CTG has done a great job of increasing our computer security and keeping things running smoothly. They are rare in that they do what they say they will do. They are quick to respond and do a great job. I highly recommend them as a MSP.

He took my issue personally and I received top notch customer service as well as a resolution to my problem (a problem that a certain software company whos own tech couldnt figure out the issue with their own spreadsheet program). I noticed that I wasnt getting notifications from my spam filter service. I put in a ticket with CTG asking them to check into the issue for me as I was waiting on a receipt I felt like was stopped by the filter. Within a few minutes, I received a call from Anthony. He had already checked my spam box and said he would change my settings to receive a notification even if I had no spam. I felt like he cared about my issue and wanted to solve the problem for me, even though it was a minor issue.
