Dr P is super amazing!!! I am terrified of dental work and she was super kind, understanding and gentle. Extracted a infected to with just a local and it was over before I could even start to freak out. Total scam, immediately got a second opinion from an actual dental office because there were so many red flags from this place. Highly recommend anyone thinking about going there, read up on them thoroughly. They do a sales pitch, not a real treatment plan. A truly bizarre experience.

I have horrible family teeth past down to me and bad dental experiences since childhood. I was devistated when my bridge fell out breaking two front teeth and exposingahug hole. They were kind and went over everything they were honest and helped me come up with a reasonable solution for my issues an a plan to get it done, so I know whats coming.

I was in so much pain after breaking one of my teeth. I had been having issues and put them off like I shouldnt have. The staff at aspen dental was so very kind and understanding. They were able to get me in the same day for an exam and since I was in so much pain they were able to help me out that same evening. I couldnt have asked for a better staff. The compassion was very calming.

I went here for the first time a few months ago and they were all nice, and helpful. Except they said said took my insurance and my x-rays and stuff were covered, then I got a bill in the mail for everything i had done.. not very up front. then I referred a friend of mine to them for his crown and he did not think the same, they were rude to him and ignored him when they realized he wouldnt qualify for the financial plan they had in office, I will not be recommending this place to anymore family or friends.

I wouldnt even rate them. My daughter went in to get a sore tooth taken care of. She was told she had to have all sorts of work done. But it would cost a couple thousand. They got me to take out a credit for the money. I was supposed to sign papers when my days went n for her next appointment to start these things she needed done. My daughter decided to cancel her appointments. I was still charged for the entire procedure that never happened. Dont go to them they will take u for a ride.

I absolutely hate the dentist, but the staff at ASPEN have completely changed that. Jill, and Bridget, along with Dr Alex and the female dentist made my entire experience 100% better. I have never considered going back to a dentist and following their plan for my dental routine, but now I will be going back to follow up on my cleanings and more. They are the most comfortable people to be around and ASPEN picked a good team to work at a dentist office.

My boyfriend had an appointment scheduled for 1015 today. Email confirmation stated 1015 as well. When we got there they stated his appointment was for 10 am & they wouldn’t see him. Very unprofessional. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time making an appointment here because they will not honor that time.

I am a veteran and want to share my experience with Aspen DentalI gave a 5 because they deserve it.I am very critical usually. They were very nice & polite. Took care of my problem with dentures.Office &doctor super good.

Everyone there was super helpful and attentive to the fact that dentists offices freak me out. Billing went above and beyond so I could leave without paying a dime out of pocket there....prescription was for ibuprofen, which was a little weak considering what I had done, but when I do have to go back to the dentist I will go here and here only. Exceptional staff and boy do they hustle thank you very much aspen for changing my mind about dentists.

My first visit to Aspen Dental was very organized, and helpful throughout, from beginning xrays to discussion and advice from Dr. Paturu and hygienist Brooke. Office manager, Jill, was extremely helpful explaining and helping me decide my financial responsibilities. Thank you all for being so kind, helpful at a dreaded dental visit. 🙂

Ok so if I could give this place less than one star I definitely would. I will never again recommend this dental office to anyone ever again. The reason why is because I took my wife there for a check up and to possibly have a cavity filled. They came back saying that she had 10 cavities. Well this didnt sit well with us so we went to another dentist for a second opinion. Well come to find out she only had 2 not 10. So Aspen Dental is only out to get your hard earned money. Stay away from them. They will say you have more wrong than you actually do. My advice is go find a private practice and stay away from Aspen Dental.

They got me in for x-rays right away. Dont go in expecting a same day procedure though.When I googled emergency dentist this was the first result, and I am not sure it fits that category. Nonetheless, the staff were very helpful and kind.

I took my 13 year old granddaughter to the dentist for the first time. She had a cavity that needed to be filled. The employees are all the nicest. They were friendly from the get go. The entire staff worked so well with each other like they were all friends. Dr. P was amazing as was Bridget and The money taker lady ( Jill) Julianna was very sweet. Dont know all the names. Best experience ever!

