Two Men and a Spa Dolly came to our rescue when a pump went out one week before listing our home for sale. They were out the next day, identified the problem, ordered the part and fixed it all within five days. SO grateful for their professional timely service!

They called when on their way and it was actually earlier than anticipated! The crew was very professional and efficient. Pricing was fair and in line with other company bids. Jonathan and his crew were experienced professionals. They relocated a hottub quickly, efficiently and effortlessly. They made it look easy, even though I know it wasnt. I highly recommend these guys. Dont hesitate and dont try moving a hottub on your own. Not when you have these guys around.

I bought a hot tub they delivered that worked the day I had it delivered. Once they delivered it, the tub had a leak, which I had they come out to fix that I paid for. Then a month or two later they came back out (after having to call 3x to get anyone to call me back) to give me an estimate on a new heater, which I was charged a service call. I called for several weeks to get the estimate only to get someone to tell me that they did not want to do the work, yet still charged me for the service call.

Very disappointing. The first person I called quoted me $500 without knowing the addresses, when I got the call back the lady quoted me $400 after looking at the addresses but then found out the man had already quoted me $500 so she went with the higher dollar value. We scheduled service to move a hot tub over a month ago, they had to reschedule multiple times and just got it delivered Friday. The men who delivered it were very nice but in transit one of the panels flew off so I will now have to replace that and with rescheduling 3 or 4 times (I lost count), I would think I would get at least a small discount for the inconvenience but was denied. Would not recommend unless you are willing to wait for a long time for the delivery and have damage when its delivered.

The new spa cover looks and fits great!Price was fair too. Techs did great job installing and taking old one.

Initially I really liked these guys. I purchased a used spa, they moved it and provided tons of advice for what to look for. I try to support local businesses and despite being able to purchase chemicals, filters and other items less expensively on the internet I purchased from TMSD. Where things went sour was my tub required a new control panel. I purchased one from TMSD. They required me to pay $650.00 in full before they ordered it which was fine they ordered the wrong one! I immediately returned it, along with 4 filters I purchased from them that were not needed because the tub had washable filters. They found another control panel that was used for $300.00, also great and I was still happy with them. That was September.... I kept looking for the refund for the difference. It didnt come. I called and left messages. I emailed. No response so I left more messages, and still nothing. Finally I spoke to Dennis in December!! He said he was waiting for his refund in order to refund me! He also said he didnt have time to keep calling about it because he was so busy handling all the orders from the pandemic! I told this was poor customer service and not what I wanted to hear. Hes too busy making money to service a clients issue! Despite more messages he has never responded. Now I am stuck chasing after this dead beat for $350. At this point its not the amount its the principal. I loathe the idea of wasting more time taking him to small claims court since it wastes more of my time. He has lost the servicing of this tub, and the inevitable purchase of a new tub when this one expires. Potential customers should carefully evaluate where their purchase is made, your tub will require service.

A-MAZ-ING! We had to move our hot tub and I had no clue how this would be done. Spa dealers in our area recommended that we call Two Men and a Spa Dolly. Luckily I called well in advance. Its a good sign they are so busy. I was very impressed with the safety measures the crew used for moving our 9x7 hot tub; excellent team work and clear communication made this move go without a hitch. The hot tub arrived at the destination in perfect condition and was placed exactly where we wanted it. The price was also surprisingly affordable. Thank you!

We had a spa removed yesterday. The guys were friendly and professional. It was a tricky removal, but they tackled it and made it look easy. They took the steps, cover, and even some of the wood used to level it. Exceeded expectations!

After charging me to come out for a service call, they needed to order a part to repair a leak in my hot tub. However, they never came back. I called three times over a 6 week period and each time they said they would have the technician call me. After 4 months since the initial service call, I dont think the call is coming.Edit after response:Thanks for the response, I have follow up questions:My service visit was the first week of June, and I haven’t heard back. When were you going to let me know my part was delayed?I called three times over 6 weeks to ask what was going on. The third time I called I told the person that no one was returning my calls and I still didn’t get a call back...The tech who did the service call told me the 3/4” pipe was a standard part he could get from Home Depot, so was that incorrect?Why have I not heard from you in four months despite calling you 3 times after my service visit?

