Metro Offices Ballston and the team that manages the facility are amazing. Weve been continually impressed with their professionalism and friendliness, and they have been extremely helpful and accommodating with anything weve needed. During the pandemic they responded rapidly to put in place policies and procedures to keep the space clean and safe, and because of that we still feel very comfortable working here. Would highly recommend!

Weve been leasing at metro offices - Ballston for 6 years. It is strategically located in Arlington. the amenities are wonderful and conducive to effectively running a business. The service is phenomenal. The current center manager Terra and the team, are professional, extremely helpful, and an absolute pleasure with which to work. We highly recommend Metro Offices.

Metro Offices Ballston and the folks that run it are amazing! Our team loved renting space from Metro Offices. The front desk staff is super friendly and willing to go out of their way to accommodate their tenants. The only reason we moved is because we grew out of the space. I would 100% recommend this space to anyone looking to rent professional space with conference and kitchen amenities.

We’ve used the meeting space on the 12th floor twice. A few weeks ago and this week. The staff on the floor is so accommodating and pleasant to work with! We had AV issues the first week and Dominic came to our rescue for support. He was always a friendly and welcoming face each morning and never had issues answering any and all of our questions. His manager Terra and co-worker Daniel were also quite helpful in assisting our team with needs and wants. Thank you again to the staff for creating a wonderful environment and exhibit excellent service!

The staff at Metro Offices in Ballston are absolutely the best! They are responsive and reasonable and just fun to deal with. I have been a client here for two years; my office is comfortable, quiet, and has a great view. My clients enjoy coming here to meet with me because the suite is convenient and attractive, and the staff are so awesome. I am much happier here than I was at the suite where I previously rented an office, and I plan to stay as long as I operate my business.

My organization has rented offices with Metro Offices for almost a year now and they are wonderful! The offices are very nice and convenient and Metro Offices Staff are always friendly, helpful, and kind. They frequently plan events and have holiday parties which is wonderful to build community and meet other organizations working in the space. Would highly recommend to any small organizations or businesses in the DMV area.

I have been at Metro Offices for nearly 2 years and have been pleased with the entire operation. It offers all of the facilities and amenities that I need to conduct my international business. The affable staff is always helpful and willing to assist with any request. In case I get too busy to remember upcoming holidays, they take the time to enhance the lobby with appropriate and creative decorations. It is a great place to come to work.

In my opinion this place is a gem. The Metro Offices facility at Ballston is very clean and conducive for a professional gathering place. The MO staff goes above and beyond their normal duties to accommodate their clients with treats and fun events periodically to reduce the stress of hard working Washingtonians in the region. Even the smallest and trivial requests from their clients are taken into consideration. Appreciate the efforts and keep up the good work ladies!

I absolutely love this team. They are smart, friendly, reliable and they always have the answers to my questions. When I say I have never had a better service than Metro, I mean it. The DC Metro needs a little bit of their touch because they are completely amazing. I couldnt be happier with them at my side everyday. They help me so much when I have an appointment come in and they have so much patience with every single one on my printing or mailing needs. I am so blessed to have them.

The entire Team is highly professional and consistently provides an atmosphere that makes you want to come to work. Its great to be greeted with Smile and Sincere Good Mornings everyday. The facility is clean and has an open temporary appearance which I love. Also, the amenities are great. Five stars really means 10 thumbs up.

Ive had an office at the Ballston Center for about a year and a half and absolutely love it. I searched all over northern Virginia and D.C. for similar offerings, and this was easily the best choice. The facilities are lovely and very easy to access, and the staff are fantastic. I really appreciate the polish that the office presents when I have guests to the office. But dont all rush in at once because I like the pricing as it is!

Metro Offices Ballston furnished meeting space and support for a three-day workshop (~30 people). The space is functional, modern, and readily accessible by different modes of transportation. What really set the offerings apart, however, was the helpfulness, accessibility, and professionalism of the Metro Offices staff. They worked with us to deal with challenges (including several inches of snow that threatened to derail our setup) and find solutions. Everything was done promptly, courteously, and efficiently. This is a first-class operation that is highly recommended for meeting and business space needs.

If I could give 10 stars I would without any hesitation. This office is gorgeous and the location is just perfect. Its extremely clean, designed /decorated with great taste. It offers just about everything one would need to conduct business. Its also very conveniently located just about two blocks from Ballston metro stop and right off 66 freeway. The staff (Sarah Leming and Sidney Lawrence) are amazing and very accommodating. They work with you to provide you with a package that suits your needs and beyond. My business partner and I are very happy with what we got and look forward to working with Metroffice in growing our business and serving our clients.

This is a great location and facilities, but the staff exceeds expectations.Facilities. The building is a few blocks walk from the Ballston Metro stop - maybe a five minute walk. If you are driving or Uber-ing in, the building is one of the few that has a nice circular drive - its impressive and safe for you and your guests. The lobby is staffed and around the corner is a super breakfast and lunch place. The bank of elevators never leave you waiting long. Metro Offices has the 12th floor and there are several break/social areas. There are two coffee machines, refrigerators, microwaves, tables, chairs, and couches. The offices are a good size and cleaned daily. If you need a conference room, they have a variety of offerings. Its a comfy business environment.Services. Reception off of the elevator bank, high speed internet, phone service and reception. Copies, fax, notary, mail, delivery services, and you get the idea - full service.Staff. This is where Metro Offices really shines. The staff is highly efficient, processes requests to an exacting standard, and highly professional in every way. Thats not to say its a cold, professional environment. I am greeted every day by name, we have occasional parties, and it seems more like its an office club than just a place to plug in your computer. In fact, we enjoy our office colleagues and hosted a donut party and will do so again soon.
