Was on vacation on the east coast, arrived into DC on a Friday afternoon, dropped off a week’s worth of laundry for 3 people, and they delivered to our hotel the next morning as promised. Friendly, professional, easy. $31 including delivery, all nicely folded!

I took some very dirty work clothes to Columbia pike laundry. They did a great job. Everything was clean and folded. I dropped off and picked up a few hours later that day. Very happy with the service.

Great experience getting my comforter cleaned! I mentioned how I would love the comforter to smell fresh and clean and they did just that! Wonderful customer service and fast turn around!

My family and I pulled into DC hotel on a Friday. Covid eliminated laundry services at hotels. I found Columbia Pike Laundry who came, picked up the laundry on Saturday, and returned it on Sunday. I heartily recommend Columbia!

I would recommended them to anyone! They always finish my laundry much earlier than they say they will! Everything is wrapped up nicely so it’s easy to unload once I’m home. They text you when your clothes are ready too!

Horrible customer service, we are driving from North Dakota and we are staying at days inn, we asked for a recommendation at the hotel for a laundry since hotels is closed and they mentioned this laundry, we made it to the laundry in 5 minutes walking distance. They have a lot of machines I asked the lady if she had some detergent a few drops since Im traveling and she had like 7 jugs on a table, she rudely said go buy at CVS. Later I asked another lady about how to use a dryer, I had to pull to words out of her. Very bad customer service.

Its a regular laundromat but they offer services to do your laundry and fold em for you. The ladies who do it are really kind and fast. The laundry we had done had a fast turnaround and folded neatly where I could put it in my dresser immediately. Definitely would do this again!

I couldn’t get to a laundromat as planned and I was desperate to get two small loads of laundry done right away. I scheduled my pickup and delivery within a day and the following day on time with a text letting me know they were on their way, I had all my laundry clean, folded, and put into a wonderful laundry delivery reusable bag. The app is wonderful and the cost is well worth the service. I will definitely use this company and service on a regular basis. So impressed!

While the wash and fold service is great, business ethics in terms of charging customers is unethical and illegal in ways that have been noticed by me on two occasions. Be wary and check your receipts and if you are bringing in your own detergent, they will weigh it and charge it in the price per pound. Monitor your charges carefully from this business because in my opinion they are finding ways to take money from the customer without us being able to really see it because it is so minute. This is happened to me numerous times and for further information check the Better Business Bureau complaint I have filed against them. Again the service is great, the business practices are far from it.

Has been very helpful with those last minute preparations for guests coming into town. I dropped a bunch of bedding off on a Thursday and asked for it to be delivered on Friday by noon. They got it done on Thursday and I was able to pick it up on the way home from work. Items are extremely nicely folded and packaged. Highly recommend!

I dropped off some laundry for the first time here and was very happy with their service. I dropped off 30lbs of laundry and wasnt expecting to pick it up for a few days. They texted me 3 hours later and said it was ready. It gets better. When I came to pick it up the woman who was working said she found money in my clothes and that it was in an envelope. I offered her a tip and she refused saying she couldnt take it.My laundromat closed during this Pandemic. It usually takes them several days to turn a load like this around. My first time here and they wash and fold 30 lbs in 3 hours and wont accept a tip. After insisting several times the woman accepted a tip.I cant imagine a better customer service experience.

Did the pick up & delivery wash and fold service for the first time, and it was an excellent experience. The driver was extremely polite, the clothes were washed quickly, and everything looks awesome. They even matched up my socks--which I would never have expected. Will definitely use this service again!

My mom uses and walker and we were staying at the nearby Sheraton for a week so we generated a lot of laundry with my kids and my dad... we came with our laundry but then my mom didn’t feel well... it was so comforting to know they would take care of our laundry so i could get my mom back to the hotel. we came back much later in the day with our laundry bagged and ready to go. Dan is the MAN! He is extremely helpful! Easy self service. Get change, and help! Wonderful first time experience! Air conditioning exists here! And a salon for nails and hair is attached. Laundry and nails done while clothes are washing!

I used the express wash and fold service. I dropped my 17.8 lbs of laundry off at 10:36 and picked it up by about 12:30. Everything that I took in also came back and neatly folded! Except 3 times, they were on hangers and plastic garment covers. The staff were super nice!! I have lived here for over 6 years and haven’t had this amazing of service anywhere else! That you all for taking such great care of me and my clothes!!So, would I ever use them again? Absolutely!

