Do not book with these people. Find a different company. Was told 225 for services and charged 455.0 for a job that wasn’t complete

Called this company the in the afternoon the day before my move. Mike, who I talked to, was able to get me scheduled easily for my sudden notice. Gentlemen who showed up were on time and even called when they were five minutes out to give us a heads up.Workers were fast paced but made sure not to damage any equipment or walls in either location. We got moved in just under three hours in a two bedroom apartment.

Joe and his men were cool people, outside of business I think we would be good friends. Joe was always quick to respond, funny and friendly. I gave 4 stars because I did have some damage to my furniture and after payment was done, any response ended. They have insurance but I guess if its not something worth over $1,000(which they charge 3rd party insurance for) then it doesn’t matter to them. Not only that but they were also an HOUR late AND when they arrived kept telling me every additional charge there would be even though I was told there were “no hidden fee’s”.I would probably still hire again simply because they have competitive rates but would make sure that my furniture is better taken care of.

Dont use this unethical company! Mike (Michael) gave my employee a quote of $189 for a 2 hour move with $70 additional per hour for any extra time. We were scheduled and confirmed for a 1pm Sunday office move. I arrived at my office at 1pm and waited for them until 1:30pm. I called at 1:30 & was first told by Mike we were not on the schedule then he said the guys had been there at 12:30 and left. Anyway, they finally showed up at 2:30 and charged me $900 for a move which took only 3 hours! My employee was not there to clarify why they charged much more than they had initially quoted. When my employee did ask about the extra charges the next day, I was told the 2 hour time includes the time the guys arrive at the job through the time they get back to the office; not the actual time spent on my job and he could offer no explanation for why the fee went up to $900. He then hung up the phone. I would give them a zero if I had the option for being such thieves. Lets see if the owner calls back to offer any reasonable resolution. Stay tuned.

Dont do it! I Will be filing a report with the BBB. They do exactly what everyone else said, overcharge. You get one quote over the phone and then the movers come with another price list. Smh. I literally had to tell them I was calling the police on them. The number i called yesterday the guy told me he was the owner but when I call today he all of sudden needs to get an operational manager to call me back.They have 2 and 3 different company names making it hard to keep up with them. And they only take cash 😒

They charge whole hour fee(even is 30 min more) + stairs fee I got quote from someone else ( assure movers) and these guys show up. I will not recommend this.i had to go ahead with move as I had no.option. if possible avoid their service.

We used Coyote Movers to move from one house to a much smaller house across town. Alvin and their team were professional and took great care of us. They were fun to work with and made sure all our needs were met. Very good communication and attention to detail. We will definitely use them again for the next move

I called them 2 weeks in advance to schedule a move. They said they would confirm the day before and call when theyre on their way to my apt.The day before my move date, I dont get any call. On the actual day of my move (1 hour before scheduled time), I call them just to make sure theyre coming and what I hear is that their moving truck needs repair and they wont be able to provide moving service until a week later. I hear this only after I called myself 1 hour before the scheduled time.Sure, emergencies happen. But to never even bother to let your customer know about this when you had a customer on schedule where you knew they would be depending on you just shows they dont care about their customers at all. Luckily my move out date wasnt until next week, but what if I had to move out by the end of today? I for sure wont be using their service anymore.

They charge me $50 to move my tv and broke it, and they broke my tv stand and lost a piece of wood.

Literally my worst moving experience ever!! They came about 6 hours late and had absolutely no moving equipment at all. On top of everything they broke my TV and have been playing the run around with me ever since and I severely overpaid them. I’ll see them in court.

My previous post mysteriously didn’t post after I saved it...We were sent a list of everything that would be included in the price which was great. Unfortunately, we didn’t get what others received obviously hence the one star. Why did it take 3 men and a large enough truck 9 hours to move a three bedroom 2,000 square foot home? We actually dissembled our beds and everything for them. They kept telling the one possibly middle eastern worker to do this or that. He even sat in the truck for a while. They took about 2 hours to figure out how to get the refrigerator and upright deep freezer out the door. Then miraculously gets the tools out the truck. Long story short, 9 hours later with no reassemble with not even the washer and dryer...boxes only on living room floor despite boxes and rooms being labeled total $1,123 for pretty much nothing that was included in the quote they gave but the move itself. Now we have to go get the two TVs and box or two that we’re left and then re assemble everything from the couches to the washer and dryer. Oh and carry huge boxes up the stairs which is mainly why we needed “movers”. I can’t believe we were duped into thinking three workers would be quicker. 9 hours and over a thousand later. No thanks and one guy was proudly sporting his Coyote t-shirt too. Maybe they use day laborers or something because our move was nothing like these reviews unless the reviews are fake or forced.

