Big promises in order to get paid - absolutely ZERO work done. No follow up , no results. They literally talk big to get you locked into payments and then disappear.It’s called STEALING. I’ll be contacting Better Business Bureau. Maybe the police. I’m sure my money is gone but at least I can warn others. DO NOT FALL for the promises and talk this is a SCAM. I hired them 9 months ago. All they did was take my money. Literally did NOTHING.

This place is awesome. Thank you! Short version, they did what they said they would do. Our scores (my wife and I) are up high enough to buy a house in January as planned, and through their guidance we saved even more money toward a down payment. Absolutely the worst. They were so adamant and responsive before I signed a contract. Immediately after I signed they were unresponsive. Credit didnt do very much. I had to beg to nullify contract and after the subscription ended, they continue to pull money out of my account. Every month I have to file a claim with my bank. They literally steal money. If youre smart you would heat what I am saying

This is going to sound like a backwards compliment, but here it goes. My husband and I came to Upgrade My Credit 5 months ago full of great hope for a quick improvement, even though the told us it takes time. After 2 1/2 months I admittedly wanted to see more results. I called and talked with our credit coach and she then had the owner of the company , Blair Warner call me back. He very graciously and patiently explained the process to me again, and exactly what to expect. I was very impressed that the owner of the company would take that time and how intimately aware of our case he was. I am sure they have many other clients. I felt a lot better. (I can be impatient sometimes). Now, after 5 1/2 months I cant believe it. Our score is up almost 100 points, and we are closing Oct 9 on a refinance that will save us a ton of money. I can definitely back Monicas review. Something in my gut told me not to trust Blair, but he persisted & continuously called until he got a sign up. So 1 star we have to give for that?!? I asked him about the BBB review & he said he would be handling her (Monicas) case himself like he would mine, not to worry. The min I signed up, he became unreachable, he replies to 20% on average of my emails, promises he will send what hes done so far & does not. Worst part is, I trusted him, told him that my tax refund had been garnished by student loans & I was worried sick they would attach my income next. Well over a month later, my wages are now being garnished. I specifically even told Blair in emails & on phone they are calling me & he said to ignore. I HAVE HAD TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY NOW & there is not a single thing disputed by BLAIR OR HIS COMPANY ON MY CREDIT!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY AKA BLAIR OUT OF HIS HOUSE!!!!

CROOKS!!! Paid Blair money to clean up credit inquiries and he never did anything. Called multiple times, emailed, and texted and he never returned my calls.

I started working with this company back in April.Blair came recommended to me from my mortgage broker. I was hesitant to reach out to Blair because I had a few past experiences that were not so pleasant so it was hard for me to trust that things would turn out like the picture that they paint for you when you first reach out to them.At first it seemed like this experience was going to turn out like all the other experiences but I quickly noticed results within the first 3 months. Towards the end I needed two negative items on my credit removed and one of the two items were from a debt collecting company called NCC (AKA the hardest collection agency to get to remove items) and Blair worked a miracle with this company to get them to delete all negative items from my credit report.In addition, he also got multiple others to be removed as well. We had the opportunity to see Blairs company in action when we referred a buyer to them.While they were under contract on a home, 3 weeks before settlement, our buyers had the most unfortunate circumstance take place... an old collection popped up on their credit report and their score went down 20 or 25 points, I dont remember exactly, but enough to disqualify them for their loan program.We told them about Blairs services, and they contacted him at Upgrade my Credit.
