They were great. Very accommodating to work with our schedules.

It is just unfortunate that my experience with Lifeline was full of distrust and shady practices. They did not know how to handle stress and their leadership lacks management qualities. While they want the best for their clients, it seems like disorder and chaos runs the show. Their mission and values seem honorable, but their actual workers did not all display Christian qualities and made it seem like they only care about money and sweeping anything that might appear as bad under the rug quickly. Yes, faith is important - but if you dont treat people right then you are already failing.

I was a foster child in this agency, and I hated it. They always had something bad to say about me, my foster sisters, or my foster mom. Which was wrong because my foster sisters and foster mom was the best thing that ever happened to me. They would always point out something so small, like if their was one cup in the sink, they said thats gross, they need to clean up after themselves. Or they would get upset if our beds werent made correctly, example if they covers werent even they would call us disgusting. And when a problem arose they made it worse instead of solving it. This agency never gave us a compliment on anything, they made us feel worthless. They made one of my sisters so upset she had to call her OCOK worker because we were always being threatened and disrespected. Then they are harassing and abusing their power, no matter how we tried to please them their attitudes always got worse. I would not recommend this agency to anyone, who is looking to be a foster parent.

Horrible. Disorganized. Mess. They dont communicate.