Coyote Movers provided me with the worst moving experience I have ever had. The guys that helped me unload actually asked if I had actually paid someone to load the truck because it was so bad. I was quoted $185 for the first 2 hours for the first 2 hours and $90 for each additional hour. When the movers walked in, they brought out a sheet and gave me a different starting price, and immediately started quoting extras for a washer and dryer, stairs, and heavy objects upstairs. They also said it would end up taking about 5 hours so it would be better if I took a $550 flat fee. I have done this enough to know that there was no way it was going to take even 3 hours but I needed to be on the road. He finally went down to $450 for a move that should have cost $275 plus a substantial tip. I provided 4 dozen blankets and about a dozen straps and rope. They used 1 blanket, and no straps. As we came to the end we still had a significant amount of furniture that they couldn’t get on the truck so I had to get some friends, rent another truck and a storage unit, all that I should not have had to do just so we could get on the road. By the way they finished packing in 2:20. As we opened the door to unpack the ¾ full truck, we found the load had shifted all over the place, there were chairs laying sideways on top of other chairs, 2 kitchen chairs are totally unusable. 2 very expensive end tables that were rubbing on something and completely took the finish off. I could go on and on. That packing job cost me $450, plus another truck rental, and $140 a month, for the 4 months I will be gone, for storage of furniture I need here, as well as the cost of significant damaged items. My choice to hire this company to do a $275 job will cost me about $1,200 by the time it is all over. Be wise and don’t let Coyote Movers near your house.

I moved on May 15 with this company. They were unable to remove my washer and dryer due to a tight space and when I called to let the boss know, I was offered 2 additional men to help, yet I was going to be charged $150 in addition. I don’t understand how that makes sense. The men were rude after they found this out and I couldn’t wait to get them out of my house. I feel like some of my items were damaged, which I can’t fault them entirely; it was raining the entire time. This company is unprofessional, does not care about customer service and I will not be using them again. Or even recommend. My co-worker referred her movers to me, but I decided to go cheaper. It turned out to be more expensive and poor quality work. If you want good service and quality work, do not use them.

I used Coyote Moving for my move last week. They were absolutely wonderful. The best move I have been through. They called ahead and said they were on their way, they covered and wrapped the furniture. They hustled non stop from moving out of a townhouse to a third floor apartment. Everything was delivered in tact and nothing broken. I highly recommend Coyote Movers!

I used other so called good name companies that get you with their name and its not what I would have expected.Coyote Movers was so OUTSTANDING! I had Jordan and his team and let me tell you....they took GOOD care of me. They were professional, courteous and I was comfortable being the only female alone with 3 men! They handled my belongings with great care shrink wrapping everything and even packed up my clothes! Just some hard working men who got in and got to work. They didnt try to milk me either being that they are paid by the hour and I definitely appreciate that. I will for now on request Jordan and his team.

They will haggle with you in your own home. $195 for a 2 hour move or $500 for a flat rate for a 1 bedroom apartment. At that I point I knew they were purposely going to go over two hours. The move was 2 miles away and they charge a mileage fee. When I declined they threatened with a cancellation fee. Um, are you stupid? You didn’t take my credit card or anything. Get the hell out of my apartment. Lol

HORRIBLE! AND I MEAN HORRIBLE experience! Use at your own risk. They were late arriving, then partially moved me. Said they would be back because they had another appt. Charged me and NEVER showed back up. The first day they called and said it would be the next day before theyd come back. They didnt show up the next day and didnt call. Could never get back in touch with them. I had my sister call them from another phone number to get the name of their company, so I could write this review!

They did a small move for my daughter for what I considered to be a reasonable price. The two men were polite, professional and competent. No complaints.

