Not the business fault just didnt care for the vehicle itself. It did what it was intended for, got me from A to B and was excellent on gas! The car was just bossy...lol, to much of a smart car for my likes :)

I dropped off my Camaro to have work done and was taken to Enterprise to rent a car. I already had an appointment with a car set up for me. I get to Enterprise and they take me out to a beat up, dented, dinged, Hyundai Elantra. I asked for one of the Jeep SUV’s on either side of the car and was not even acknowledged! I had said something multiple times about not wanting the Hyundai and wanting either Jeep, but again I was completely ignored. The associate walked around the car pointing out everything wrong (which was a lot) and never even answered me. I was in a hurry because I needed to get to work so I never really pushed the issue. He handed me the keys and I opened the door only to have an awful, nasty, old hotel smell hit me in the face. It stunk so bad and had gross stains all over the seats. The inside of the windshield was so dinghy, that when the sun hit it, I couldn’t see anything. I had that car for three days and felt disgusting everyday I had to drive it. They should be ashamed for giving someone a car like that. The least they could have done was give a car close to equivalence of what you drive already.

I was grateful to the staff of enterprise for prompt and courteous service. Their customer service care is awesome. The cars are clean and ready for the customer and I was very pleased with the car. I would only rent from enterprise because they treat you like family.

Need to give more info prior to car pickup. Several there with same issues. Need bank issued credit card and $200 security deposit. Luckily I was able to make those changes quickly otherwise I would have missed out on my trip with 0 notice!! Inform your customers. Otherwise great customer service and my Hyundai Elantra was awesome!!

Was meet by friendly associates. Check out was fast. Vehicle was very clean. The car drove great. Check in was fast and easy .

I only go to the Arnold location because they are efficient and friendly.

Great UNTIL... Everything about the rental was great. The customer service was great and the vehicle was clean. My issue is the return process. The employee didnt tell me I was 0.5 gallons short, somehow Enterprise now has a way to digitally tell exactly how much gas is in the tank. There is a gas station right next door where I filled it up prior to turning it in. The employee never said a word about the gas, I found the charge on my invoice in my email when I got home. First of all, 0.5 gallons according to them, thats ridiculous. Secondly, communicate with me about the gas, dont charge me on the back end with your inflated gas prices over 0.5 gallons. I tried topping off at the gas station but the vehicle kept stopping the gas. No way I could have gotten any more gas in.

Great service! Dominic, the manager, was respectful, professional and polite. He got me in and out within minutes and answered all my questions. Heck, I reserved it for 2 days and brought it back a day earlier and only charged me for what I used it for. Overall, great service! Will come back here if I need a car. Thanks Enterprise! :)

The Branch Manager at the Arnold location is great to work with. His team works just as hard as he does. Dominic keep up the good work and I will see you guys soon!

Matt the guy in arnold mo, always the best. I went to rent my first car he hooked me up with a kia 2019 super nice the car drove its self. I swear. I kept it for 5 weeks tbh. I took it back to get a different cheaper car, and they dont have any. So whats Matt do? After I had made a reservation, at the wrong enterprise, for a way cheaper rate than I should have gotten at this one, I did pick the suppliers choice option in the reservation, but he comes out with me a 2020 dodge caravan, now people these cost like 42 dollars a day. So not only did I get to keep the 133/week rate but also got to use the reservation at the wrong place when they only had more expensive vehicles for rent. I felt blessed and am very thankful for the full service Ive received.

Dominic was so kind, speedy even helped me get into a car same day.

No straight answer going to be late today to clean out. I also explained about PEORIA illinois still no call from corporate now if one calls says they are proof must be able to look up call back. Will be at Arnold tomorrow am before 10 am unless straight vout

They was very friendly and nice when I got there to pick up my vehicle they was quick to get me out the door.i will definitely have to use them again. The vehicle was washed and the inside was super clean couldnt ask for any better service

Came in to rent a car and was given an suv with tags that were 2 months expired. When I called to see if they would resolve the issue they had no solution.

I rent from Enterprise about once a month. They are the best company I have ever used. They are friendly and always willing to help me when I have problems. I am a tall person and they have upgraded me when a particular vehicle doesn’t work. The prices are always fair. I would recommend them to anyone

During my rental experience everything went as smoothly as posible. The staff was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend the Arnold location if doing business with Enterprise.

Enterprise in Arnold mo, is amazing I rented a mazda suv they gave me a big discount because it wasnt what I originally reserved, but I loved it and will be renting again soon.

