They provide work and loads for the HotShot and Trucking business. Good loads. Organized and knowledgeable staff. Only complaint would be they are slow in getting us loaded which many times eats up our DOT mandatory Hours of service .This often severely impacts the long out of state journey ahead. What should of been a one day trip turns into two. Sure part of the business but countless other shippers realize this and work to maximize efficiency.

The work was fairly simple and the pay wasnt bad. They do need to replace a few employees. Its kinda difficult to want to work there when some people in lead positions are nothing more than modern-day slave drivers.

Come here several times per week for delivery, Yvette at the door is great but they need to get more doors working. Overall great place to deliver.

Horrible experience. The lady assigning dock doors had a very nasty attitude. No bathrooms for drivers.

Appointment pic up is 3am and I call them 4 hours earlier they open the get and they give me a dock I never see like this place nice and friendly tnks ya all keep going excellent job

Arrived at 8:45am for a 9am appointment. Other driver arrived at 7am for 9am appointment and was told to come back at appointment time. I checked in at the door. Have your 5digit appointment number. Gave me a door by 9:20am. Its now 10:16 am and they are almost done unloading me.

Worst company for pickup took 7 hours to assign dock no communication poor service 2nd shift evening employee are rude they dont care you have hours or not never come back this location again

8 am appointment, arrived at .7.10 am. Called the shipping office,answered on 2nd ring, gave me dock right away.They started loading me at 07.35 loaded and BOL signed by 08.00.Guy who loaded me and girl with BOL were both extremely pleasant and friendly.I never normally give a reviews, but seeing all the bad reviews this company has, I thought I would review them with my good experience.

Do not get loaded here!!!!! I had 3 straps and they had me go buy 3 because EVERYONE needs 6 they say. Took me an hour to find some near the place. I assume its because the truckers are being turned away to go buy them. I get loaded and they strap it down with 1 strap. They are so slow. The load still needed to be wrapped before I could load. Stay away!!!!

My appointment 2pm.check in 10:30 AM now 6:30pm still waiting for door.it’s not a good place for pick up.

I have 8pm appointment, I checked in at 830pm and they assigned me a dock right away because my load supposed to be a small load. I backed at the dock before 8pm, they were done loading my truck at 4am and didn’t get me my papers until 5am. 9hrs and 30 minutes at the dock. Terrible! I am definitely not coming back here.I have to say though, the guy that loaded my truck was nice.

AVOID!! Got there at 1500hrs, for a 1600hrs appointment. Was assigned a dock at 2140hrs, was done at 2345hrs. My load was less than 8k pounds and didnt fill half of the 53. There were trucks that got to the dock before me and were still there after I left. They dont answer the door, youll have to call a number that almost every single time goes to a VM that is full. Clerks were polite but this place deserves no stars! Nasty chemical toilet! Definitely never going back there again!

Very Sloooooooow in loading, 3hrs waiting for dock and close to 2hrs loading. You are required to possess 6 load straps in order to get loaded!

This is not a great place for a driver to pick up a load, you make a phone call to check in but you got to be lucky to have them answer on the 10th times you try and they take for ever to get you loaded after, i got there at 4:30 am its 9:30 am i had called over and over to find out why they take so long nothing happens don’t even no yet they will be done loading me and i have only 7:38 left on my 14 hours for today, it’s 18 hours and 44 of driving to get to delivery

Very slow while getting loaded ... take their sweet time before they answer the phone . Got here on time for my appointment but they answered the phone 1 hr later and started saying I was late. Second time coming here never again.

We waited for over 5 hrs to get loaded. The broker, (refused to give his name), refused to pay us detention. He is stating that FCFS loads do not pay detention. The brokerage company is Smith Eagle Logistics. Very dishonest and disappointed that we waited without getting paid for the long wait.

Arrived night before as has overnight parking. 7am appt, they put us in dock at 6:40 and loaded and leaving at 7:10.

This has become a new experience for me. It’s had some ups and down, but I have full faith in the direction of the management team we are still building. Soon enough we will be proudly supplying communication to the world. To me, that’s kind of a big deal when I call my family.

I’ve been here couple of months now , and I was in disbelief how this place can even function with such disorganization and no discipline at all . A month ago we got a new outbound manager , this guy did so much already to improve the whole operation!This place is becoming better place to work each passing day ,he brought much needed discipline and work culture and I really enjoy coming to work now.It looks like this guy does appreciate hard workers and I believe that hard workers will be rewarded with his management skills and there will be growth opportunity.