This has been by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The movers were extremely slow I have a two bedroom apartment that was packed it’s took them seven hours for my move. They scratch that my furniture my leather living room set is near damaged my kitchen table is damagedMy bedroom set is damaged. They broke my television they broke my barstools they broke my dishes. I reached out to the company and the guy who is the actual owner stated that he was a dispatcher After the guys told me that this was their boss. And he also stayed at last night when he called me to get a clarification on how much I paid his workers he also stated that he was the boss. He argued with me about insurance that he claimed they told me to get but they never stated anything about any insurance to me. Not only did I do a horrible job with Loading and unloading my items they are really unprofessional. They also came with a small size truck after stating they would have a bigger one so it took 2 trips.I would advise anybody not to go through this company this has been a worst experience for me. I hate giving bad reviews but this company definitely deserved one.

Terrible experience. They broke my fan and refused to replace or fix it. I am in the process of suing them for a simple fan. Very unreliable with communication. Everytime I call they promise to fix the fan and tell me someone is on the way to my house, its been 6 weeks now. Worst moving experience I have ever experienced. Even the day of the move. They quoted me for the move and did not mention they charge extra for TVs among other stuff, I found out I had to pay for extra items when they showed up to start the move.

Joe and his team were polite, respectful and took the time to listen to my concerns about my move. They wrapped all my items and were efficient. Im very pleased with the services, will be recommending them friends and family and would use them again for future moves.

I called Coyote Movers to transport goods from a warehouse in Arlington to Garland and they gave me a very reasonable rate to entice me but when we arrived at destination all over sudden a hidden charge emerged, non disclosed terms of service shows how dishonest this company is.They ended up charging me $1027 for a 33 miles distance one way while i paid $2600 to ship the same freight from Hong Kong to Dallas.Coyote movers is a rip off.Don’t trust them at all.

Called about a claim and sent pictures to show that my $500 curio was damaged due to the way it was loaded in the truck. The mirror cracked on it. Also they misplaced or lost the screws to another mirror from my bedroom set. I called several times. I havent heard back yet. No one answers my calls anymore. Movers dont properly wrap items. In dire need of training.

Great company and VERY decent prices. Ive used this company twice this year and they were super fast and organized. I moved from Houston to Dallas and I called them and agreed on the price , which was a great deal, I paid what we agreed on the phone no more no less. Highly recommended

I had a great moving experience. the movers came fully prepared and had all the equipment. They wrapped, padded and boxed my stuff. Their quote was the same and it never changed and there were no hidden costs that i was asked to pay after booking. they were very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Coyote Moving company broke every piece of furniture that I own, my $800 entertainment center was scratched , paint removed and bolts and screws missing. They dropped and broke my chest and then left it in the hallway. All four of my nightstands were broken, they broke my sobs dresser, they broke his bookshelf , they broke my end table, and left it on pieces . They also blocked my number so I cannot call. Little do they know that I am a paralegal and I work for a lawfirm, so we will have our day in court. It’s one thing to break your items in a move , but to intentionally know that the move didn’t go well and then block me from calling to speak to someone is extremely unprofessional. I actually have spoken to Channel 4 and Channel 11 news and they are interested in publishing the story on air. I have pictures of everything. All I was looking for is for them to file a claim with there insurance to rectify the situation, now this will now be passed on to Collin County Court as well as the better business bureau, and for all of Dallas Ft. Worth to see. I doubt anyone will book with the company after seeing this. To Coyote movers you have my information, no one has reached out in regards to this. I will definitely see you guys soon. The law will be on my side !!!!

Rating 5 stars because Joe is an awesome person. Previously I had talked about them leaving behind a bunch of things in the garage but they made the effort to come back the next day and fix it. When I found out some things got lost because of how rushed the job was, the owner reached into his own wallet and gave me everything he had when I told him about my missing car seat, and even offered to replace and deliver the TV that got left behind. Hes a genuine person that does good by the people he works with and works his a** off for his employees and his kid. Would recommend.

After spending half a day on the phone getting pricing for a move, I decided to go with Coyote. I spoke with the woman several times and verified the details and pricing so there would be no surprises at moving time and scheduled. I was quoted roughly $300 for 2 men and 2 hrs. Movers get here and tell me that there were additional charges for larger items (60 tv, loveseat, chair) and because it is an upstairs apt. which I told the woman many times! I assume they should assume there are larger items such as sofa and tv when moving! So moving guy tells me it will be $730 because that is what his boss told him. I call her back and she says she will call the moving guy and speak with him and will call me right back. Moving guy says, she still says $730 so I sent him away! I proceed to call her and she will not answer to my number. So from $300ish to $730ish......wowwwwwwwwww!

