Had 11 pm appointment. Got me right in and started unloading me within 20 minutes. Kind of tight in spots though. Depending on what dock you get. Safe parking on the street.

Been here few times always smooth process it take an average of four hours to get unload good enough for a good rest ,friendly guy at receiving office.

Alright if you dont mind BURNING your clock up. 11 hours 45 minutes to unload 7200 pound load. Would avoid if possible.

Not sure about other guys. Got here parked on technology called the number took a few tries to get through once I did got immediate door 45 mins before appointment and done 40 minutes later 55$ lumper

Good people.Park on street. Call them they will give door. Then go to checking office and pay lumper.

Worst McLane ever . Appointment at 2pm got door at 3:15 . I was being told that someone will come out and tell me to open the door. Waited 3 hrs for a lumper to open the doors . Talk to the people in office for my load . First they said they forgot then they told me to open the door at -10 . Waited again for 40mins to get load. But still no signs for being loaded .

Appt. 0530 8/21Check in. 2300 8/20Door. 0130. 8/21Out. 0400. 8/21...overall this is a Great facility to deliver to. Right off the freeway. There is plenty of street parking at your own risk. Most trucks park on street even though it has no parking signs.You go to your assigned door and there is a gentleman by door 29 that will take your paperwork outside and when unloaded will bring it to your truck.I was immediately unloaded. Most time was waiting for product to be counted and received.I had no lumper fee and dont know if there is a lumper service here

This location has a really bad habit of scheduling more trucks then they can handle causing a parking problem around the warehouse.Id make sure you come in with plenty of hours and snacks as times to being called to a door then load/unload then waiting for bills can be very long.

Appt at 3am, checked in at 3am and got a door right away was handed paperwork at 435

Arrived 11:00 am sun morning for 2:00 am Monday morning appointment. Parked on street.Called at 11:00 pm Sunday night immediately assigned door.Unloaded by 1:00 am Monday morning.Lumper $55Great job guys.Thank You!

The worst place to drop off the load, my Appointment time was 11pm Sunday night and there was no parking outside they had assigned me dock at 11:07 then now its 2:30AM still Unloading in process, taken $105 lumper fee

This is one of the worst mclanes location checked in 11pm unloading finished and paperwork handed at 0730am never again will deliver here.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! This is the worst warehouse I have ever seen. My appointment was at 4am. I been here from 3am to 12pm. 9 hours still waiting to get unloaded. I canceled my other load which I booked a week ago because the pick up time was at 12pm. The worst thing is it is Friday. I will spend my weekend in truck stop waiting for Monday. Iwill never came back here again.

Expect to be here for a while. Check in process is weird. Park on the street, WALK to the gate to check in. They will take your phone number then call you when its your turn to drive in. 6 hr. unload time at best. Staff is friendly enough.

I have a live unload they start to unload at 11:00 pm

**NO PARKING ON STREET ANYMORE** No longer allowed and cops will come knocking. This place doesn’t start truck load/unload until 11pm, some of the docks are very hard to get into, lots of clutter and very slow. Once done you cannot park on street, you must keep on kicking. I will never return to this place.

Stay away from this place. My sister works here and they have extremely high Covid-19 numbers. She was exposed on the 15 and was not told until 10 days later. She has been exposed several time in the warehouse. CDC guidelines are not being met... No masks, no extra cleaning. She was told by HR to get a doctors note to quarantine and she did. Now the head of HR is denying her note. I heard the lady helling at my sister.

Couple 3 hour to unload. Parked on street all night, no problems with police. Street gets a little tight with truck parked on both side of road.

Was seeking, employment. Due to my desire to relocate. The people were very nice, & friendly. It seems like a great company to work for, especially for a guy, or girls first truck driving job. Only problem I even seen with the job. Was one, its all touch freight, and second. You pay for your own health benefits. Other than that, the job did have a few benefits also..

Show up on time for your appointment and you will have no problems. Park on street and call to check in. # on the gate. Have your PO# when you call.

Parking is kinda tight depending on which dock your assigned, the whole place feels cramped compared to their other facilities. Theyre pretty good at unloading though. When parking out on the street please dont get so close to the gate entrance because you have to swing wide to avoid hitting the rocks and poles.

Only haul McLane freight unless your in a bind. There all the same, slow to unload, overpriced lumpers and disorganized. Been to these places coast to coast and have yet to find a decent one.

If you are coming to drop off dry load at this place please think twice it’s takes 5 hours to get unloaded ,It is worst place no parking at the street every where No parking sign only the shipping receiving people are very nice that the reason I give them one star

Good truck parking, quick unload. Walk to gate and push buzzer at 1045pm sharp. Not 1042 or 1044, they answer buzzer at 1045. They do have a lumper fee that varries by company. Do not pull into driveway until you have checked in, if for some reason they are not ready for you youll be backing out. a normal delivery from start to finish usually takes about 2 hours

Very slow unload time. My appointment was at 4am...it is now 7:22am and Im still here. I feel that if the take this long to unload me, I should not be obligated to pay the lumper fee. They should pay me for detention time at the dock!