They sent me a text message that my appointment was changed to 9:30 Thursday morning. I didn’t get the message until noon on Thursday. My original appointment was for Friday at 9:00am in South Hanley Rd. After driving around for 45 minutes I called the place to see where they were on S Hanley only to be told that my original appointment had been canceled and that they didn’t have another opening for a week and a half. I was suppose to have heart surgery on 4/22/21. So I took the only appointment I could get which was at their Arnold MO office. Which was 50 miles from where I was staying. There’s an Aspen Dental a mile and a half from where I’m staying but they didn’t have any openings for three weeks. Whoever canceled my original appointment without me requesting it be canceled should be fired!

Dr. Paturu is an awesome dentist. Had an extraction done. Didnt feel a thing. First time for that. She knows where to put the numbing stuff. Very educated woman. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. First time customer. Mite take two visits if it isnt an emergency. And for all those complaining about the comprehensive dental stuff they make as suggestion. For your best dental health. You can choose not to have those services. At least they offer payment plans incase you do want those services.

My first visit to Aspen Dental in Arnold was very comfortable. The staff was professional, and kind. Thank you to the dental assistant Julieana! She worked very hard at her job, and made me feel very at ease. Shes awesome, so sweet, and respectful! And thank you Jill for being very kind, and helping with payment options. And thank you very much to Dr. Paturu for figuring out what needs fixing. Would not recommend them for any service!First set of upper denture did not line up with my face. Front teeth were not centered to my upper lip and nose. They made a whole new upper denture that has lots of gum showing and always hurts when I wear them. So I went back to my original denture, they never hurt. At work one day I was eating pizza and my front tooth fell out. I had it fixed and a few months later the same tooth broke off again. Once again the denture was fixed but months later while at work again a differant tooth fell out. Thank goodness I wear a mask. All three times I was told the material is cheap but yet they still use it, really? Last but not least I had a tooth filled. On that day the dentist dropped the drill under my tongue, she did say she was sorry while putting gauze in my mouth to stop the bleeding. I went home with swelling and pain. You would think they would have called me the next day, nope. 😥😥😥😥😥

Definitely works quickly. They don’t keep you longer than needed. Will work with you on your needs.

They were able to schedule an appointment the day I cracked my tooth, came up with a plan to address all of my dental needs, and provided all of the cost up front. Worst dentist office ever! Dont even waste your time. You book your first apt. through a call center. I specifically told them I need my routine check up and cleaning...only at the end do they tell you both cant be done at the same time, fine. Then the office calls to get some basic info the call center didnt get (e.g. address and phone number). Then another call from office to let me know they book apts by thr hour and the call center booked me at 845, changed my apt to 9 - fine but how does their call center not know this stuff? I fill out my paperwork online only to have to do it all AGAIN at the office. After waiting a while I asked how much longer it would be and the front desk lady said another 15 20min. They only opened 2hrs before my apt and yet my apt was running ONE HOUR late! After reading all the google reviews while waiting, I just walked out.

Theyll get one star, and its for the dental assistant who took my xrays, she was lovely and I really hope she finds a dentists office where they arent trying to scam people. They told me I had periodontal disease and quoted a price that made me uncomfortable, so I went for a second opinion. Imagine my surprise when I was laying there expecting to hear her say mostly 4s for my pocket depth (because this is what Aspen was saying) and I was hearing 1s and 2s. This is a horrible way to do business and I would advise everyone to really look at their reviews with the BBB before you head here and let these people take care of something as important as your teeth.

As terrified as I was going in, Im chicken , its was really no big deal! Lol I will go back and finish my dental work there. Talk about great and caring people!

