Shirin is such an amazing addition to this salon! She is the only one I would ever trust to color my hair. She always does a fantastic job and makes sure I am completely satisfied. Fantastic work-cannot recommend this place enough. I have been going to Randy for years; cuts, color, foil - all top notch. Never disappointed and I am often complemented on my hair.

Wouldn’t recommend at all, takes a whole week for appointment, and then they either do not give you a service you ask for or will refuse to do at all. Took me one week of waiting and then Toni said: he is not doing my hair just because I wanted him to do what I asked for so he said he will not do because I was not agree by what he asked me to accept. Manager and other staff members are rude and unprofessional too. Wasted my one week waiting and two hours while waiting to get my hair done and they didn’t. Everyone was supporting Toni by saying if he is not willing to do we can’t give you another person to do. Overall, all the people I saw inside were unprofessional.

I saw Shirin and she did a fantastic job. My hair in infamously hard to color. It almost always ends up brassy but she did SUCH a great job. The blond was perfect. The haircut also exceeded my expectations. To add to that, she is so nice and professional. Icing on the cake. The whole crew was polite. I would highly recommend Studio Salon & Spa. Particularly Shirin!

Avoid this place, they are so unprofessional and don’t care about what the customers ask for. Their service is terrible and they don’t do the style you ask for, but what they think is better for you. They only want to persuade you to leave them extra tip no matter if they’ve messed up your hair and overcharge you for it. If I could give 0 stars on the review, I would do it. I don’t recommend this place at all, if you want to get a good service and the style you want for your hair go somewhere else, because the people who work here have no idea what a professional customer service is.

Waited one week for my appointment for just the highlight, and the guy named (Toni) asked me to do haircut 💇‍♀️ too. I simply refused and said I don’t want to shorten my hair because I like my long hair very politely, but he refused to do my hair color/ saying I have a situation I will not color your hair because you don’t want to cut your hair. He was also demanding $300 just for a hair and I said ok just because the salon and staffs looked professional. He was forcing me to cut my hair and I had to talk to honer of the salon, she also said he is not colouring because you are not cutting your hair. Unprofessional workers, rude behaviour, impolite conversation. They wasted my two hours and then rejected to color. And I waited one week for this appointment. Unfair.

Damaged my hair & scale.The product they use is burns the scale badly which is unbearable plus they over charged me.

I found Sherin shortly after moving to the area, she surpassed any expectation. Shirin worked with me and created the very shade I was looking for. She is amazing!! Every time she does my hair, she surpasses the last time and makes it more amazing if that were even possible.I have lost count how many times people have stopped me to complement me on my hair.Shirin has the ability to make anyones hair fabulous!

Kambiz is hands down the best hairstylist I have been to! He did an amazing job on my hair color and cut- I’ve never been happier! I’ve had my hair colored several times by others, and he did by far the best job. I would recommend him to anyone! He even let me come in a few days before my appointment to talk and look at my hair so I could explain what I was looking to do. So friendly, easy to talk to, can trust and have confidence in with your hair, and truly does a work of art! Best hairstylist I’ve been to, highly highly recommend. I will definitely be back!

Kambiz is amazing! Highly skilled stylist! Ive been going to him for years! He provides notable input on the hairstyles which work best with your face shape and overall look. Ive tried several hairstyles and colors through the years and have NEVER had a bad experience.

Tony was great, very personable and gives a great haircut too. Will definitely be back! Pricier than your run of the mill barber but worth it in my opinion.

First time receiving a haircut at this salon and I’m blown away by Kambiz’s talent! When I described to him what I wanted I could tell he knew exactly what to do with my hair. During the cut he was super talkative and friendly, like we’d been friends for years. The end result is perfect and exactly what I imagined. You feel as good as your hair looks, and I feel beautiful!

Ashley saved my hair after a botched color job and disaster haircut! I’d heard about her from friends and was so excited she was able to fit me in.Ashley spent a long time discussing my experiences and what I wanted. She created a plan and made sure I was OK with what she thought we should do.She colored my gray roots with a natural looking base color and used highlights, lowlights, and bayalage to create the most natural looking color I’ve had since becoming blonde 10 years ago. I’ve never had a stylist spend that much time perfecting my color. I was very impressed!To top it off, she gave me an amazing haircut which is easy to style and so cute!The salon is easy to get to in Shirlington Village with plenty of parking in the garage right across the street.Highly recommend Ashely for an amazing cut and color!

I wouldn’t recommend this salon. Tony cut my hair. He was more worried about me (and my friends) becoming his “clientele” than listening to what kind of haircut I wanted. This was my first hint I should have run!.I just moved to the area. I brought several pictures which showed the multiple layers. I told him that I can’t have it all one length because I have very thick, curly hair.I had to stop him mid-cut. He gave me a SINGLE LAYER BOB and cut off 2 inches when I came in for touch up. I’m pretty sure he’s never cut hair before. Clearly I was distraught and the manager couldn’t be found. I paid and left. DO NOT waste your time and money here.

I went here yesterday and saw Kambiz for a partial highlight. I have not had great luck finding a stylist since moving here. Kambiz did a WONDERFUL job on my hair. My hair looks healthier than when I went in and there is no evidence of my original color. Also, hes fun to talk to- extremely nice and personable. I will definitely be back.

I received a haircut and color from Jamie and my hair was cut completely uneven. He also talked me out of getting the hair color I originally wanted. The only reason that I am giving 3 stars is because I called back a few days later and explained that my cut was uneven and the owner fixed it that day. She was very nice and apologetic, but after only wanting a trim, I ended up with at least 4” cut off of my long hair. I was very disappointed.

I received a hair cut from Jamir. It was completely uneven. Went back two times and still walked out unhappy. Email the owner directly and explained the situation and never heard back. Stay away from this place!

This salon is amazing! I went here through the recommendation of a friend who also had a wonderful experience, and it did not disappoint. Kambiz was my stylist, and I warned him when I sat down that he would have to fix a horrible hair cut that I had been growing out since last November, when I went to Bubbles in Pentagon City Mall, (never go there) and he did an incredible job.I could tell right when meeting him that he was a confident hair stylist who would know how to cut the best hair style for my face shape, etc. he did amazing!He evened out the uneven layers from the bad haircut I had had before, and made me feel amazing again. He just has that magic touch with hair and knows how to accomodate to each customer. Very talented. Thank you, Kambiz! You are my stylist from here on out.
