Commerce Bank is like your hometown bank. Always glad to see you and pleasant to visit. Even during shutdown in a line at the drive thru...exemplary service and FRIENDly staff. Yes, I wrote FRIEND in capitals on purpose!

I have multiple accounts with this branch and have always been over the top satisfied with the service here. Joe and Salena are class acts and always helpful when I need someone to go above and beyond to help me with a problem. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone looking for a place to set up a business account.

This place is always terrible 100% of the time. They couldnt figure out how to exchange a cashiers check for cash same day, then puts my account on hold and takes a large sum of money out of my account and holds it for 4 days, then tell me I spent all of the money that was taken from my account by them. 10 minutes later and many math equations later to explain how it makes zero sense, they figure out their wrong!! These people couldnt turn a door knob without instructions. Go to the S. Lindbergh branch to avoid issues

Salina and Med are the Best. Very personal and helpful. Give them a raise your not paying them enough.

I am very satisfied with this branch. I came in after 4:00 (almost closing time) and a representative named Jenny Bourke was extremely helpful to me. She was very kind to me and answered all my questions thoroughly. She even gave me her card so I can call back if I have additional questions. I feel like if more representatives are like Jenny Commerce bank must be doing something right.

Slow and wont let you inside without appointment

One of the most friendliest banks in town. I would rather come in a visit with Joe the branch manager and his staff then doing my banking online. Very little wait and professional customer service is why I keep coming back. Keep up the good work.

This is one of the best Banks i have personally ever used top notch staff very customer friendly and clean always a good place for financial advice just to talk about the stock market or Baseball! The Manager Joe is very familiar with small business and larg buisness! Thank you

Staff are very nice, but SLOW. I have never been to a more slow branch in my life. Takes 10-15 for a simple deposit or withdrawal. Its ridiculous!!

Slowest bank ever plan on a 15 min wait. Two people working the drive through and inside while 5 other people walk around talking. Im considering finding a new bank. If I didnt have so many things on direct deposit I would have already changed banks.

Jennifer Brouk is the BEST! I was a customer several years ago and I needed a statement from back then. Jenny did not have to help me as I am no longer a customer of the bank. . She couldve done what everyone else did and tell me there was nothing they could do for me. She went above and beyond for me, even though she didnt have to, and I am so very grateful for her hard work. She is one of the best bankers I have ever experienced and I worked in the banking industry for 5 years. Very wonderful and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I hate going into the branch, but I needed quarters and various other items for change for our garage sale. Didnt want to deal with that via the drive through. The ladies were friendly and enjoying their work. Even though the lady who helped me tried giving me too much money back (yes, Im too honest), it was a good experience.

I went in to do an early payoff on a loan and had spoken with the 800 line customer service a few times prior to going in, to make sure I knew what to expect, so when the teller started telling me that they couldnt do what I was expecting, the situation became very frustrating. Had that been the end of the day, I would have rated 1 star. Hindsight 20/20, I got a bit more upset than I like to admit, and I did apologize to Jenny after the fact, but she was the one that the teller called over, and she was extremely patient and went above and beyond to help alleviate the situation and get the process completed. She was very understanding and very pleasant to work with. If you need anything from this branch, ask for Jenny, she really saved the experience for me!!

Worst bank ever. After 32 years of banking I had to find a new bank.

This is the SLOWEST commerce around. I live in Arnold and ALWAYS drive to the fenton branch. I can drive to fenton and deposit money and drive home faster than sitting in line at Arnold. Like everyone else has said. At least a 15 minute wait. Also, my husband and I went in to get an auto loan and spoke with a banker who suggested getting a personal loan instead of an auto event though the interest rate was higher. We told him we wanted to stick with the auto since we also got a discount on interest for direct payment. He informed us the next day that our loan was denied and “that’s where we stood on that”. I knew that was impossible and decided to take one more hit to our credit and fill out the application online myself. The next morning we received an email saying we were approved. While the branch manager was very apologetic, still, frustrating when you’re dealing with credit. Last, our deposits are regularly deposited into wrong accounts. I fill out a deposit slip for savings they put it in checking, I fill out a deposit for checking they put it in savings. I didn’t catch this the first time and our accounts were so messed up! I do not recommend! It’s just such a hassle to switch banks!!

Slowest bank ever.... takes forever in the drive thru. Be prepared to wait at least 15min for your receipt. Its worth driving to fenton if u can avoid this bank

Have had multiple different issues with my account in last year. People at the bank are not helpful only messed things up worse. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Had a great experience with Elma will def be back, and all these people underneath me that are complaining just sound like a bunch of cry babies who want things here way and dont care about anything but themselves.... Shut up!!!

I have to use this bank to cash my paychecks. I usually go in during my 30 - 45 min lunch. They require 2 forms of ID and my thumb print because I do not hold an account with them, so I HAVE to go in even though they seemingly have my SSN and phone number saved in thier system. Every time I go in there is some new issue with thier machinery, causing me to use my ENTIRE lunch break waiting on them to fix thier issues. Twice, now, they spend half an hour fiddling with thier junk while I waited and then saying something along the lines of, oh, let me just get your money and Ill fix this later. This branch is unorganized and has zero sense of urgency. If I had the option, I would never use them again. Until then, Ill just keep telling people about my awful experiences.

Why isnt there business hours anywhere on the website. Also even after being sued for causing overdrafts they are still trying to make people overdraft. Commerce bank sucks.
