Norton Shopping Guarantee is baloney. It has been totally worthless. You’ve probably seen their logo on a website before guaranteeing your shopping experience. I needed them to act on their guarantee for an online furniture store named DCG Stores who sold me a damaged table, couldn’t replace it and wouldn’t issue a refund to me. I purchased the table on August 10th and today is Sept 15th. I never did receive a refund from DCG Stores and Norton didn’t do a thing about it even after I had sent them numerous messages detailing the issue I was having. Luckily, Visa refunded the purchase for me so now they are going after DCG Stores. Take my advice, never buy anything from DCG Stores and never purchase anything from a website just because Norton is guaranteeing your purchase because they obviously won’t do anything to help you if a problem with your purchase arises.

These people are crooks. No one answers in customer service or emails. Overcharged me and sent me stuff I didn’t want and charged me for it. I’d actually give them zero stars if I could.

I am very happy with the services they provide me. Great company. Thank you for increasing my store popularity and protection. I definitely got an increase on my orders. as well.

I have had to send back an unopened delivery of Keto plus two bottles of supplements which I was kind of tricked into buying. I was assured my money would be refunded. So far I have written at least eight times and there is still no refund. The only answer I keep getting from Norton is a message to the customer help center saying assist Magie . If one does has to fight to get a refund with unopened bottles, never believe a 30 day refund if you are not happy with the results of TRYING the product.

Just had letter from Post office I owe £26.01 for postage and customs taken week to come cost £150 now another £26.01 it seem you cant get your money back! They wont give you an address to send back to largest con merchants going. phoned and e- mailed twice no help ! CON PEOPLE, want to put on e-bay how rubbish and big con!!!!! What Guarantee do we have? cant send this, should not have one star but you have to to get posted!!! trick again
