Instructed them to swap out a TV for us at one of our locations in their market and ship the old one back which was in perfect shape and working but had an issue checking in over the internet. But instead destroyed a $1100 dollar digital signage TV and a $1000 touchscreen overlay and tried to say we did it and caught them in the lie after we found out differently. (someone at PC tech ripped the touchscreen overlay off the TV when all they had to do was unscrew it from the back)They threw away the original OEM TV packaging but said that it was deemed unusable and packed the destroyed TV with empty boxes and loose packing material from their office (it was not damaged in shipping on the return shipment from UPS). Never once offered to compensate us for the TV just kept denying they broke it. Poor communication over several years even when given explicit instructions. Drilled holes in walls and ceilings and made us pay to have them filled. I would avoid them at all costs.

Very helpful when my mother in law got hacked and her computer hijacked! Would use them again in a heartbeat!
