My husband has this insurance (the worst) On the phone she speaks to you nice enough for you not to explode, BUT..... NEVER gets the job done. Ive been waiting for an email confirmation forever. Its rude to not complete service with one PAYING customer, and take on another. Its clear you cant walk and chew gum so take it one customer at a time. And PLEASE dont comment on this review about your other reviews, because this is mine. Ive been in sales for over 20 years and this isnt it. Do better. Were NOT asking for favors, hes a paying customer, the kind that keeps the lights on.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Called twice and I was place on hold for 10 minutes each time!!!! No word came out of my lips when they automatic answer say their greeting then on hold right away! Unacceptable!!A week later and STILL DONT RECEIVE the quote I requested!! Still disappointed! The only reason I updated to a 2 star is because Monica has been very nice since day 1 that I spoke with her other than that would still be a 1 star for this place.

The employees push for you to pay through an app, however, they forget or dont apply it to your policy. In the app it says to call after making the payment to ensure its applied to the policy. I did that monthly, however, I would get a cancellation of policy notice and then they would have to correct it and advise the insurance company that I paid week(s) prior.

Loving my new insurance company!!!! The agents are very helpful, attentive, and patient with all your questions, and insurance needs. Samantha is a great agent. Shes makes sure all your insurance needs are met. Too, the new Agent Alive app is great. Its very convenient. Just what I need is my life.

I love Low Rate.... the location, the customer service, and the rates. I have lived so close to the office that I have seen so many great faces and great service that I would never think about going elsewhere ever. We started using Low Rate about 2 years ago... and we were paying about $35.00 +/- a month for liability only... the monthly premium kept creeping up the last 6 to 8 months... was $42.00... up... up... up... my wife was told last month they would find us a Lower Rate... lol! the premium went from $57.00 to $62.00... my wife questioned why because to was suppose to go down... the salesperson said something about Hail... we have Liability Only and have Never (I repeat NEVER) filed a claim of any type.To sum it up... in my opinion Low Rate Insurance is gouging people, lying to their customers and taking full advantage of their customers lack of knowledge of insurance... telling them whatever it takes to charge more... I personally will never (I repeat NEVER) use Low Rate Insurance again! I hope this review saves someone their hard earned money and keeps them from getting ripped off...Ron Scott

I cant remember the Lady I spoke with over phone . She got me the most coverage for my truck with a affordable price for six month policy . I compared prices of all the major insurance companys . Im a excellent driver with NO WRECKS,NO TICKETS CLEAN driving record at 50 compared prices for 4 days I looked these companies are Higher then a Cats Back for car insurance . Highway robbery

They are nice but make it almost impossible to pay if you have any type of job. Online you can find nothing and cant make payments, open 9-5 only, long wait times if you call in, paying a fee regardless of how you pay. If I had time to look for another agency Id be gone already.
