communication was not clear and whose fine motor skills were poor.The upgrade from my sister-in-laws basic phone to a smart phone would have significantly increased her monthly plan cost, but he worked with us to see how we could add her to our plan without significantly increasing her cost.When we decided on a phone, he was unsuccessful in transferring contact info from the old phone to the new one, but he found a work-around using Bluetooth.When we entered the store, we were the only customers there. By the time we left, several other customers were lined up waiting to speak with the two sales reps. Despite the increasing number of customers, Kyle focused on his customer, did not rush her, and gave her the same consideration one would expect a non-handicapped customer would receive.When we entered the store, my wife and I were not inclined to make a purchase that day; however, Kyles resourcefulness, thoughtfulness, kindness, respect, and consideration changed our thinking, and my sister-in-law left the store with a new phone. Thank you, Kyle, for being such a great sales representative!

Ive never been more pleased with a Verizon store experience! I walked in expecting to spend quite a bit of money since Id crushed and broken my old phone. The sales representative worked with me and the only item I ended up purchasing was a case for my brand new phone! In addition, the sales advisor met and greeted me at the door, as someone who has worked in retail for half a decade I appreciated this genuine customer service more than anything. Finally, I always prefer this location for the friendliest representatives and the quieter people traffic (especially as compared to the Annapolis locations). Thank you, Verizon!

After two long years of waiting I arrived to the Verizon Store to pre order the Galaxy Note 10 Plus 5G. The only thing better than getting this amazing phone is the customer service. We were greeted at the door, our sales guy listened to our needs and created a plan for far less than we were expecting to pay. As a former customer of a couple other carriers I cant say enough how continuously impressed I am with Verizon.

I came here today looking for a phone as a graduation gift for my son. One of the employees, Tim, greeted us at the door with a very nice demeanor and offered to help us with anything that we were looking for. Tim was very flexible with everything that we were asking about, as well as doing his best to explain why promotions that were going on within the store. The store itself is very nice, never super crowded, and the employees always seem to be in a helpful mood no matter what day.

I’m grateful for the amount of time the representative at this store spent with us with a clear view of the computer screen and explanations of different options available. He was patient in our indecisiveness and allowed for the time we needed to talk over our decision. We found this store to have a more pleasant atmosphere than the Annapolis Store which we made a trip to out of necessity before returning to purchase our new upgrades here. At Annapolis the rep would at times only talk to my husband when I asked a question. He yelled at me and was not interested in answering questions. He did not wait to hear them and keep giving one answer. He eventually left angry and said go up to customer service bc he’s a salesman and does not do Customer Service. 🤥🤥🤥. We returned to the Arnold store where the salesmen with kind customer service waited with both phones. One of which he had driven to the Annapolis store to get so we could buy them together. Thanks for the great Customer service, Sales and Store atmosphere Arnold! If anyone uses Verizon I recommend skipping Annapolis and driving a short way to Arnold where frustration is so low you will be comfortable and thankful to be here.

Ive never before been able to describe purchasing a mobile phone as an awesome experience. My iPhone died and I needed a new one today. After going online and checking things out I decided to stay with Verizon, though my prior experiences with Verizon have been less than satisfactory.I looked online and found that the Arnold store had an excellent reputation. So I called to speak with someone about my options. Karissa answered the phone and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful surprise.A couple hours later, my daughter and I wandered into the store. After waiting a couple minutes for Karissa, who was busy with another customer, we started on purchasing the phone. Of course, these things are never easy. We ended up changing plans, getting a jet pack, as well as purchasing the new phone.After everything was said and done, I can tell you that I had an exceptional experience purchasing a phone.
