I’ve been living here for 6 years now and I absolutely love it! Nice neighborhood, friendly residents, and great Mansfield District schools.The floor plans are very spacious, it feels like you live in a house. Also, this is a pet friendly property!!!Maintenance crew are fast and efficient. Renee, the manager is always helpful with tenants. She works closely with Arlington Police Department which is pretty awesome because being a family oriented community means we have no time for drama... zero tolerance at this property!!!

I have lived here since 2011 and my experience has been great! Management does an excellent job maintaining the property and is always willing to assist you if a needs arises. The has a hands on approach with the maintenance issue making it a plus to getting problem resolved easier and quicker. The amenities exceed all others similar townhouses.

We have lived here 4 years. It’s a quiet community and the residents are very respectful of one another. The staff are great and quick to help out in any way possible.

We have lived here for five years and are sad to go. We would have stayed longer if it wasnt for our purchase of a new home. Renee was such a great help with our transition to Texas when we first arrived. Through the years we have witnessed her, along with the maintenance workers transform this community with many upgrades. She works really hard to make sure you feel safe by overseeing and removing unruly residents. She may be tough to some but she is fair and makes sure that Palos Verde Townhomes is a family oriented community. We cant thank you enough Renee for all you do. We appreciate you and will be truly missed.

Lived here for a year, it was a quiet neighborhood, great management, good price, huge master bathroom with a nice garden bathtub.The kitchen, however could use a little TLC. The kitchen cabinets are hideous. Very 80s style. And all old school appliances. Ugly floor tile. But overall, I would live here again.

I have called everyday this week and no one has answered. I need yall to return phone calls or have some people in the office to answer the phones. I am interested, but Im not going to keep calling and not getting an answer. Thats rude!

I have been a resident at Palos Verdes Townhomes for over 5 years now, and have had the privilege of living within several of the different floorplans this property has to offer. The property Manager, Renee Riddle, has always been very accommodating to my needs, whether I needed to upsize or downsize given whatever current situation life had thrown at me. She continues to make improvements on the property to make PVT a luxury style community. From flooring upgrades, new countertops, fireplace remodels, and most recently updated cabinets. I tried a brief stint in an apartment, located closer to my boyfriends work, but quickly found myself regretting the living situation and we moved back to PVT once our lease was up. This place will remain our home until we purchase a home of our own. The maintenance guys are great, efficient and prompt, and any issues I have had within my unit have been addressed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend living here, so long as you are not opposed to following the rules, such as paying your rent on time and not putting your trash out on a non-trash day. The manager is tough, but fair, and strives to keep PVT a clean, safe and riff-raff free place for her residents to call home!

Wanted to rent there manager was rude and makes you feel like you are being interrogated.

I went in there today to inquire about renting a townhome and the office property manager renee was extremely rude as soon as I walked into the office she gave me a dirty look and asked what I needed as if I were bothering her. She immediately told me there was nothing available when I asked for an application and starting giving me figures I guess she thought I couldnt afford. I have several family members that currently reside at palos verdes apts and was looking forward to possibly living close to them but if Im going to have people like her as a office manager Ill pass. Ive never felt so discriminated against ...apparently you have to be white and wealthy to live here or deserve respect for that matter in the eyes of Renee Riddle.