The only problem I had was someone before me had smoked in the car and you could smell it plus the front window was covered with a film from the smoke and I couldnt get it clean. The car ran great and looked great.

Employees were very conscious of social distancing, which I highly appreciated. They made the experience very simple. I would highly recommend.

They picked me up and got my rental car squared away fast.

Very friendly and accomodating. A bit of a wait to get my car but, it was understandable considering the COVID-19 situation. They gave me a car upgrade for the same price because there wasnt one available in the price range I chose.

Just had the worst experience here. Ive used enterprise in the past, but never this location. The gentleman that picked me up was very polite, that was the only positive part of this experience. When I got to the office the guy behind the desk, Henry didnt have his mask on. He told me I was there early for my reservation and I was. I told him I had spoken to a representative earlier and they moved it up stating it would work better for them to move it up to. He asked who I spoke with, I told him I called the local office and wasnt sure, but I thought his name was Andrew, no response from Henry. He asked me for a credit card, i gave him my Visa debt card from my bank. He told me he needed a credit card, I gave him a credit card. He told me he was going to charge my rental and a deposit of $150 to my credit card because I have an out of state license. I told him that I couldnt charge it to my card, that I had explained to the gentleman I had spoken to earlier that I would be using my bank card and that my license was out of state and he didnt state that this wasnt allowed. He then told me if I couldnt charge it to a credit card then he couldnt rent to me. I said ok, baffled, and told him I needed a ride home. He told me to call whoevers dropped me off and tell them to come back and get me. I told him that they picked me up! Then he said ok Ill get him to give you a ride back. He was so rude and had no idea what was going on! Worst customer service experience ever! Id recommend going elsewhere with your business or at least a different office. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

We were completely unsatisfied with their service. We reserved a car with 7 or 8 seats, and we were given a car with only 5. Its almost like they are playing games. Our vacation might be messed up because of it. In addition, it was the supplier’s choice, and out of the many, many 7-8 seater cars, they really chose a 5 seat car? I’m not going to be a customer of Enterprise again...

Rented a vehicle that had minor damage to the grill. Representative stated that it was noted in the agreement but was removed. When I turned the vehicle in I was sent a bill for the damage.

They said my license dont match my address. I lived there 15 years and rented from them several times in the past. Today was an absolute have to have.

Had to rent a car unexpectedly due to car issues this past week, and can’t say enough about the staff at the Arnold location. Helped me immediately, even offering to come pick me up, got me the vehicle I wanted, and called to check in! Great experience from start to finish!

The Staff at the Arnold location does a great job, especially Hannah the manager. She is always on the ball, following up with customers and making sure they are taken care of.

Staff could work on their customer service, not as friendly as my normal location that is closed due to covid-19. Im driving 45 minutes to rent a car for work and the business doesnt seem appreciated.

Planned a road trip from STL to Lexington, KY and needed a car. The online reservation process was super easy. We were greeted upon arrival of our chosen location and lucky enough to get a car upgrade free of charge. Car ran great, and it was nice that we could drop it off after hours. Would book again!

Love Enterprise Leasing, they are great. They have pick up & return home rides. The have a great user friendly app. & their cars are always clean & in very nice condition. They are also flexible if your plans change & you need the car longer you just let them know & never a problem.

No problems here. They made it very easy to rent an American-made SUV long-term after my wifes accident in February 2017. Extending the rental time week after week as the insurance claim drug on was as simple as a short phone call. Absolutely no complaints here. Good not great selection of vehicles.

My car was in the shop for repairs after being hit by another vehicle and the staff at the Arnold location were wonderful with assisting me with a vehicle to drive in the meantime. Due to my work schedule, I had arrived at the location around ten minutes before they closed to drop off my rental. Though they were overwhelmed with last minute clients, Hannah was kind enough to provide me with a ride back to the shop which repaired my vehicle on her way home for the evening. Id say they went above and beyond for me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know!

The only reason I’m even rewarding them 1 Star is because they were flexible enough to work with us the couple times we had to pay a day or so late. My fiancé and I rented from them for about 3 months while we worked on our credit; for the first month or so it was great until they got a new general manager and everything after was terrible. She always gave us the wrong quote and the rates were never the same. She told us we owed more money than we actually did, and always had a reason to take money out of our deposit. When we would call and talk to somebody else we would receive a quote and when we talked to her the quote was always higher. She would never give us notice that they’d be switching cars when we would go in to pay, and for that reason she would get us for gas charges. On the day of due payment she would call and text me practically harassing me saying she would escalate things if they didn’t receive payment that day... mind you this would be first thing in the morning continuing throughout the day until we went to the office. That kind of reminder for payment is not needed. The last week we rented we were going to be late on the payment and we called them to ask if they could work it out taking money from the deposit for the extra days needed; they agreed. When we went to pay we called and asked how much we needed to make the money order out for, she gave us an amount and then when we went in she said she could no longer do business with us and took the car...she could have warned us over the phone instead she told us how much it would be for the next month. The Arnold location is a joke.

