I have forgotten my drivers name but he was great. Give great service and a very good trip. Great night for my ole lady she really enjoyed it. Thanks MBEG. I will be back. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because sometimes lack of communication but all round great experience.

First I will say Bobby our driver was great. That is where anything positive about this company ends. We rented the Hummer to take the family to see Christmas lights. When we got in I never knew that someone could put that many smudge marks on the windows, the ceiling and everything else that was shiny. The windows had so much grime on them that when looking at the Christmas lights through them, the lights looked like they were in a bad fog storm. The water bottles in the “melted” ice bins were half full. The rest of the inside would have made a Petri dish look more inviting to sit inside than this vehicle. DO NOT WASTE your money with this company.

What a fun experience. They were amazing! They knew where to go to look at the lights. It was definitely a night the kids will remember. What great service!!!!

My husband and I we’re very happy with their service. They kept and honor their contract. We hired them for Prom for my daughter. The driver was awesome, Mr. Omar was the bomb....he kept us informed of they day schedule as they arrived and left a location and even called us when he arrived at the drop off location, Mr. Omar your the best driver, I appreciate everything you did for us😁

Best limo service i have ever had:) The party bus was perfect size/look for my group of 20 people. Me and my friends had awesome time dancing on the pole. The driver was amazing quick with ideals for great safe clubs, and understood exactly what music we liked to listen too. Its was so amazing i cant wait for another party so we can use this service again. I recommend everyone who have never used this service TO COME PARTY you will not be disappointed. So thank you MBEG FOR MAKING MY BIRTHDAY THE BEST DAY EVER!!!

DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE! They failed to pick us up for our wedding. They even ignored our calls after a while. So we had all of our bridesmaids and groomsmen calling from their phones to try to get someone. When we finally did get in touch with someone, we were told that the hummer limo had broke down and they were on their way....30 minutes later still no limo. So I try calling again and was then told that they had contracted it out to some other company who had forgot about us. NOT our problem. Needless to say they never came and we had to shuttle myself, the groom, and the other 14 members of our wedding party back and forth to the venue ourselves. I should have known something was up because some guy kept calling us everyday that week to ask if we wanted to switch to a party bus instead. We kept saying NO, but he called like 4 nights (after 10:30 p.m. at that) and asking the same question Ugh. So Im 100% sure he knew what was up and that he wouldnt have a limo there for us. We even booked 3 MONTHS in advance. What a ridiculous company!! Even 1 star is too much. Go elsewhere!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. This is seriously the worst limo service ever. I booked a limo for six kids over a month in advance and was told because I did this so early I would get two free hours, nothing is ever free. One of the owners contacted me a couple days before our trip and asked if we would like to upgrade to a party bus and I wasn’t sure we needed that as we just had ten people and six were little kids. Well I should have known that in actuality they rented out my limo to someone else so I had no choice. Our planned trip was supposed to be for six hours and they told us we would get two buses in this six hours which made no sense but I took it bc I had a planned birthday party for my boyfriend with his kids then with adults so we split up the six hours and did three and three. We ended up getting a 20 passenger party bus that was over 30 mins late for the kids party with their dad. We drove over an hour away to a pumpkin patch and within 30 mins the driver was texting me telling me we needed to go bc the other bus was on its way. Essentially we used the first bus to drive there and back which was pointless. As we were on our way home the second party bus called me and stated that they were running about 30 mins late and I said that was fine bc the first bus was as well bc he was initially 30 mins late anyway. An hour had passed and we arrived home to find that there was no second party bus waiting for us to transition too. The second driver called me and stated that she was going to be another hour late and asked if I still wanted the bus. The bus was supposed to drop us off at a planned surprise birthday party at 9. Needless to say the bus didn’t get to my house til after 7:30 and we literally rode to the party which was pointless to have the party bus. I would have been better off getting an Uber. We only used the bus a total of three hours out of six. Oh by the way I complained and the owner stated he would refund my money and of course after a month later I still haven’t received it and they aren’t returning my calls. Civil lawsuit in the works at this point. They charged me over four hundred dollars and I didn’t get anything out of it. Return my money or I am following through with a lawsuit. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Terrible Service! Reserved bus for 3 hours for my daughters Quinceanera. The bus picked the kids up dropped them off to get an ice cream. The kids called the driver to pick them up in 30 mins later. Driver never came back. After calling the driver several times he told them the bus broke down!! They called another bus and it came to pick up the kids. The new driver told the group of kids that he had to drop them off early because he had another even to get to!!! The kids only got 1 hour and 30 mins out of the 3 hours I PAID FOR! When i contacted the manager he assured me he would refund ONLY $150 back to my debit card. WHICH I NEVER GOT!!! This is the worse company I have ever did business with! They wont return my phone calls and will not refund me my $. Also in the fee was a gratitude of $30 that the driver got and he did nothing but drive to the ice cream place! I would never recommend this company to anyone! BEWARE EVERYONE!!

Hated it. Please never rent from MBEG. NEVER I rented a 30 passenger party bus with leather seats and lights. I got a 30 passenger shuttle bus from the 1980’s the air wasn’t working and they gave me 2 hours instead of 3... This was my second time using them so I thought it would be 👌🏽 messed up my daughter bday!
