Read before making appointment !!!These people have to worest time management for their patients.I took my daughter for her regular checkup and have to wait about more than an hour to see the doctor. Finally I got upset with 3 ladies setting on front, then they called us in again we have to waited about another 15_20 minutes until the doctor came applied some Fluoride to her teeth the process even didnt took more the five minutes.I hope the feedback helps however books appointment with them.

The two ladies in front office were very pleasant, helpful, patient and professional. The friend I brought for examination and evaluation said his experience with dentist, Dr. Luna, and tech was very good. The front office waiting area was clean and neat with hand sanitizer available. I gave 4 stars because small wait area (3 chairs) made it difficult to maintain a safe distance, although it is at street level with easy access to outside. Location allows plenty of free parking.

This location is very convenient for me, plus they always have a lot of parking. I was warmly welcomed by Maria Cristina to whom I asked a couple of questions about the procedures. She made me feel confortable and I went on with my appointment with Dr Luna. Had a great experience, the quality of their work is impeccable.

This office was absolutely fantastic. Dr Luna very professional and helpful explained everything very throughly. The two ladies at the front desk very kind and professional ,also the prices at this office are very reasonable . I highly recommend!.

I was so very happy with my visit today that I had to quickly jump on and write a review. Unfortunately I had to go back to get an emergency tooth pulled which they scheduled quickly. I was so afraid to go in bc the last time the pain from an extraction was unbearable which drove me to stay in pain. I went in and was pleasantly greeted by the front desk, by Ana and Doc Ramirez. Miss Ana made me feel comfortable and doctor Ramirez explained everything throughly in English but she also speaks Spanish, huge plus. When I tell you I felt nothing, I mean it. I did not feel the injections or much pressure at all. Doctor Ramirez is gentle and has magic hands. I am so happy that she became a dentist. Plus the price is very reasonable and they always answer.

Wonderful all around. Caught something strange going on with my tooth that ended up saving me from a huge disaster.

I’ve been there twice. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful! Your care plan is prepared before you appointment. Lovely people and very helpful . I had a great experience! They’re very professional and helpful especially Maria Cristina, she has helped me in all the questions that I had about my insurance and treatments. I am very happy and I will be back for future consultations and treatments.

Ive been taking my 4 children to this dentist office for 11yrs. Monday my 12yr old daughter had to get a couple fillings. We arrived and found a group of patients all surrounding the front door. All with 10am appointments. I was instantly put off under the current social distancing circumstances. Then when they called my daughters name they notified me that she had to go in alone which also made me uncomfortable but since she needed the fillings I let her go in. After a long wait I was called into the office which I instantly knew there was an issue since they initially said I wasnt allowed in their office. To my surprise it was a dentist Ive never seen before. FRANCISCO RODRIGUEZ No one notified me that they switched dentist. It was a young guy and my daughters face was swollen, bruised, and had a large white & blue discoloration from her cheek up to her right eye. I was totally shocked and upset. Shes had the same procedures done before with out any incidents or allergic reaction which is what he initially said. I took her home and she was in a lot of pain and entire face/lips swollen. I gave her pain meds. They said they would give us a call. No one called. The next day I got a call and let them know her face was still very swollen and significantly bruised. They asked me to bring her back. My older son had a cleaning scheduled so I took them in together. This fellow first told me this happens all the time and its normal. Then he said he called a surgeon to discuss what happened. That now that it happened it was just a matter of dealing with it. When I questioned his theory of it being normal because its definitely not normal. He replied that in his 12yrs practicing hes only seen this twice....So now his story changed from its normal we this all the time to its only happened twice in his 12yr career. He was agitated, loud, repetative, unapologetic, unsympathetic, the worst experience Ive ever encountered. He wanted me to come again next week to follow up on his mess. I refused to schedule. I went to my car with my daughter to wait for my son to be done with his cleaning. He is a big brawny 18yr old. As I waited my phone kept ringing because they were still calling to try to make an appointment. They called again asking me to come back in to talk to him. I obviously said no. When my son came out he said there was some discussion in spanish about the incident amongst the staff and doctor. My son fully understands spanish. So he heard the scuffle. The dentist checked his teeth and then proceeded to talk to my son and then asked him to help him out. Hey man can you help me out with your mother.... Im seriously shocked about the whole unfortunate incident and this young mans response. Im never ever taking my kids there again and I would never ever recommend this mistreatment to anyone. Kids appreciate stability. Parents and children deserve to know in advance that their dentist is no longer there or available. Horrible experience. My poor daughter is suffering significant bruising, swelling, and pain all over her face not just the injection site. I feel terrible because I let her go in the office alone to be treated by a complete stranger. A dentist we didnt know and no one told us. Shamefully.

Worst dentist office ever. She said she doesn’t understand how my baby brother is standing up after looking at his tooth but left him in pain.

My experience was very good, all the staff are friendly and very professional.