They care only about sales quotas - not you as a person/client.Theres only two times most of us go to the dentist. (1) you have a pain in your mouth (2) its time for your free semi-annual cleaning. I went to Aspen for the latter - it was time for a free cleaning and thought Id give them a whirl because they market themselves as incredibly friendly, no surprises, and super affordable. In fact, in their commercials, they make it sound like you don’t even need insurance because their pricing is so incredibly affordable - compared to their competitors. Nothing could be further from the truth.Here’s the highlights:(1) Dentist appears new ( either he just barely graduated dental school or doesn’t know what he is talking about) - he first says, “We need to replace your two crowns.” Then he says, “Actually, I’m going to send you to this other dentist 45 minute drive away to see if he thinks we need to replace them.” (It costs about $1400 for ONE crown without insurance here).(2) They recommended that I get teeth whitening, even though my teeth color/hue is only THREE SHADES darker than the WHITEST WHITE. (It costs about $700 for whitening here unless you have a coupon - insurance doesn’t cover cosmetic). Frankly, I dont really want to whiten my teeth.(3) They only ended up taking X-Rays and what they call a “comprehensive exam”. There are two staff members in the room with you while you’re in the chair. One is looking at your mouth, the other is typing out your bill. I NEVER had my teeth cleaned (the ONLY reason why I came in for the appointment).(4) After the “comprehensive exam” they take you to a back room and then STICKER SHOCK you with a TOTAL for EVERYTHING that was “needed”. My total before insurance was applied was OVER $5,000!! This included the teeth whitening, gum treatment, and two crowns. After my insurance, the total went down to about $3,500.(5) Unlike REAL DENTIST OFFICES - Aspen requires you to pay EVERYTHING upfront BEFORE they will even schedule you. To get on the schedule, you must pay AT LEAST 50% upfront immediately. If they go bankrupt or close up - you lose your money without having the dental procedures completed. (Of course they say they wont go bankrupt - I am sure Lehman Brothers who was in business for over 400 years said the same thing to their clients in 2009 - before they went bankrupt).(6) The entire process took OVER 2 HOURS and they didn’t do anything! I’ve had root canals completed that only took 30 minutes. I’ve NEVER spent this long inside a dentist office - and ASPEN didnt do anything!!(7) Throughout they don’t really listen. They are more interested in adding something else to your bill then listening to you as a person and meeting your needs. I ONLY came in for a cleaning. I HAVE NO PAIN - NO BLEEDING - NO ISSUES - JUST WANTED A CLEANING!!!(8) All they cared about was making the sale - and making you pay for things you really do NOT need.(9) They immediately push the Care Credit credit card (They receive a kickback from the credit card company if you sign up for a card). I had the money in my checking account, I didnt think they knew what they were talking about and just wanted my cleaning that is included with my insurance. Office manager said, You will not receive a cleaning. A cleaning will not do anything for you.This was truly the WORST experience I have ever encountered at ANY dentist office EVER!!! It was like going to used car dealership.I do NOT recommend!

After a second visit to Aspen dental I again left a happy customer. Jill and Sara the front desk girls were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I had increasing tooth pain and I needed my toothed pulled. As a Voiceover Artist I use my voice every week recording in the studio. I was nervous about it but they all made the process smoothe and simple. Bridget helped calm me during the process and Dr. Patura is an excellent Doctor, very thorough during the process. Alexandria and Brooke were also efficient in answering questions I had while waiting in the waiting room. The staff are very professional, work as a great team, and calmed me during the process. The pain is gone and Im back in the studio. Thanks Aspen Dental!

Wasnt even treated for my emergency they said they couldnt help me. Went to another dentist and he helped me. I felt they were trying to treat other issues that I didnt even go in for and then the dentist was talking about my previous dental work in a unprofessional manner

This place is merciless. They want to do a gum cleaning before Sending you to an oral surgeon to extract the tooth that sent you to the dentist in the first place. Ive been in pain for two days just eating cottage cheese. But gum cleansing is the first line of attack so they say. Im glad my blood pressure was a little high and they wouldnt even clean my gums because of that that I went somewhere else... Saving $9000 on top of that being without insurance. Go to a local dentist. Not a corporation.

This honestly was the first dental office I’ve been to where I felt completely comfortable and reassured. Their affordability really helped me a lot and when working with Sara Wooldridge, she really lifted this weight off my shoulders. Sara and the team really seem to care about their patients and that’s very refreshing to see. This has been by far the best experience Ive had.

Yesterday I cracked my tooth and had to get into a dentist ASAP due to pain. Dr Matt, Bridgette, Sara, and Angie took fabulous care of me. They were quick, gentle and caring in responding to my needs. During this time when the risk for illness is so great, I was scared to go to the office. However, after seeing how careful they were, ensuring they followed all protocols, I felt they treated me as if I were members of their own family. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and excellent care!