Very bad experience. I am a local commercial driver came to this warehouse to pick up a hot shot delivery spent 3 hours at the dock. The customer that was waiting for the order kept calling my dispatch on where the product was. Really unorganized. I sat for almost 4 hours to get this product. I have never seen anything like it.

If your still waiting for your money call the labor department right now. The Dallas office will do a complaint over the phone. This company asked me as a lead to switch damaged material for good material in another warehouse to avoid repair and damaged cost on the material they had no business managing. I cant believe T-Mobile has allowed this company to miss lead and rob them. Do not work for this company. They have no idea how to run a warehouse and have no respect for OSHA. Ive seen the trainer for the lifts certifications go up on a lift with no harness at all. I still have the pictures. This is not a professional company. It took them 7 hrs to load just 8 pallet on my truck , I checked in earlier and they told me theyll give me a call in about 30 minutes to dock my trailer but that didnt happen till I started following personally, I realized after shift change they were not even aware of my presence n my contacts had been lost .

Picked up a load on a Sun which took them a while to load even though they assigned a door pretty as soon as i checked in. Takes them a while to consolidate your product and load it into the truck so bring your patience.

I wouldnt recommend anybody to work there...Poor communication skills from the managers along with part owner Jared Krumpler... Jared fired me because I chose not to train anyone for FREE lol... The owner gave me a week to learn my job assignment or else he was going to bring someone else in to do it. I already knew how to do it. The problem reallyoccurred when I refused to train a manager on how to do their job... On top of those bad checks bouncing!!! The management is terrible and they dont know how to talk you...They talk at you like you are slaves. So if u have any respect for yourself let that be the last stop... They have one of the biggest turn over rates... I was fired on 10/15/2018 and I am still fighting to get all of my wages from those crooks.

This is a terrible company to work for they are not professional. I worked for the company before they moved to the hub in Arlington I worked as the picking supervisor. Management treat the employees like slaves and they don’t show them any respect. The owner is always at the job complaining about something he talks crazy to his whole staff . I can say you will get plenty of hours that’s the only good thing. Contractors were not getting paid along with the employees I’ve seen checks bounce over 5 times and they take forever to get you your money. I’m still owed over 4,000 dollars in retro pay that I still haven’t received and probably want ever seee.The management does not have the knowledge to run a warehouse this size I’m not sure if any of them ever been in a production warehouse. They also fire people for personal reasons.IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Worst place ive ever considered employment at. Managment is horrible and lacking in every area. Noone seems to know what the hell theyre doing. Working 7 days a week and overtime almost everyday due to horrible managing of employees. The people that do stay there is because of the lack of supervision and the amount of work they do to get get a paycheck paycheck will most likely bounce from what ive heard. Up to a month before you recieve the first check. Major banks and check cashing services will not accept checks from them.

I worked for this company on July 19 2018 as a n independent contractor and since then I have not been paid my wages $1487.00. Attempts to reach the chief accountant called Melissa Drapper have been futile because she has chose to remain mute and never to respond to my emails, text, callls voice mail or even after calling sevearal times and beeing talled to leave endless voice messages that never yield nothing. I am disapointed and considering to sue them either in a civil court or dispute resolution center in Forth Worth Texas.Tellworks finance department very disrepectifully corrupt with highly unprofessional and irresponsive management please do not work for this company please,please for you are likely to fall prey.

DO NOT WORK HERE manager tells you that you are going to work 8hrs a day then after the first week you are forced to work 12 hrs a day including saturday and sunday, they treat you with no respect at all they yield at you then they come get you from break room if you are 1 min over, on fridays they dont want to give you your check, they give it to you at 6pm when you finish your shift i mean come on bank is closed at that time..

App for 1 pm,check in at 11 am.By 5 pm still nothing. Avoid this place!!!!.No trace of managers here.Run fast as you can.!!!!!

Worst management ever the supervisors dont know nothing about the warehouse all the leads on second shift are related if they dont want you to be there they will get you fired the lead none of them know how to talk to no one they should have never been leads the favorite get to come n leave when they want too the leads ride around on a golf cart all day it takes 4/6 weeks before you get your first full check NOT a safe environment u might get hit by someone on the equipment Labor Department need to be call on them