My spa was delivered on Friday on time as promised. I had issues not related to my delivery or spa unit. The staff FaceTimed me late Friday evening and did everything possible to get my spa up and running. I could not have asked for better customer service. They were out immediately and found the error by my electrician. I was impressed by their customer service and promptness to fix a problem that they did not even create. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends or anyone else looking for a spa.

Bought a Calspa swimspa on March8, 2020 and was delivered April2, 2020. It broke within 3 weeks on April 19, 2020. Talked to Mandy April 22, 2020 and was told someone would contact me that day. Called numerous times until I called Calspa direct on April 28, June5, and June9.Mandy finally called June9 after Calspa directed them to call. Appointment for them to look at it was set for June 19 which we were told we needed a new touch screen pad. July 2 called still no part. Called July6 and left message to pick up swimspa. Called July14 and talked to Dave and he said problem with Balboa screens and he wished we would ride it out. Told him no we would go back to a regular hot tub. They picked up the swimspa August7. Tried numerous times to call but no answer. This company is HORRIBLE. Now they are refusing to give a refund. We dont have the spa either. Please check the references for this company and the better business bureau. Most reviews are horrible. Please dont deal with this ripoff business.

First, this not Peggy Barker but Scott Ashby. I recently stopped in because I had continuing issues with cloudiness in our hot tub. I arrived at several minutes before closing. The two men in the store were packed up and clearly leaving. They stopped and spent the next 25 minutes explaining my problem, educating me, and giving me the products and knowledge to fix it. I bought the chemicals and a filter and they threw in test strips. I have not had a problem since. They may have been the owner, manager, or sales people but they did not have to take the time they did. Definition of service in my book.

I just had a three man crew move my hut tub today. They showed up on time, loaded everything including the cover, stairs and cover lift, and within minutes they were moving to the new house. They were very professional and friendly, and set up the hot tub exactly how I wanted it. The whole process was less than an hour, not including drive time. The pricing was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Spa Dolly.

The three men that delivered our spa did great, they had a big hill and I was holding my breathe the whole time. Very nice even when I wanted it moved 12 inches to the right. Thank you.

Spa got delivered in Feb with damage to the outer panel. TMSP FINALLY came in Aug to replace the panel they damaged. While replacing it they permanently covered the drain plug. Looking forward to seeing how long this is going to take to make right.

I saw their truck and trailer on highway 141. Called them and asked about removing a broken hot tub. By the time I got home the guys were there in five minutes!!!Quoted me a very reasonable price and the job was done in less than 40 minutes. Very pleasant young men that were efficient. Delivered new spas to them and they unloaded me quickly and they were very friendly.

The delivery guys just dropped off my new hot tub, super quick and easily replaced the old one through a tight space. They explained how to start it up and what to do once it’s up and running. They were awesome through they whole process.

Absolutely zero integrity, poor customer service and way overpriced. I was a return customer after having a circ pump and temp sensor installed 2 years ago. I had an FL1 error message and they cane out and told me the circ pump was bad again. Circ pumps should typically last 7-12 years so I asked if they could help me out on the price and they not only refused to do anything about it but straight up lied to me and told me circ pumps should only last one year then proceeded to charge me the full $100 service fee on top of it, making it cost me almost $1000 in two years on a $150 circ pump.

These guys were amazing. Scheduling was quick and easy. They arrived on time and did a very good job. They were very careful not to damage the spa during the very difficult turn they had to make to get it iny backyard. They had to do some extra work moving bricks around and truly did go above and beyond to make sure they got the job done. I would highly recommend if you need help moving your spa!

Variable speed pump... Do it. Take their advice.. it may cost a little more but it definitely is worth it. This company is very knowledgeable. I would recommend them and their services to anyone. Me electric bill has seen a huge decrease. Thank you for the advice and the great service you provide.

