Had a bit of a mixed experience, at first, but there was this one guy there who really showed a lot of respect and class.I went in to get maintenance in a couple areas, and the shuttle service was supposed to take me somewhere, but they were being really flakey, so I had to wait the whole time.When the service rep found out about it, though, he was gracious, and gave me a coupon for the trouble.They had the TV set to Sci-Fi channel, which showed Michael Myers hacking families to bits.That was a bit odd, but otherwise, nice save by the customer service rep! (Haha)

It’s takes a lot for me to make time for this but my experience should be shared! I travel a lot for work but my car has sat at home for quite some time collecting dust. Sadly, a few tires to lost pressure, inspection fell past due, the oil begging to be changed and let’s face it, maintaining our vehicles take time and knowledge. So, we have to make sure if we can’t find the time to treat our vehicles with care and maintenance it’s requires and deserves than we find the best of the best that can. I have had vehicle serviced at this location since last year when I moved to Arlington and have not went elsewhere. They’re fast, keep me up to date with the needs of my vehicle, and make sure I’m riding clean.Kenneth, thank you sir and thank all of you for all that y’all do to keep us work travelers, safe on the rode.

I want to give a big shoutout to General Manager Matthew Luck, the Internet Relationship Manager Brandon Bough, and Finance Manager Kevin Collins. I came in for a quick peek at their used car lot and was blown away that they had a Toyota 86 that was is such great shape. After talking to Brandon and Matthew about the vehicle, I was sold. They were a trustworthy, professional and polite gentleman. Those two went above and beyond for me even though they had just met me. After the quick and easy negotiation, I was sent to Kevins office in which made the finance portion fast and straightforward. There were no games that these gentlemen played and wanted to make the process quick and easy. I will refer these three gentlemen to any friends or family member looking to getting into a new or used car. Ivan was my Service Advisor, he was great. They had free coffee, donuts and WiFi. They washed my car with the oil change. The rating wouldve been a 5 but they left a black foot print on the carpet of my drivers side because they didnt put the paper down before they stepped in the car. Ill have to attempt to clean it out😢
