They are generally focused toward Hispanic speaking customers I gather....I am not eligible to work there for non bilingual reasons. It was a quick appointment and all good. This location only had 2 desks and I have only seen one employee in there at a time. It can take a while if you rep gets a phone call and has to wait on someone else first

After being with Nationwide for a long time and policy cancelled due to $69 on the 5th, and I just got paid on the 8th! So, I went to La Familia on Abram St, and had no problems getting the full coverage I need! They were kind, respectable and pretty quick and knowledgeable of their products If I could only change the due date, because I pay rent on the 1st thru the 3rd of each month, would be great! Im legal again!