Hired them to fix the leak in my hot tub. They picked it up and never heard from them for over a month. I finally called them only to find out that they hadnt even checked it out yet. Two weeks later they finally filled the tub and supposedly fixed the leak. They returned the hot tub a week later. I reconnected it, filled it up, and immediately noticed it still leaked. After several attempts of reaching them they finally sent a technician out to my house. I had no notice that he was coming out and I was at work. The only reason I even knew the tech was at my house was because I noticed that all my filters were out of the tub and there was a half empty bottle of some sort of liquid leak stop (which did nothing). So here I am 3 weeks later, the tub still leaks, Im out $600 and, despite numerous emails and texts, they will not communicate with me. Im done dealing with these guys. Horrible service.

These guys came out in the heat of the afternoon yesterday and did a great job delivering our hot tub! They were fast, courteous, and overall very accommodating to the location requests.I hope I don’t have to move our hot tub again, but I will recommend them to anyone who is buying and installing a hot tub! You can also have them order anything you need for your spa, they took measurements and keep it with my file, all I have to do is call them and they order it for me. Very good costumer service!!! We have had extraordinary customer service from Two Men & a Spa Dolly. We purchased a spa at an expo, not knowing anything about them. We immediately began to question our purchase and what we would do if we needed service. The spa company gave us TM&aSPs name from Home Advisor. Dennis took multiple calls from me to allay my fears and even met with us on his own time to answer our questions - all at no charge. We have since bought a spa cover lift and additional supplies from them. I believe in supporting small businesses and am grateful that customer service is such a high priority with them.

Had a hot tub moved and they damaged my hot tub. Broke the side panel and framing on the side where my control panel is. Which was caused by them flipping it on the side to hard. Got it home and hooked up. There is leaks and control panel wont work now. Now Im getting a run around on getting it fixed. Will update if anything changes but I doubt it. Thanks for trashing a perfectly good hot tub guys.

Dennis is great. We had a broken spa and he removed the old spa, installed a new one and has taken care of any issue I ever had. Had the spa for three years now and any time I have a question or need chemicals he sends someone out the same day. Great company.

Its hard to begin to say how thankful I am for Dennis at Two Men and a Spa Dolly. Were selling our home and our buyers wanted us to use what well call the other company to make the repairs. We agreed and called them after having previously scheduled a repair with Dennis (and subsequently having to cancel). However, the technician for the other company was rude, unprofessional, refused to speak with the pool/spa inspector, and wouldnt even fix the issues because the cover isnt right.Well, long story short, we decided to use Dennis and his company and going forward I wouldnt use any other company in the future. Thank you Dennis. I appreciate you and your team.

Great price !So far pipe leaking seems to be fixed.... I will update if problem reoccurs.....The only issue my husband and I had with this company was the serve person was VERY late....In the future, it would be nice to receive a phone call when service person will not be on time....Would definitely use services again.....

These guys are awesome, grabbed the hot tub maybe took 15 mins to load it and delivered it flawlessly. Unbelievably quick and very friendly. Will recommend them to anyone who needs moving done.

Hours listed are incorrect. We showed up today on a Saturday at 12, hours say they are open until 2 and everything is dark and locked.

This place is wonderful. Very courteous and pleasant.

AVOID THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY. Replaced my pool pump and filter under my home warranty. Less than a year later the pump quit. When I call all I get is excuses, no return calls and delays. Meanwhile after almost 2 weeks my pool is turning green, had to buy a pump elsewhere. Sloppy work, when then installed the new sand filter they just dumped old sand in my driveway!

Great and safe place to rent space to store your equipment.

Last year they did a great job. This year im not sure they drained or cleaned the filter. The Vynyl top on my hotub was not even cleaned. They said it needed to be replaced soon, but my wife took some dish soap and cleaned it right off. Very disappointed.

I would avoid working with this company. Customer service has been frustrating.