The laundromat is bright and clean with several machines to use. Free WiFi and restroom access. Machines work well and they have a quarter machine - no more scrambling to find quarters just to wash your clothes! Washing machines are a little pricey but the dryers are cheap. Owner is very nice and other staff is helpful.

Daniel runs a clean and efficient laundromat. The washing machines are all well maintained (I used to own a laundromat in Bournemouth) the driers are efficient and not expensive. Service washes are available but it’s more fun to DIY. We found Columbia Pike Laundromat on Google as we were on holiday in D.C. and it was a $10 ride away. By far the best laundromat we have found on our US travels.

The people are super nice! Machines wash and dry as expected. Bathroom however is hideous. But I am primarily a Wash and Fold customer, so I am usually dropping off and/or picking up...

The lady was rude from the beginning. I had to use the bathroom and she was knocking on the door, saying she had to close even though there were 10 min left until 8 pm.

The website for the wash and fold service does not mention the 15 lb minimum anywhere. My bath mats only weighed 7 pounds. While i was willing to pay 2x per lb what we paid in NYC, Im not willing to pay 2x the advertized rate because of an arbitrary rule that isnt listed on the website.

I submitted an inquiry via Yelp to Columbia Pike and about 4 other wash and fold services because I not only do I have doing laundry, but with 2 full time jobs and an attempted social life I just dont have time. When I do have the time I want to sleep lol.Columbia Pike was one of the first to respond (on a snow day at that!). What made me choose them was the level of customer service displayed in comparison to the others.Scheduling - For delivery service, you can either call or schedule a service through the CleanCloud app which I found to be much faster and easier.Pick-up/Drop off - Jack is the main driver and hes awesome! He had NO idea what he was walking into when he came to pick up my clothes 😂 I was just coming from a 2 week vacation and didnt do laundry beforehand so that one little laundry bag did not cut it. However, he came prepared with a dolly and additional bags and didnt seem annoyed at the 2 trips he had to make to the 10th floor.You also receive notification when your clothes are on the way and when they have arrived.Cost - the cost for the level of service you get is awesome. They charge by the pound and you can see what your clothes weighed in at in the app!Payment - You can setup payment and tip in the app. You will be notified of your total and the card on file will be charged once your laundry is complete!Never had a wash and fold service so convenient! Definitely will be a regular here!

My husband and I are thrilled to have found a place to launder our bathroom rugs, large blankets, comforters, etc. We live in a row home on Capitol Hill with a standard sized stackable washer and dryer. Every single time I try to wash a rug, large blanket, or a thick terry robe, the washer over flows and runs into our 2nd floor. Columbia Pike Laundry charges a per pound amount for bulk items, and it’s a game changer. I will never again put a rug in the washer and cross my fingers hoping it won’t leak. We just picked up our first order, and we are so pleased. I’d forgotten how white our bathroom rugs could be (yikes), and all of the blankets came back so soft and fresh. We are so glad be found Columbia Pike Laundry!! I’m hoping to drop off round two this week. Thank you!

I received my garments back and my white clothes were damaged. Very upsetting due to the fact that one particular item that was stained was an item Ive only worn once and had just recently purchased. When calling back to the establishment to let them know my items were damaged, they suggested that they will just rewash it in bleach.Question is, if you seen the garments were marked up with brown markings (possibly from the machine) and you neatly folded it and gave it back to me, why not attempt to rewash it and try bleach it BEFORE returning it to me???Or at least have the courtesy of making me aware of the damages when I picked up my laundry.I will never come to this place to do a Wash & Fold here again.

I accidentally washed some tissues with my clothes, and it covered EVERYTHING with millions of bits of tissue!! It would’ve taken several stressful hours to get everything out myself, but this place got it back to me the next day. And they didn’t even charge extra!

Avoid at all costs. Forrest Laundromat is nearby and superior in every way. I loaded two dryers at Colombia Pike Laundromat and went across the street for some food. When I returned, my clothes were gone. Turns out, they had been removed from the dryers by the woman who runs the place and replaced with the laundry of someone else. This is beyond the pale. Can you imagine turning your back for a few minutes and having your machines commandeered by the staff? I got my stuff back and dried it at Forrest.