I would not use them again over priced I had to have a molar removed because it broke and had a exposed nerve causing me pain and the ignorant dentist put the claps directly on the nerve area causing me to scream they didn’t numb me right had to keep applying narco took 4 hours for one tooth because he wouldn’t re position clamps refused to clean my teeth because I would not allow them to fix my other teeth for 3000$

My initial contact with Aspen Dental (A.D.) was with Sara. Sara was not only interested in my explanation of what I needed (based on my specific needs), but she was so reassuring. I knew within minutes I was working with the right dental office as essentially everything was discussed. I immediately felt as though I mattered and knew at once I would receive wonderful care. Danille (dental hygienist) was very confident and composed with her ability to perform dental care (unlike me who was nervous!) that she consistently asked if I was OK? and told me I was doing a good job and we are almost done. I am very pleased with my visit and go back today for a root canal but I know I am in good hands.I RECOMMEND ASPEN DENTAL IN ARNOLD TO ANYONE AT ANY AGE.Dr. Alex was very confident and spent some one on one time just talking with me and this made me feel as though I had already known the office staff and now consider them part of my family. The receptionists were great but my children were not comfortable nor did Dr. Wojtyna really try to make them feel at ease in any way. I myself found him very rude and lacking in what it takes to be a good dentist. After meeting him I am willing to drive completely out of the way to go see another dentist who actually cares to engage nervous children and not just walk in a room and just out the gate tell them to open no introduction nothing. Worst dentist who charges a fortune for ride treatment. Very unhappy with him.

They were all very kind and helpful. Even brought my 5 month old to me from her father so I could feed her. Helped me come up with a plan and was just all around a great experience. Ive very self conscious of my teeth and was not looking forward to going to be seen but they made it so easy!!

If I could give negative stars, this place would receive a -9000 from me. Thought Id try out a new dentist since I have had bad luck with my last one, and I can only describe it as a waste of time and money. My first visit was the beginning of the nightmare, they had me wait for a hour after my appointment time before they took me to get my x-rays. Then they had forgotten about me inside the X-ray room for an additional 30 minutes. Finally after a hour and a half I got to meet the doctor. I had explained in great detail about what I needed done. I dont know if there was a language barrier or what, but what I had to say she was obviously not listening. I was then sent away and scheduled for my next visit. I come in for my second visit and this time I get right in, but when I was asked what I was getting done I explained AGAIN in great detail exactly what I needed done. Needless to say they worked on a completely different tooth and I am still left with my original problem, and now a new problem that they created. When I confronted them about it they did apologize about not fixing the original problem, and proceeded to fix that one. But now I am stuck with a new issue, and when I asked about that they responded with I will not fix that until you get a cleaning which they wanted to charge me an unreasonable about for. Now I understand why I was told that. I know that I do need one, but if they had fixed the original problem from the start I would not be having this issue. With that being said most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, I was just unlucky enough to get the worst treatment I have ever experienced at a dentist. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE!! I cannot stress that enough. I will more than likely be reporting this facility and doctor to whomever I need to to get this place shut down.

I’ve been hurt by dentists, I’ve had them try to sell me on fixing teeth that were crumbling out because that’s what my insurance would pay for. At Aspen Dental Dr. Fox was awesome & so was the whole team. They said “this is what is needed & this is how we will help you accomplish it”! Dr. Fox pulled 11 teeth in under an hour & at no point have I felt any pain! I had all my top teeth pulled & denture placed in 1 day. My denture is comfortable & looks perfectly like I did before my teeth crumbled!

I get tons of anxiety when faced with going to the dentist, they made me feel very comfortable and worked with me to get one had to be done taken care of. The ladies in the office are super nice! Im glad I decided to give them a try!!

