Someone tried to steal our truck unsuccessfully, but sure caused some damage. Towed to Car Star and they were just amazing to work with. I was updated everyday on the progress and our Truck was fixed and the interior was vacuumed and looked so nice. They now have a customer for life. 1000% satisfied.

Great job on the body work and paint. The electric mirrors did not work upon vehicle pickup and upon returning to shop they checked it out and determined a fuse had blown. Easy fix but I did wonder why the work wasnt checked before delivery. I still give them a score of 10.

Carstar Arnold recently repaired about $10,000 in damage to my vehicle after an accident. Everyone I spoke with or interacted with was professional and courteous. I was keep up to date through the process and it was completed a day earlier than promised. My jeep looks brand new. (I didnt mark value on the choices only bc I didnt have other bids to compare it to and my insurance dealt with that part of it. ) I would take my vehicles here in the future.

My wife’s rear driver door window was knocked out and these gentleman ordered an OEM replacement and installed it, they also took care of a few small blemishes on the bumper. Car looks great!

I must be a deer magnet, because I hit one in every vehicle I have owned. I brought my first one here based on recommendation from my insurance company and had a great experience. Next vehicle, hit another deer and immediately asked my insurance co if I could bring it here again.They do not disappoint. Truck was completed on time and they updated me the whole way. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service. My tire had picked up a nail on the way to drop it off for an estimate. They had my car taken to a nearby tire repair station that saved me an extra trip on my own. Superior customer service!

All of the staff was friendly and attentive to my repairs after a recent vehicle accident. I will definitely use them again! My vehicle was returned to me in better shape than when I dropped it off! They even cleaned out my interior and even wiped down the little children hand prints on the windows. Everyone had a great sense of humor and brought laughter to an unfortunate situation.

CARSTAR In Arnold is the best body damage repair I have ever experienced. They are always up dating me on the progression of the vehicle as they progress along. From the very beginning when I took my truck in for the estimate they treated me more than just another customer. They handled all the details with my insurance company. Car star made getting my car fixed 10x easier than it needed to be. While i was embarrassed at how badly i damaged my car, they were nothing but respectful and pleasant to work with. As a customer you want to be heard and make sure the work you are paying for is going to be good, Carstar showed me nothing but respect.

I called to schedule mechanical issues which they were unable to help with. I spoke to the owner and I am beyond impressed with how kind and knowledgeable he was. He referred me to someone who can do the tests for me closer to my area. If I have bigger issues I will FOR SURE give them a call.

The process from the estimate through the repair was done without a flaw. Work looks great and the There is no evidence of the damage. Only wish they would have wore a mask when I had to come inside of the office.

Utterly painless. I hit a deer doing 40 on the passenger front side. CARSTAR Arnold took care of everything from setting up my rental and driving me to pick it up, all the way through to turning in the rental for me. I received regular text and call updates every couple days to let me know the repair was still on track. Every question I had, they had an answer for. The paint matches perfect, (I have literally no idea where they blended) body panels all line up perfectly, and the paintless dent removal they did on the other side of the car for a nasty door ding is so good I can’t find any sign of the dent or scuff in the paint. Really, REALLY happy with the service.

They are so easy to work with, they do great work, have reasonable prices and stand behind their work with their warranty. You can’t ask for more than that.

I have no idea how this place is considered MOPAR Certified. I brought my 2018 Ram in for damage to my driver side door, and their estimator wanted to fix it the cheap way...using heat. FCA (Fiat Chrysler) states that heat is NOT to be used to repair their body panels. Google it. I sure did. I knew this guy was a hack when he says “I’ve been in the business 30 years...blah blah blah” and just wanted me to trust his cheap methods. And this is was an insurance claim, so its not like he was trying to save me money. Carstar and the insurance companies are in each other pockets, and the person who gets screwed is Joe Consumer. There are other body shops around, I’d shop elsewhere. I had work done there in the past, and other than it taking much longer than proposed it was fine. At least I guess it was fine, maybe they cheated me there too.
