A wonderful venue with very polite and capable staff, its worth a look for your next function if its in your budget.

What a nice view. No official point! Its an office floor. No professional Cameras allowed. There are a realy friendly woman. Thanks that I could take some nice pictures.

The view is nice. The event space is small. The elevator feels like the tower of terror. I cannot speak highly of the staff as they seem overwhelmed, disorganized, and disengaged with a shoulders shrug worth of enthusiasm.

Beautiful location! You can see all the monuments and the whole skyline of DC from here. Truly an incredible view. The staff was nice and facility clean. Parking was easy too. The entrance is a little tricky to find because the parking is behind the building. You have to walk around the side to get to the entrance. Overall a great experience.

The Venue’s view is extraordinary but the decor is outdated. The booking staff is very disorganized and does not accept accountability. I do concur with other reviews that it is unsafe and does not comply to the National Fire Marshall’s Code of safety. There is only one method of entry and exit which is the elevator. No one is allowed to access the stairs and the additional elevators are locked for local residents. The working staff that assist during your event are extremely helpful and courteous but the booking staff does not communicate efficiently with them. This Venue is good for ordinary events that would like to impress their guest with the view ONLY.

Had a wonderful fundraiser and reception there last night. The views are spectacular. The facility is roomy and well appointed. It was easy to move around and mingle as well as get to the food and beverages. There was ample parking. My daughters school has used it for Senior Class dinners in the past.If you want a memorable evening and know, in no uncertain terms, that you are in Washington DC then this is the only venue that I have ever been to that affords this.

Beautiful Venue with stunning views. Only issue was the wedding DJ was severely limited on what could be played because of decibel levels.

Good: The view is really outstanding; better than I imagined, even. The food we had was also easily the best catered wedding food Ive had.Bad: It often felt cramped. The wedding guests were bottlenecked at the one, slow elevator... into the one, narrow hallway. Then the room the service was held in was wide-but-narrow, and cocktail hour was a logistical necessity so that the room divider could be removed, and the reception area get expanded back into where the service was.

Rental venue with a wow view starting from the elevator up to walking through the hall and then to the venue area itself. Great for small weddings/reception, dinner parties. Have an outdoor patio great for pictures and can set up a bar.

Omg! Amazing view of DC. I think its one of the best that Ive seen. Unfortunately they only have catered events. However if you are having a function and want a great location this is sure to impress with the spectacular view. The windows stretch across the entire room facing into DC to view all of the monuments. There is a nice outdoor patio as well.

The view was excellent, its perfect for a wedding 80 to 100 to sit comfortably. I do recommend that they do something with the reflection of their windows for glare its a photographers nightmare for editing. Recommendation would be silver( actual silver windows) for it filters all spectrum of light better.

This place is has an absolutely beautiful view of DC. Could use a little updating. But just a great venue for a party.

The view is phenomenal. I am blessed to have a friend who resides in the building. Imagine viewing fireworks on 4th of July from there; amazing.

Staff is pretty rude, not thorough, or communicate well. Several times we got in a shouting match with Kate for items in our contract not thoroughly explained, we worked out a time to end our party and one of the chaperones cut our wedding short, any small addition is an extra charge. The venue has a breathtaking view but tons of restrictions such as no stomping/hard dancing, no subwoofers, any outside catering or djs not approved are an additional charge. In hindsight we couldve went with the near by hotel with a similar view for thousands less. I will say they did introduce us to Paris Caterers which is a huge plus. If you want a stress free experience this place is not for you.

Nice view of the DMV, but it only has one elevator, if something were to happen in the building people probably wouldnt survive. To me it is an unsafe place to have a large gathering.