I am incredibly displeased with my visit to the Arnold location. I went in last year for a check up where I was told I was “a perfect candidate for Invisalign,” but at the time, it wasn’t in my budget. So, today I went in for an Invisalign consultation. Jill asked to take a look at my teeth and reassured that I was in the clear as a candidate for Invisalign... less than 5 minutes later, the Dentist came in and disagreed. She barely looked at my teeth (ignored my X-rays) and told me she was denying me as a candidate. She then brought up the need for severe orthodontic work which I’ve already had done in order to receive Invisalign. Both Jill and the Dentist were unprofessional and unaccountable in their professions. I am so disappointed with my experience and would give 0 stars if I could.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I went in with a major toothache. He told me I needed a root canal but he couldn’t do it today told me he would only write me a prescription if I made an appointment and paid for it in advance then he would write me a pain prescription did not even offer me a antibiotic prescription. Milked my insurance company for everything. They could. Had the hygienist do tests that had nothing to do with my toothache did x-rays on all my teeth that absolutely did not need to be done. Tried to do a cancer screening.I was his patient he knew I was in pain he knew I needed a root canal but yet would not write me a prescription. It was obvious I was not a drug seeker he saw that in the x-rays.I left with a huge bill to my insurance company and absolutely no relief.I am going to report them to the American dental Association as none of these tests needed to be done I had one tooth that hurt.

This place is a sham. I am a Christian Minister. I went in to have a tooth pulled, was in terrible pain. They had no compassion and basically made me sign up for something I did not want , that was an additional $2,200 after I told them I had no insurance. Then she said she conveniently was approved to take a $1,000 off. But did not tell me she took parts of the agreement away. VERY DISHONEST PLACE. I HATE TO PUT THIS REVIEW , BUT THESE PEOPLE HAD NO COMPASSION AND , SHE LIED TO ME. I HATE TO BE LIED TO , ESPECIALLY FROM SOMEONE I AM PAYING.THIS IS THE WORST DENIST , I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I needed dental work and went to Aspen Dental. The people that work there are great. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a very pleasant experience. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer any question or concern that I had. The dentist was better then any that I have been to and explained every thing that was going to be done at this visit and the next visits that I had to set up .I never liked to go to a dentist but here I look forward to coming back for my other visits and would highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

The onlything good about my visit is that my exam was free. This place is a joke. Like many americans I dont have dental insurance. I was told about all of the care needed, and then when priced 2000 a tooth for each crown needed I was told I was required a dental cleaning at an adittional out of pocket cost before they would over charge me for my crowns. This is not a friendly neighborhood dentist office. Its a tooth factory much like a high end retail store. If you do not have credit or insurance you might as fell forget bothering with this place.I was Quoted 1300 per crown at the local dentist. Thats $700 less!

Very great experience for my first check out and I definitely will recommend to others! I drove 35 minutes to go to this location. The woman who checked me in was great, the cute financial woman was very helpful, the gentleman that did my x-rays made me actually feel very welcome the entire process, the hygienist was awesome, Dr. Fox is very friendly and shook my hand when we were done, which says a lot about character. Let me tell you about my experience at Aspen Dental in Arnold. I called to see how much a root canal would cost they said they dont give quotes on the phone or take any other dentist x-rays. That I would have to come in and get x-rays from them. I asked how much. Jill the office manager that I talked to said oh its free if you live in Missouri and wed have to charge you if you lived in Illinois. So I said I can just come in and get a free exam, she said no you have to make an appointment I said ok let me make an appointment. I got the appointment for the same day. I went in Courtney who is behind the desk charge me $45 I explained to her that I talk to somebody in the office and they said it was free. She said I dont know what youre talking about the charges is $45 so I paid it. I got my x-rays then the dentist came in and told me what I needed done. Jill and Rachel were in the room Jill said oh I talked to you on the phone, I said youre the one that told me the office visit was free, and Rachel corrected her and said shes an existing patient and that they would credit my account for $45. Treatment would have cost over $9,000 for two root canals and two crowns with no insurance. Since I havent had my teeth cleaned in over a year I decided to use the $45 credit towards a cleaning I asked you how much a cleaning would be. Jill said $153. So the next day I called and I talked to Sean to set up an appointment for a cleaning . I asked Sean how much is a cleaning he says $123. I gave him my name and told him do I have a $45 credit on my account he said yes and made the appointment for the same day. Brooke did my cleaning I thought she did a great job. When I went to pay my bill after the cleaning they said it would be $166, I said no no no. Jill said 153 and Sean said it was 123. So I paid $108 plus I had a credit for 45 which would have brought the cleaning to 153. Two weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $58 thats shows on my account that I didnt pay. I called and talk to Sean explain the whole situation he said he would put a ticket in for the $58 its been over a month now and the problem is still not resolved. I would not recommend Aspen dentist. Doesnt seem like anybody knows whats going on in that office. And they keep giving me the runaround. If this doesnt get resolved soon Ill go to the attorney general, the Better Business Bureau and channel 13.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. They were very thorough throughout the whole process of my first visit and I left with all my questions answered and a set treatment plan that was already scheduled. I was very pleased with the entire visit.

