Texas Star did a fantastic job for us. We have a set of three story townhomes and they did not miss a speck. They were punctual and very tidy. Cleaning not only the windows but all drips on the floor . We will absolutely use them again.

Weve had Texas Star out to our house twice now, and will happily have them return for more cleaning. Theyve done power washing of our patio and driveway and made it look so much cleaner.The first time they came, they did our windows, and the whole house was brighter (we have to have them back for that in the fall). Theyve cleaned out our gutters twice, and done a super job. Its not just that we didnt have to climb on the roof or ladder, but that they did a better job than we would have anyway. Plus, when I asked if I could have all the detritus from the gutters--the decaying leaves, etc.--for my compost pile, they obligingly collected that stuff and took it over to the compost pile. They also suggested that we clean our eaves as long as we were doing the gutters, and explained why that was a good idea (the dirt on the eaves magnifies the damage the Texas sun can do), so we did that too. The visit today gave our house a bit of a facelift it had been needing! Thanks, Texas Star!

Unethical behavior all the way around. Will not return phone calls, charged for services never provided after promising to refund money to my clients. Thumbs down all they way. Do not get suckered into using this company; yelp reviews are all negative. The Google reviews must be friends.

I am current owner of one single family house, and the previous owner used them to clean window, when I buy this house, the screens are not put on yet, so the previous owner told me to call them schedule appt to put the screen back on, and he already paid everything. I called them after I move in, they said they will call me back in the same day, but they never, then I called few days later, they said they lost my number, thats why they did not call. Then we made an appt for the following week morning. I have been waiting for them whole day at home. They never show up, I called, they hang up. I guess they dont want come to finish the work someone has paid, also they dont want us to keep using them for this address. Very unprofessional.
