What a sham! Quoted me $120 and ended up charging me $497. Came out and started measuring across my garage and said he would have to charge me $19 extra per foot and that my special price of $120 was only for the first 10 feet and that he may have to use a “special chemical” if my vent was too clogged and that would be an extra $99. Never mentioned that there could be extra charges on the phone.or the “special chemical” when they quoted me $120. Didn’t wear shoe covers, got lint all over that I had to clean, jumped on top my dryer. Wouldn’t give me A receipt until I paid and then just emailed me one. I asked for an itemized receipt and said it would be emailed to me. Still waiting for my itemized receipt. After he left I called around and was told by established reputable dryer vent cleaning companies that there is no special chemical and no extra costs if they have to use a ladder to get to your outside vent.. When I looked up the company, it was a fake address. Gave me a business card for an Air duct cleaning company with no company address. If you try to find their business office it doesn’t seem to exist. He also didn’t like taking my credit card, he wanted a check or cash. Later I overheard my vent cleaner telling a man on the phone, one of his business partners was cleaning his three chimney’s that they quoted $99 per chimney, that was now going to cost him $750 for three chimneys. The upset man trying to get the price lowered. Beware of who you call, make sure they are a real company. What should have cost me around $169 cost me $497. I called another company out to check my vent. It was clean, but it only cost me an extra $328. Beware of who you call.

I received a call prior to arrival giving approximate arrival time. The estimated arrival time was accurate. The job was done at price quoted.