Offices are nice, bit cramped though. Was in for a tooth extraction and it was by far the best one Ive ever had. They did try to upsell me on other services, but when I said no due to budgetary issues, they understood and backed off. The actual extraction was very quick and painless. First time Ive ever had a good experience like that. The pricing was great, my other dentist priced themselves out of at least one customer. I will go back for more services in the future.

Do not waste your time or money. Lots of smoke and mirrors dealing with them and one thing they really lack, is transparency. I went in expecting to have my tooth ache fixed. They called to move my appointment my time earlier in the day so they “had more time” to get me fixed up. Said over the phone my out of pocket would be $150 for the visit. After seeing the doctor this changed to over $10k! I about fell out of the chair. Needless to say, wasted 2 hours of my time and never got my tooth fixed.

I went to aspen dental, for an emergency appointment, as a brand new patient. They managed to get me in same day at opening time. They were so very caring, I was in pain and crying, and they worked with me and helped me come up with a plan of action. I needed 2 emergency extractions and they kept me there and numb until Dr Fox could get me in and do what I needed. They were BERY caring and I will absolutely be coming back! I have already sent one person since then and it’s been 1 week since I was there. Thank you so very much aspen! I had this pain for many years and it’s Finally gone!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The staff is so sweet and kind. From the front desk to the clinic rooms everyone is smiling, helpful, and very patient with children during treatment. They brought my 11 year daughters smile back after chipping her tooth, and wouldnt proceed until we were satisfied with the match of color. Again, I highly recommend Aspen Dental in dental.

I am writing this for the Arnold office, I am one of the people who has an anxiety issue with Dentist, I kept putting off getting my issues taken care of, it came to be that I couldn’t put it off any longer, From the time I walked in the door and had met the Receptionist (so sorry I don’t have you name it isn’t as if your not important, as you are 😊) , who was great and so friendly which is a comfort to one who has anxiety , X-ray tech Montana, Hygienist Brooke, Financial Jill, DA Abbey, to the Awesome Dentist Mr Ryan Holbrook, you are all so awesome and very personable, you all made me feel so calm, and had explained everything very well, I will tell everyone and will recommend your office, From the bottom of my heart I Thank you all for being so Great! 😊

From the initial contact person to talking with office manager on financing everyone was fantastic. All were warm, caring and put me at ease. Pricing just blew me away. Looking forward to procedure instead of freaking out for years over it.

I went in on Friday, 04/27 as an emergency. Everyone in the office was wonderful, knowledgeable, concerned about my problem at hand, and they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend them to the point that Im changing my dental provider to them because I felt like they cared about anything and everything concerning my issue. Ive never felt this good about walking out of a dentist office as a walk in, in my life!! I was on and out in about 2 hours BUT I had a major emergency that went extremely fast. I have an irrational fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Fox was very considerate, and did his best to put me at ease. Both he and the hygienist explained each step of my visit and left me well informed of my problems and how to proceed from there.Ms. Mancuso, their Treatment Plan Coordinator, was especially great. After my anxiety of a dental visit, she and I went over payment options. She went to great lengths to explain the itemized bill and the costs of my future dental work . She was friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and caring, and the highlight of my office visit.

My wife went to this office for a tooth extraction and was told they could pull the tooth but she would have to also pay for a deep cleaning on a day after the extraction. Using her pain to pay for other services just to charge her more. It wasnt something they had to do before the extraction it was just they wanted to charge her more didnt care about how much pain she was in didnt care about her at all just wanted to make sure they were getting the most money from her. Cant believe how greedy this dentist is a simple tooth extraction and wanted to charge for something that could have made another appointment for but wanted to make sure she paid for both before they would even pull the tooth. I would recommend finding another place because they dont care about their costumers they just care about how much money they can get from you. We had more than enough to pay for both but wasnt letting them take advantage of us never seen my wife so mad. And to top it off professional offices do billing and client handling in the back for privacy but they did it at the front desk and I know for a fact the lady that was in front of us was steaming mad handing her False teeth in a ziploc bag in the air in front of everyone they should have took her in the back to the appointment desk to keep it private. She was so Embarrassed.

