An amazing haircut! I had an appointment with Crystal at 2:30pm, and I like to get there a bit early, and when I got there it was around 2:05pm, and she took me early. She was very professional, very polite, and I felt very at ease. I will definitely go back because i have been looking for a go-to spot.

For the price I expected better. Im better off with my other barber even though its further.Came for a trim and it was uneven and was still charged full price. I even tipped cuz I felt bad. The workers are nice but I wont be coming back it would be 1 star if the service wasnt nice. Environment is good but Im not sold on the haircut. Im still on a mission to find a good local barber.

Last time I went there, I had a great haircut. So I went again. But this time, it felt like the girl did not know what she was doing at all. She butchered my hair. I feel like I rather cut all my hair to go bald instead of the hair style she did. I am only giving two stars because at least she was nice.

I choose not to get my haircut anywhere else. Gotta say, Chelsea is my new favorite stylist. Ive been going to her several times now and she does not disappoint. Thank you Chelsea for the great cut and experience! Looking forward to my next visit.

Was a nice suitable place, including atmosphere, not in comparison to places I have been because I usually go to a barber thats in the hood near me. Considering I am a woman, my cosmo was great and welcoming. I felt no judgement from her (Mycah)-I believe thats her name. I gave a four because I usually get a brush from hair around my neck and face. Other than that I will return, hopefully my review doesnt interfere with service

I went there for the first time. Great place, Chelsea is crazy nice, she bared with me to understand what I want and I know I can be annoying sometimes when I cut my hair, and she aced my haircut from the first time.The service is great, and Chelsea is very talented, all I needed was to show her a photo and she knew what to do.My only point is that I wouldve loved to have my hair also brushed or straighten it as my hair is wavy and O normally like to be all ready when Im done. BUT, I sure am going back and Chelsea is my recommended barber for anyone whos looking for a great haircut.

Finally my search for an haircut salon is done. Got my haircut done by Aimee , she is way too talented. I had my expectations at a certain level before the haircut but once it was done it was way too better than what I expected. Who ever is still searching stop doing that and go to Knockouts haircut .

Ive been going to this place since it opened and its always an enjoyable experience. The Heavyweight (haircut, 2 shampoos, neck shave and neck/shoulder massage) is one of the best deals youll find. A couple of times over the years Ive tried different places like The Boardroom that are more expensive and give you less than Knockouts. This location had management change a couple of months ago that has lead to an even better experience as Ashlee has made positive changes in small things like store layout and big things like ensuring the staff is cheerful, conversational, and attentive. Even if theres a wait - grab a free beer and watch some sports on TV while you wait. Highly recommend.

Called to make an appointment. Margarita answered. She was very professional and scheduled me immediately. My hair wasnt looking great at all. i needed a miracle worker. She not only did a great job, but far exceeded my expectations. She also shaved my beard and did a better job than i could do. No razor burn. Again, margarita was fantastic and i will be back again.

My husband loved it. The environment was very relaxing and welcoming. Brandi did an excellent job at cutting his hair and even got him to wax his eyebrows for the first time. You will not be disappointed.

Im giving this place 5 stars because unlike other mens salons Ive been to, they allow the girls working here to dress in their own clothes rather than as some gross, losers sexual fantasy barber. Honestly that means a lot to me and, as a bonus, in the year that Ive been going to this location Ive only recieved one cut that I wasnt entirely pleased with so they seem to have a pretty competent staff. Sadly, the location is near where I work and I mostly come in on my lunch hour so I can never take advantage of the complementary beer and alcohol that they offer but its there and it would be totally rad if I could. Its just a nice place to get a clip, a wash, and a hot towel in under an hour without have to demean anyone.

I made an appointment 3 days in advance. I arrived 15 mins early and was asked if I had an appointment to which I replied yes. I was then asked to sign in and was told I would be helped as soon as they had an available stylist. They took a walk in. Yes a walk in was taken in before someone with an appointment. I used to use knockouts all the time but no unfortunately I shall not return.

My name is Adam Flores I will not be returning I went to the black lady with long braids , I GOT MY BIRTHDAY hair cut here and the buzzers hurt she kept asking me if it looked okay so that kept giving me red flags 🚩 left lines In my fade made the back of my hair look like a mushroom i was not a satisfied customer I did not want to pay her but I did anyways . All I asked for was a simple taper not even nothing off the top and threw the whole process it’s like I had to walk her threw it now I want to cut all my hair off

The service has gotten poorer over the last couple of months. I use to love coming and getting my haircut here and my stylist was wonderful . She always went above and beyond when i got my services. The atmosphere then was a lot more welcoming and vibrant. Now it seems dull and lifeless with unpleasant service compared to the way it was before. I dont know why this is so but, do you know how i can get a hold of my stylist? Joselyn was her name and i need to find out where she works now so i can get this haircut fixed.

This place is hit or miss on who cuts your hair. I got 2 good hair cuts out of 6. This last time was not good missed hair on Back of neck and behind one ear. Time to go somewhere else.
