Do not waste your time going to this place and expecting that your problem will be solved. They could not figure out what the problem was with my iPad 2 and had me wait for two weeks to tell me that there are multiple problems that could not be fixed.i took the iPad to another place in Springfield and they figured that the only problem was the screen and replaced it and gave it back to me the next day. iPad is like new now
