I had my first cleaning by Molly Maid of Central Anne Arundel County today and they were fantastic!!! The apartment looked amazing when they were finished -- they have a meticulous eye and attention to detail. I cannot say enough wonderful things (and a special thank you to Olga and Doris!!). They always do a good job. One of the best features is they are willing to accommodate an unpredictable schedule as a family member is on irregular rotating shifts requiring night work and day sleeping.

Two cleaning ladies did a fantastic job on our home. We were moving out and took advantage of the Move In/Out service. They spent close to 6 hours, the house never looked so good. Highly recommend.

I did a move in cleaning with Molly Maids and their service was amazing. They cleaned all the baseboards and did so much that I wouldn’t of even thought to do. The staff were on time and very friendly. Highly recommended!

The quality of cleaning isnt up to par for what I was spending. I felt everything was very rushed! Scheduling was messed up or the cleaners didnt arrive during my allotted time and I didnt recieve a phone call to let me know what was going on. I had damage done to my home and I had to contact the owner several times on the matter. Trying to get a return call on issues is near impossible. We left this cleaning service and will not be going back. I suggest you look else where

The cleaning is always very thorough, and theres never been any problems with the extra instructions Ive left. When I call to verify instructions (because Im a spot paranoid sometimes!) theyre always very friendly, and willing to go over everything until Im satisfied that its all in order. I have recommended them to friends already, so Id be willing to do it again.

Lilian and Norma have been cleaning my house for many years. They are excellent. They take care to make sure my house is clean and when we get home we feel our house is well taken care of. What I also like is that we have the same team come to our house so they get to know the house. They are also careful not to let the cats out so that is one less worry we have.

Their little extras (they know) do not go unnoticed. Two weeks ago tuesday I had a very long day at work. I forgot it was clean day. Arrived home and walked into a dark house. I am never one to complain or go out of my way to do so but the cleaning service by the molly maids crew assigned to my rental property and the response I received regarding the poor service provided lead to me posting this. A crew of 3 was sent to clean a town house with no furniture and just standard cleaning to take care of in a two hour time frame at $100 an hour. In two hours all that 3 people were able to do was vacuum, mop a small area of flooring, and clean 3 toilets. They failed to clean any of the windows, the oven, and the fridge. When I called to report these issues and questioned how it was possible that 3 people could not finish this job in 2 hours when 1 person could have easily done it they had no explanation and the only solution they offered was for someone to go back over and clean the fridge along with a couple of the windows but they did not offer to complete the job unless I wanted to pay another $100 an hour for one of the crews to come back out and finish a job that was never completed in the first place. If you have a rental property and cannot be there to constantly supervise these cleaning crews Molly Maid sends I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

They were friendly and fast but even though they werent here for the full two hours I asked if one refrigerator drawer could be cleaned and although she nodded noone cleaned it and they left a little early.

I used them for cleaning my house after a tenant moved out, and they made it look like new. When cleaning one of the ceiling fans, one of the blades accidentally broke, and Molly Maid was kind enough to fix the issue. They tried replacing the blade, but since the fan wasnt made anymore, they replaced the entire fan and paid for someone to install it. They went out of their way to help me, as compared to other providers who would not pay out if their pocket to help.I would defintely use them again for home cleaning.

They were prompt. I had a house cleaned for a open house. 8 out of 8 of the forms from our open house feedback are proof that the house was not cleaned well. The house had three brand new bathrooms, brand new carpet, brand new laminate etc. and the reviewers marked us a 3 out of 5 on cleanliness (there is no one living in the house). I specifically asked for the kitchen cabinets to be cleaned inside and out (they swore they did it), yet they had to be recleaned for dust and cobwebs one day later. I also asked for the interior windows to be done, as well as the basement to be vacuumed. Both had to be redone one day later. Ridiculous that I paid almost $400 and it was not finished.

DO NOT USE MOLLY MAIDS UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!We hired them for regular cleanings and not one time did they get it right. The very first time, the skipped the sink in one of the bathrooms. The next time, they skipped the mirror and bath tub in a different bathroom. The time after that they skipped an entire bathroom AND the entry level floor. They were suppose to clean the railings and base boards throughout the house but they never did. They didnt even vacuum where they were suppose to.We had them come out after we had moved out and they still didnt clean what they were suppose to. They will not refund your money, ever. Their only solution is to resend the team. WHY???? So they can waste more of everyones time with their pitiful, half-assed cleaning.I REPEAT...DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I decided to give Molly maid a try as my schedule has been hectic and I just wanted to come home a clean home.... Well the first time they came and did an estimate to continue the services I was quite pleased. However, once i said I would like to continue the services, things changed. On the subsequent clean the ONLY areas of my house to be touched were the kitchen (however they did not clean the floors), dining area and living room. No bathrooms, no bedrooms...not even a thing on my upper floor! Essentially, they lured me in then backed off on the quality.After this experience, I do not trust Molly Maid and would not recommend them to anyone. The bottom line, pass on Molly Maid.
