Hard to believe the negative reviews. Both ladies were very nice. I had to go home and find my insurance card, they were nice and patient. Definitely recommend this location.

Will never use this lab again. The guy that took my daughters blood today was great. The receptionist this morning ( April 27, 2021 ) was super rude and very unprofessional... We used the Arnold, MO location.

My wife and I arrived without the proper paperwork from my employer. Melissa was marvelous. She patiently helped us get everything we needed which was a bit of an ordeal. She was so pleasant during the evaluation and blood draw. Then she was able to draw blood the first time. Excellent job Melissa. Thank you. I would highly rescind this location!

I am currently sitting outside this location. It is 8:13 am. The hours say: 730am-4:00pm. I have an appointment. There is no one here. I have been sitting here since 730am. Three other people have arrived and left because the office is dark. What type of company is this?? How is this appropriate patient care? This is infuriating.

The poor lady working alone, as they usually do, got kicked out of her computer and the whole world stopped. I finally left because the back up was too great to make this a convenient in and out as it is suppose to be. Lab Corp needs more help SCHEDULED at all their locations. Maybe I would have been a customer today.

Great EXPERIENCE! After an awful situation at the Festus office the day before I decided to try a different location. The girl at the front desk was AMAZING! Helpful, fast service, professional & friendly. I would highly recommend this location.

Not one to write bad reviews but I have never seen such rude people. After walking through the doors I was greeted by a mess of a woman who rolled her eyes while cleaning out her ear with her finger and said “how can I help you” in the most agitated way. I will make sure to let my doctors office know we refuse to use them again

Not only do they NOT inform you of any extra charges you may be “responsible” for, they don’t inform you of insurance coverage changes, nor do they process their charges in a timely matter. Wasn’t informed that my insurance company didn’t cover them (even though our insurance company said they did...it changed by the time we got there), wasn’t informed of any extra charges when not covered by insurance AND was billed over $1600 3 months AFTER MY VISITS! When we tried to work something out and even my doctors office called to work something out, we never received a phone call back and our bills were sold to a collection agency. We will never use this place ever again. Rude rude RUDE!!!! If you know that an insurance company DOES NOT cover your company, INFORM YOUR PATIENTS!!!!

Im kind of surprised at the 1 star reviews. I have been going to this labcorp for the past couple of years and have had no problems at all. They have always been pleasant and done a good job.

Horrible. run from this one. they moaned and complained they would have to stay longer to get to me. I could hear the lady complaining loudly. the heavy accented man was lieing about contacting the doctor to verify something as I could hear the phone was not connected he kept saying come back tomorrow. I just left the doctors office who wanted the test asap to verify I didnt have some bad eye disease and was scared already and these a$$e$ didnt make it better. I immediately went to Quest and they took care of the test and didnt mention any verifying needed and were professional.. I was 15 minutes before closing and they didnt complain.

Their website days drug test only after 8 m-f, but the lady on Saturday was not happy i was there before 8 (7:55 i was taken back). So make sure you know this, but other than that very fast.

Would give no stars if I could. Issue is not this locations fault rather the fault of the entire company. Aperently it is the companys policy to run any test they please, regardless of the test that is requested, without notification and then send you a bill for said test at roughly FIVE TIMES the price quoted to you. When billing was contacted to rectify the situation they were unbelievably obtuse. I will be posting again if I recive a resolution to this issue.