The BEST moving experience I’ve ever had! I had a cross country move from Texas to Florida and they showed up in time and delivered on time! I move a lot for work so I’ve dealt with many moving companies and have come to expect poor service, slow work and hidden costs. These guys are upfront about cost so it’s their prerogative to move you quickly and efficiently. They also have a great attitude and their customer service is superb. I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends or family who need some help moving.

We had a great experience with Inbox moving company just few days ago! The two guys Errol and Tarray were hard- working and courteous. Tarray was especially very fast and knew his job very well. Overall the cost for moving was reasonable as compared to other quotes I got - almost half. We are happy with their service and recommend it for any move. They provide shrinking wraps, plastic etc and they pack your furniture quite fast. It is advised to pack your TV securely in a box and styrofoam yourself if you want movers to move it. Otherwise you can haul it in your car as we did (just a minor tip to avoid any stress about damage to expensive and light weight items). They do provide 60 cents per lb damage coverage per Texas law. Also, remember to box up all the items you want movers to move; they won’t pick things that are in trash bags etc.We followed these instructions that were communicated to us by the manager Joe well in advance and our move was hassle free. We hope yours goes smooth too. Best!

I booked the move for 9 am i was so nervous about them being here on time in early morning traffic. They arrived at my door at 9am on the dot. they got in and got out. they were so nice and energetic. i couldnt ask for any better movers.

This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had with the moving company I scheduled my appointment with the main office for 11 AM today November 1 they called me this morning and to confirm my appointment at 12 o’clock I informed them. That I had an 11 o’clock appointment they then told me that they had nothing available until 1 o’clock it is now 1:43pm and they just called to notify me that they can’t be here today until later. My move must be completed by 4pm today. They now want to reschedule for for another day. This is by far one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with when you schedule an appointment time you should keep it and if you can’t you should notify the customer upfront. I have now been sitting at my move site since 11 AM this morning and it is now 145 as I finish writing this review please do not ever use this service I recommend reading all the one star reviews about how they break stuff do not show up on time and their prices suddenly changed when they show up because people have no choice because they have to have movers that same day

I hired Coyote Movers for my move from one building to the next. The owner stop responding after his Gus damaged something at my home. This business is not accredited by the BBB as stated on their website. Horrible service. DO NOT USE

Bad experience with this moving company. They were an hour and a half late to pick up. When I called they did not inform me about the mile price and definitely feel that they overcharged me. $320 for a small 2 bedroom/2 bath that they didn’t even have to disassemble anything in. They also broke one of my lamps and didn’t offer any discount at all to make up for it. Look for another company.

Actually I have filed a claim with them as I have one tv that was broken during the move and sent them photos and have not gotten any response from them. Also, the door on my stainless steel refrigerator is scratched to hell and back. I had everything broken down for them and it still took 2 trips and six hours. I had to take the refrigerator apart for them to get it out the door. I filed a complaint about the tv 2 days after the move when I was finally putting it together. Spoke with a manager about it and then sent photos. Have sent 4 more emails asking what is going on and no response.

Excellence, dedication are few sample words describes those guys, I hired those guys to move my 3 bedrooms house and they did an excellent job..wont hesitate to hire them in the future.

Movers were 4 hours late..did not know how to put together beds properly, banged up the walls and doors in my new home and just found out that they hit my neighbors mailbox causing $750 of damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Unprofessional Movers, They changed the estimate when they got here & they knew I had to leave by 5:00 out of the apartment, and they were late on me & I had no other option to go with them. I paid $570 for just one bedroom apartment & they broke my dresser mirror. Don’t trust the reviews they have it’s all families and friends. I would rate 0 star!!!!

My experience with this company was exceptional. The first time I used them in June 2018 was great I was moved from one place to another which was 30 minutes away from the starting point in less than two hours. I recently used them again 2 days ago and ramon toto and isaiah pollard were great. They handled the job with no hiccups. I will request these two young men again when needed.
