On the phone they were very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions and worked with me on timing of the shred. Best part, they were able to come to me as we were in the middle of a move and really didn’t have time to make side trips. When they driver called to let me know he was on his way, he too was very friendly and professional. Even laughed with me when I told him I was excited about him coming! I’m weird that way lol. He showed up and hubby was able to watch all the docs get shredded, something he was concerned about. He was very happy with the process as well! And the price, excellent by my standards as I am cheap. If I ever end up with that many personal documents again, would definitely use them again!
