Thomas made my first time experience the best. He was very helpful and attentive. He also got me out in a quickly matter while making sure everything was done right and in order! I would definitely recommend coming here.

Usually get great service when the manager is there. Today she was not; and the supervisor chose not to allow the purchase of a couple hundred dollars in change for my store.

I was there on Friday to cash my check and unfortunately no one was able to assist me therefore I had to leave! Today I went in already feeling upset thinking I was going to get the same answer but thank God for Edgar he was able to speed up the process with my check and get me out of there faster than I thought!! He had great customer service!!

Im very pleased with the service at this location. Ive sent money to my family for several years now. I had an issue about a week ago in which everywhere I went to they would give me a number to call instead of actually helping me. I decided to give this store a chance and I am just amazed by the patience these employees have. They take their time to explain and actually help you. I went to cash my check and had a really good experience. I had given up because no one would cash it for me and I decided to check this place out for the first time. The manager named Debbie was very helpful and explained the process to me since it was a new check being introduced to their company. We had a large insurance check that no one would cash not even the bank it was drawn on. We went to three places including our bank and had no luck. We came to PLS and they were able to help us quickly. Violet was amazing and so helpful.

I had a check for almost 2k and couldnt find a place to cash. with the banks being closed on the 12th, I was in hurry for the money. Walmart didnt cash, ace wouldnt cash, and even a gas station wouldnt cash it. it was my first time visiting this store. and I was greeted by alma with a big smile. she asked for a good number to call and verify my check I gave it to her. and not even 5 minutes later she cashed my check..

Nasty customer service. I asked for an envelope and the lady charge me a quarter however I didnt have it on hand so I asked can I pay with card she ignored me and told me to have a nice day. Cmon its only one envelope this is ridiculous 🙄 people are so selfish these days
