The young lady in the office, Aerial(spelling?), really knows how to handle any situation. Very customer oriented, pleasant and professional. Shes an asset to your company, especially in todays world of negative and angry people, she was kind and helpful.I really felt taken care of.Id like to thank both Aerial and Sam, her area manager for all the help. False advertisement on website and verbal info provided by the reservationist. Website and the person who I spoke to on the phone informed me that they had availability for rental spot for a semi without the trailer. Received email reservation and confirmation prior to the scheduled appointment time. Once I arrived, was told by the front desk lady and mgr that the lot doesn’t allow semi parking due to “ asphalt” parking spot. Waste of time and false advertisement. Beware!

Awesome staff! Very helpful. The manager Liz is real and knows and understands people go through things that flip their world upside down and out of their control. She let me vent for well after closing when I went to pay my rent one time. She didnt have to sit there and listen but she did!!! Awesome employee!!!

The 5 star is for the customer service you cant find that kind of customer service now a days even though I dont have a unit there but by going around looking for a storage was by far the best customer service I had there. The corporate people need to consider people like her and the maintenance guy name Steven its a waiste of time there paying him not doing his job I dont know who is the manager Liz or Steven cuz the guy thinks he knows what his doing but his customer service sucks corporate needs to hide this kind of people in the back its bad for business probably in the mean time I will rent a unit here Im settled in a better one now but really love Liz customer service

My experience was excellent. Irene the regional manager and Liz the lady on-site helped me a lot. As a single parent, moving was a nightmare. It took us a while but were settled. Our memories were secure thanks to these 2. Awesome people at this location!

Im very satisfied, theres a lady on-site super helpful & understanding. A move is really stressful but, I know my things are safe & Ill sleep better because I didnt pay outrageous prices for my unit.

I am a referred customer and so far everything is great the lady Liz is very personable and helps with my every need . I would definitely recommend securcare to anyone who needs a storage.

Things are changing it seems . i was hoping some care to the roadways to the units. the have huge potholes in them. i understand that expensive but they could at least patch it up . also the roadways after it rains have standing water for days. also without warning my gate code was changed so i couldnt get in to my unit. i dont understand why it is they have time to mess with my gate code but not repair the driveways and stuff.