I was there for employee meeting to get ready for Lent season everybody was very nice. They served us lunch and it was great and all I had an awesome time

On their hiring process they didnt say no gaps or stable job history. Waste of time and Stephanie was rude.

Appt time was 1 am- they don’t start unloading until 11 pm. I called at 10 pm before appointment time and was in a door by 10:45. In and out in about an hour. I was the only truck let in early. Don’t understand why anyone had any problems here.

Arrived at 1700hrs for a next day 0100hrs delivery appt.Lot of curbside parking available and is safe.Receiving starts at 2300hrs, but its best to wait until about 45 minutes before your appt time. I got put right on a door at 0015hrs. HAVE your PO# in hand before pulling up to gate intercom.Nice people.

I usually Cringe when I get a McLane delivery. But I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and speed of the receiving staff and lumper service. It was pouring down rain and they brought the bills out to me when I was done. There is on street parking.

7 hrs to unload. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the office people were friendly.

7am appointment checked in at the call box with my load of green beans at 6:15am was in a door checked in at receiving at 6:35rolled out the gate empty at 7:15am.This was on a Monday morning. No lumpers for this load.

Arrived at 4:30 am for a 7am appointment they put me in a door and was empty at 6:30 am. 17 pallets $55 lumper fee, no cash or CC must be EFS/COMDATA. I parked on street at 6:30 pm and nobody bothered me.

4.5 hours from appointment time till I get paper work. What a joke

Receiving starts at 2300hrs, usually in/out 1-3hrs depending on volume, lump fees check only, recieving dept friendly.

If your a driver, Stay far away from this place. They will hold you up hours on end with no communication.

Best place to work, I enjoy going to work and the people I work with.

Get you in and get you out within a couple hours..Backing area is kinda tight with little much room..But overall good place

Night and day difference in this McLane and the one in Shawnee,KS I praised them for accepting my husband load 4 days early, just wait for almost 4 hours and then back up door 11.Qualcomm appt.1-04-19 23:00 its to early park at the curb by the way dont bother to walk to intercom or call 23:00 is 23:00.Late (suggestions) charge the company big time not penalized the driver cuz when we got there the sun was sunny and bright, when we leave the sun is sunny and bright😣😞

Would of rate 5 stars but had to bump it down lower unload it trailer real quick but I’m still waiting on paper work and it been almost 2 hours

Words cannot explain my experiences here. But when I came here in the past they got me in and out pretty quick. Sometimes if they was behind you had to wait a little. Dont give them a hard time and they wont give you one.

Very impressed with this McLane facility. 0400 appt time, walked up to gate and used intercom to check in at 2330, gave my cell number and was called in at 0140. Unloaded and paperwork in hand at 0315! Time for a nap and make next pick up in Garland with a quick stop at the Blue Beacon Express Washout.

You can park on the street until 11 PM and call even if your appointment is 6 AM, if they can they will unload early. After unloading I would not recommend to park on the street, cop comes and grinds drivers early morning.

Any other McLanes I’ve been to , out within 2hrs. Anytime u come here, u are here for at least 4hrs. All they need to do is hire the amount of personnel they need for what has to be done. Instead they want to waste the drivers time & fuel. Never here again.

Good place for loading and unloading, plenty of space for backing. The receiving debt was courteous.

Been sitting here for two hours so far and not unloaded. I only have four pallets. Red light has been on for 2 hours had to go and complain because I have another load I have to deliver . so its going to look like Im going to lose a whole days pay cuz these people suck.

I had cooking oil and empty 45 min after appointment time. $55. Guess I lucked out!

They were fast at getting the truck unloaded, but the wait for the paperwork and to be released was crazy

McLane is a huge food suplier/distributor for plenty stablishments like 7/11, Burger king etc. Great, Wonderful..! As big contracts they have $$$$$$....Big ...Sorry! Huge or higher would be the maintenance and look of their place...But it isnt! Big is the sad and deceptional reality of finding out that they have thief a/o careless employees working for this so busy branch... Totally deceptive and speechless coming specially for a greqt & busy area as is DFW Junction. How can they expect good, safe, guarantee customer service...When they have careless employees who steal your tools for the implementation of safety in their own cargo and customers..? Where are the persons in charge ...?

This is the best place I have ever delivery load people are very welcome just keep ur appt .two.hrs before ur appt time it ok or call and ask them also dont forget lumber fee $55 dollar

Make sure that youre not early and youre not late this place is strictly by appointment. I had a 2 am appointment and was finished being unloaded in about an hour or so.There is street parking over night there.

This place really sucks. Been waiting on a count for 5 hours now. And I still dont understand why customers charge to unload theyre freight.
