Ive gone into 3 different Spirit Halloween stores today!!! Im very disappointed this year they used to carry all kinds of cool decor. This year they dont carry anything. I went to one in two weeks ago, when they 1st opened the lady told me oh we are getting a new shipment. They got it in but still no home decor. Im not sure if COVID put a damper on production or what but my house stays decorated for Halloween 365 days a year. Very bummed they didnt have as many products for decorating as they used too. Oh well theres always Amazon.

Love going to see all the costumes and accessories. Employees are friendly.

Happen to hear the manager say some horrible things to a young woman in reference to her size as she was asking to exchange a faulty costume. Ironic, that this person would say anything to anyone about their size. It also seems weird that this person purchased an item today, but then was told no exchanges after 10/22? That seems like deceptive trade practices to me. I have no interest is shopping here.

If halloween is your favorite halloween this is the place to go tooand if you are looking for something at one store and you cant find what your looking for at the store you are just ask an employee if they know if another store has it

The manager, Lauren, and her employee, Mike, are absolutley the type of people you want working for you at a retail outlet. Lauren is very knowledgeable and on her toes. Together they made our shopping experience fun, productive, informative, and a new fan of Spirit Halloween. The store was also neat, organized,and clean. Cant wait to go back. Thank you. P.S. customer service is paramount to a store like this. Great job!

Made my place look amazing

They let me take pictures so that I could send them to Germany and let my grandchildren pick out the costumes they would like to have. That way even though they were thousands of miles away they were able to pick out what they wanted. They wore them to festivals, trick or treating & school activities they loved helping to pick them out, getting the box & having fun opening it and seeing just what they wanted. Yea for a fairly young grandma

Love to go here every year. I especially love the props that are left out to scare people. I would like it better if they worked all the time. The store is amazingly I order even though there are tons of people coming through trying on things. The prices are great and the choices are very good.

Walked in the store and the first thing I saw was a man and his child trip over a accessory and fell. It was very un organized. The checkout employees were the slowest people I have ever witnessed. By the time they finish checking you out it’s Xmas.

One of the bigger ones Ive been to. Well stocked and organized. Displays were good. Wish they had more toddler boy costumes.

They have everything you need in this store.The workers are very attentive.Great experience

Halloween is one my Favorite Holidays I enjoy The fact That They have such a Variety if everything in their store I live for Halloween just so I can be scare By all Scary monsters in Spirt store and fact had Hunted house this just omg Y’all out did y’all selves keep up the amazing work

I love their presentation of animatronics. Their general adult costumes could use improvement.

Nice location. All the prop animatronics were not working. The store was in dire need of zoning. Everyone was at a register, instead of out with the guest. I bet shrink is high at this location.

Amazing store!! You can find anything you need, and the employees are super nice!

They are pretty well organized and they have a huge variety, but I do think they are highly over priced. I went to party city after, and found a lot of the same items for less of a price.

The lines were extremely long, but the staff were quick and respectful.

It was supposed to open at 10:00 and no one here! It is 10:15! Sucks when you drive a distance & no one is here!!

Its bit or miss whether all or even most of their animatronics are working that day. Pretty good selection and variety of Halloween tricks&treats though

Its ok..Thought it was bigger but they do have alot of variety of costumes.

I applied for a job there, and the manager did not hire me because, quote on quote, “they don’t hire people because friends steal stuff.” That is the most obscured statement I could ever hear. Might as well not hire women either. Very disappointed

Always fun to buy costume at this place

Their refund policy is very unsatisfying. When cashing out on Halloween day. The cashier did not let me know that refunds are pass due nor that Halloween is the last day to exchange. I did not wear the jacket nor the socks I bought from here.