These guys are rock stars. I came in with terrible pain. They presented a full treatment plan which was expensive. Then a second option was presented. And in the end the doc pulled 2 teeth to get me out of pain. The customer service from start to finish was great. Laura at the front desk was spot on and Dr. Alex is amazing. 2 teeth out in 3 mins!

They are absolutely amaizng! They were kind and efficient! They made sure I knew all my options and made me feel very comfortable in the office. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

Great staff, waits were within reason when I had an appointment.Just starting the process and have two more appointments, so this could change.down side is read the small print on pricing it was double what I expected, and that is why the caution to read the small print.

Every one was pleasant except the young man taking images with a device he was rough and tried hurrying about no concerns of my welfare he was asked 2xxx to be easier so lucky a young lady came in and finished way better care thanks to her.

DO NOT GO. DO NOT RECOMMENDI can’t give them a zero so I have to give them one. Horrible service all they care about is what else they can charge you. Doesn’t feel like they care just want to charge as much as they can and kick us out the door. Changed the dentist 3 times well we have been coming here and now they want to charge is more case the other dentist didn’t know what he was talking about. Would not recommend. Go to a real dentist not this place. Hope this place gets shut down DO NOT GO. DO NOT RECOMMEND

They where able to see my son same day for an emergency, and get him out of pain. Great place that gets straight to the point and gets people treated the same day.

Went in for my first time appointment was very welcoming and polite! It’s very clean and very fast service the dental assistant neah was amazing she explained everything and was very friendly making it comfortable to be their ! Dr.fox did the work on me and he was outstanding I would highly recommend aspen dental in Arnold to any one !

It’s a scam that want you to have you mouth “power washed” I had it done and have had nothing but problems since then.. b4 I went there I never had problems with my teeth... I don’t recommend this to anyone ever

I had a new patient appointment today. Everyone was really nice and helpful especially Neah who took my xrays! They were able to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and provided me with a plan of action for my teeth. Looking forward to going back and getting back to a healthy smile!

Aspen dental probably saved my life. Monday, a week and a half before Thanksgiving, I thought I noticed minor wisdom tooth pain. By Thursday morning I had trouble speaking from a swollen epiglottis, could not open my mouth very wide, and I hadnt slept much the night before from the pain. With it close to a holiday and no appointment they were the ONLY dentist I could find that would see me, and they were free for the first visit. They recommended an oral surgeon that was able to schedule a same day appointment on Friday. Ended up going to the ER for surgery that couldnt wait a day for a peritonsillar abscess, but I only took care of it as fast as I needed to because of Aspen dental.

Expensive, nice staff, scheduling and one hand not knowing what the other is doing is concerning. Things are completed based on insurance not patient need.

First time at the dentist in 10 years and they made it a very welcoming experience. Neah & Jill went out of their way to answer all my questions and concerns. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Prices are terrible, told me I needed a special cleaning that my insurance didn’t cover of course. Then continued to try to get me to pay almost 6000 dollars because they said my insurance didn’t cover the right percentage that I know my insurance covers. It’s a scam and I would never recommend them to anyone. Go find a real dentist not these people. Also they added on a 135 dollar toothbrush to my bill that I never asked for. Very bad experience and i just feel like dental offices shouldn’t try to screw people over like this one does. Do yourself a favor and go to a REAL dentist not these scammers!

Out of 4 appointments 3 had to be rescheduled. The last appointment was rescheduled a total of 5 times and the last time I wasn’t even notified until they sent a text the day of with a time that was an hour earlier than what I scheduled. I never received a call to change the time. When they would call to reschedule it was always “there’s a procedure that is going to take longer so we need to reschedule your appointment”. I also witnessed an argument between two of the office staff one time while I was there, extremely unprofessional. I rarely get upset over things but I am very aggravated and finding an actual dentist that can accommodate the appointments they set.
