Just got my first set of hearing aids and they are wonderful. The miracle ear product and their after sale support is first class. Love all the features and especially ability to use my iPhone . I was fitted by Sarah and she was very knowledgeable of the product. Everyone at the store was friendly and I look forward to our business relationship.

I went in multiple times for an ear cleaning and the staff was above and beyond nice! Amanda made sure that I was well taken care of and always asked if I needed anything. Sarah did the ear cleaning and didn’t charge me a dime! The process was painless on both my body and my wallet! Both Amanda and Sarah held conversation well and were very very professional. I was in and out in a flash so it didn’t eat up a good portion of my afternoon. They were able to take me in after work so I didn’t even have to call off to stop by. I would highly recommend any services they provide to family, friends, and strangers on the street. These ladies are amazing!

I wanted to take a few minutes to give credit where credit is do. Sarah was absolutely amazing. I put off getting tested and getting hearing aids, because I thought hearing aids were just a amplifier and they wouldn’t really make a difference. Sarah explained everything and spent a good amount of time making sure I understood every part of my testing and then explained each and every device and the benefits for each one. Then when I came in to get my hearing aids she spent even more time explaining every little detail fine tuning and even help me set up the app and all of the features. The service was absolutely amazing and I would tell anybody who needs hearing aids to go see Sarah in Arnold. She will be my provider for life. Job well done Miracle-Ear Arnold!!!

I ended up going to Miracle Ear in Arnold because I needed new hearing aids and this is where my insurance covered. I must say I was not sure about them as they were a franchise but they have been around a long time. Well, I have to say that Sarah Woods, who was my hearing consultant, did an amazing job of testing my hearing, help me choose the Bluetooth hearing aids I was interested in getting because I have difficulty hearing on my cell phone. And when they came in she programmed them for me and installed an app on my iPhone to control the settings. The company also sent me free batteries for my aids in the mail. Sarah had me come in every 3 months to change my wax traps and clean my aids and address any issues I may be having with them, which I didn’t. So here it is a year later and Sarah wanted to see me again. So I went to the office thinking she was just going to clean them. But she gave me a new hearing test to check my hearing since last year and I told her I was having issues hearing people wearing masks because of Covid, and my Zumba class was in a gym and very echoing which is hard to understand my classmates when chatting before & after class. So Sarah added 2 more programs for those environments and updated my hearing aids to the new hearing test, all at no extra charge. I can’t say enough about the support, excellent service and quality products Miracle Ear has. I’ve been to several hearing aid places as I have been wearing hearing aids for over 20 years, and Miracle Ear is the best!

My Dad has lost all hearing in his left ear. They were able to give him a hearing aid that not only was strong enough for him to hear but, gave him one that By Crosses so he can hear whats said from his left side.My Dad is 91 years old and set in his ways. Sarah from the Arnold location was so good to him. He can actually hear what we are saying now. We cant talk about him anymore without him hearing is.

I was not sure if I wanted a hearing aide. I had went through a cheaper Medicaid program. I spoke spoke with Sarah at miracle ear and she tested me and introduced me to the hearing aide.The sound was much clearer and crisp. They let me go home and think about it. I had several questions and called 3 or 4 times and Sarah always answered my question and explained all my options.Miracle ear has a plan that I can upgrade my hearing aides in a year and has service and warranty options which allow me to get them fixed and adjusted at my convince.They also assist me with a program to assist me with the purchase of my hearing aides. It is a one stop shop.I love the hearing aides and I am greatful that I found miracle ear.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for hearing aides- they are the third company I went to deciding to go with the best set up for me!