This place is awesome! After drinking the waiting room coffee I started feeling a little jittery and shaky. Got in my rental car and everything turned to cartoons! Driving down the high way through a colidascope of colors. The 19 year old man who helped me had great energy. I really enjoyed my trip thanks to your rent-a-car!

So, had an accident on Richardson at I-55.Onstar called responders. Then told me Enterprise was not far. Here they come to the rescue, collect me and two 80-lb Airedales and bring the three of us to a warm, dry, friendly place. In minutes, we were on our way - in afine car. And, knowing that at the end of this chapter, we could leave this car near the auto repair shop. Perfect! Great poised and responsive young people at both locations.5 stars, I thank you for your thoughtfulness.

Car was to be in the body shop for several days, the appointment was for Enterprise to meet me at the body shop when I dropped my car off. The Enterprise met me there perfect on time, and I returned and left the rental at the body shop when I picked my car up. All documentation was electronic, clean, easy, the rep was great.

Ive used this location on numerous occasions and for the most part it was painless until this morning. I had a reservation and had everything ready to go until they tried to process my debit card. It was taking longer than the fellow thought it should so he removed the card. Then proceeded to tell me he needed another card because he cant try that card for 24 hours! Im running late to a funeral 2 hrs. away! He said he would accept a cashiers check if i can go get one. I was appalled because he knew my situation and was very rude as well. I told him what i thought and Avis/Budget is a 1/4 mile down the road. They hooked me up and had me on the way without a reservation faster than Enterprise ever has with a reservation. I know whom I will be using from now on.

Got a nice Pathfinder 2019 with 500 miles on it , returned it with 2,000.All leather inside, real clean, no hassleJust the way it should be !

I usually rent from the Festus office but this time I rented from the Arnold office. I dont smoke but the guy checked the car out when I returned it and found a small piece of dust in it and kept my $200 deposit for smoking in it but I dont smoke. I will never rent a car from them again! RIP OFF!!!!

Rented the Dodge Caravan for our trip to MN, it was great, nice and roomy, drove great, clean. The staff at the Arnold (South) location was amazing as always. Friendly, polite and got me in and out quickly.

Loved the car. Wanted to take it home with me.

I loved the car and the store staff is always great. But, I was a little taken back when I went to pickup my car and it was double the amount that I had thought it was going to be. It just reminds me of those switch and bait tactics and ultimately left me with a sense of bitterness about the whole rental experience.

The staff at the Arnold Enterprise location was very professional and personal at the say time. They were very busy when I picked up and dropped off my rental. But the wait to be check in or out was very minimal. That is why I rent with Enterprise when I travel for work or personal vacations.

Good place to rent a car, had both good experiences here and some bad. Depends on the car you get and the people who are there that day.

People were friendly. Insurance was paying so i didnt get to pick my car so i cant say anything about the selection.

I have been renting cars from the Arnold location for the last 14 years. I have always received excellent service. My only recommendation would be that more attention would be given to the cleanliness of the cars.

Everyone was very professional and so helpful

We have rented here several times and rent vehicles about 7 times a year. I would not recommend them and will take our business elsewhere. Most recently we rented a van and when we got it, it was so smoky and the workers said that it was the cleaning solution they used. We rode to the house with the windows down (in December) and it did not get any better. We had to return it since our daughter has asthma and this will cause her to have an attack if she spent any time in it. Other times we have been there the vehicles have been smoky, vehicles arent well maintained and have dents.

I normally dread interactions with car rental associates. Ryan, the manager, is an exception. If I ever need a car in this area again I will not hesitate to choose this Enterprise location. Fantastic experience and phenomenal service.

Horrible . They let us rent a car for a month paying with a money order . Went to pay said corporate said no more money orders after we already had it made out to them . Took the car away right then. Worst experience ever. . . .No thanks will never us enterprise again . Plenty of other places that value there customers

Excellent customer service, unfortunately, the price was way to high. I picked the car up on monday and returned it tuesday, and it was $70. That is ridiculous. I will definitely shop around the next time for a better price.

Worst. Would not rent me a car because my address on my license didnt match my house address (we just bought house) evem after I brought up all other necessary paperwork.
