Mrs. Shonda Love is the nicest and sweetest ladies I know. She has helped my wife and I out of tax debt that another tax professional screwed us over. I was referred to Mrs. Love and was told shes good at what she does and I can say myself, YES, She Is! Ill definitely be back next tax year.

The worst experience ever. Shonda asked that I delete my last previous post fear of her “reputation being tarnished” . Not this time ma’am. This woman and her business has cost us to lose thousands of dollars. She didn’t completely file our taxes correctly causing us A LOT of issues! 2 years in a row she lied and said she would correct HER MISTAKE. She claimed she fixed the issue, HA! She did not. She’s unprofessional, rude and personally I feel she’s ripped us off money. She got paid her money though, now she’s nowhere to be heard from. We’ve been calling and calling leaving emails and messages for months, no returned phone calls or emails. This company is a rip off, don’t file your taxes with them!!!!!

If our experience was good, this review would be quite different. The owner of this business does not take ownership of her wrongdoing to her paying customers, instead will talk bad about them. It’s too late to right the wrong Shonda caused due to her negligence when filing our taxes. She lied several times, did not send us our paperwork back, or tracking information as she ensured she’d do. This is ongoing from 2017. Errors were found in her filings and she was advised as soon as it was caught, the same day we filed. We were told she’d handle it in 2017 when the intent to do so was never made. We have proof of that. She has since told us to find someone else to fix the mistake she made when she had several instances to do so herself. She refuses to this day to accept ownership. No apology was ever given from her. I do not recommend this company to a friend nor enemy. If she does wrong on her behalf, don’t expect an apology or a fix because you won’t receive it. You’ll get backlash, threats and called names. We are taking care of the matter ourselves and getting it resolved now. God is always good and He will take care of it all. Future customers beware.

Mrs. Shonda Love and her husband, Carlos Love runs a very professional tax preparation firm. I’ve seen them start with 1 office and add 3 More locations in less than one year. That’s AMAZING!! Keep putting God first and He will continue to bless you and your many businesses.With that being said, I saw the negative review that someone post about Mrs. Love and realize she contradicted herself. For her to state she wrote a negative review, deleted it, then came back and wrote another negative review let’s everyone know her post is not valid and she’s a person with a spirit of jealousy that wants to defame your character. The Bible tells us “No Weapon formed against you, your family or your businesses will ever be able to prosper.”If she’s concerned about a thousand dollar tax debt, she keeps it up, it’s going to be more than that.Y’all continue to stay positive and allow God to fight your battles!My favorite tax Team- Smart Business Solutions!

It’s clearly, you liked or appreciate her business otherwise you wouldn’t have continue to allow her to service you and your husband. It’s a reason you kept going to her year after year. Posting a negative statement about a business that you stated prepared y’all tax return and I’m sure you got back the maximum refund tells me that you’re a FAKE or FRAUD. They are the definition of why businesses fail. Gave me an appointment and completely forgot about it. Got there and told me they will see me in 30 minutes, I waited for 2 hours and when the lady arrived, she forgot her office keys at home and all I got was a sorry. Wasted my gas and time.
