I wanted to recognize Garrett R. at State Farm. He was so helpful from the get go! I needed to get car insurance and I appreciated that he didnt assume I knew or understood the car insurance language. He was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and what I loved the most was his examples of situations so I could better understand the policy. Its sad to say that excellent customer service isnt shown or seen that often, but Garrett really did show this and I have to recognize him and the company. My sister referred me and said, State Farm is the best! So far, shes right! I would recommend State Farm, and if you happen to talk to Garrett, youll definitely be taken care of!

I have been with State Farm for almost 7 years now. This group has been nothing but outstanding. I seem to always have changes to cars, home owners and miscellaneous items. They are ALWAYS courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of insurance. They have a customer for life.

In the 8yrs I’ve been with State Farm with my business vehicles, business equipment, personal vehicles, and rental property, I have never received such unprofessionalism from two individuals employed at this office. I called regarding my billing and spoke to Irma first, who was so defensive with the worst customer service attitude. Was very short answered, did not know how to explain my account, and would not listen. Then I asked her to speak to someone who could be of better assistance and she transferred me to Dilcia. She was also very rude and basically stated she did not care if I take my business elsewhere.

Awesome place, I have been a customer for over 15 years now. I originally started on my mothers plan when I was 18, then when I hit 25, took on my own plan. I have had renters, home owners, and auto insurance. They are very friendly, and dealing with them is easy. I have had to deal with 2 accidents, and a homeowners claim and they were on their feet the entire time. Even if you arent in Arlington (I am in Dallas now), you can keep them too.

After being a customer with Al Clark for over 20 years I feel I was treated very poorly. Cancelled with them and did not receive me appropriate refund and there quote was $40 higher on a newer car quote than other insurance.👎

I received good service from Als team and never had any issues with timely answers to my questions. I never filed a claim so I cant speak to their claim service. I left State Farm in November due to the recent price increase and new premium is 28% lower with same coverage and lower deductibles.I would still be with Mr. Clark if not for the cost.

I dont know whats going on with this office?.. I have been with state farm for a few years, always great service. However, the past few months have been very stressful. Sending me emails and letters that I need to sign, which I have many times but they can never find them. Also, been trying to get a hold of my agent for over a week and a half, even waited on the phone for over 10 minutes and no one got back to me. Thinking about changing Insurance!

After almost 40 years of loyalty, my family is being dropped because of one claim too many. It would be one thing if that was the only problem, but this firm has been doing everything it can to cheat us out of money for the past few months. They have been double charging both my family and my brother in law for his coverage. They also charged us for the month of April, even though they planned to drop us on April 1st, and we cancelled on March 12th. We have called multiple times and still have not received a full refund. At one point we got a check in the mail for $1.79 from them, with no description of what it was for. The number of challenges we have faced in trying to sort this out are too ridiculous to be simple mistakes. You cannot trust this firm or this company.

I had a policy at Al Clarks office for 17 years but when my husband and I bought a new home it was a disaster. Multiple phone calls got me no where. Al Clarks customer service was non-existent and I had to call the national office to fix the problems his office caused me.

Would definitely recommend nobody purchase insurance through this branch. They Dont care about the customers. Seems to be just about money. There are some rude agents, the one with blonde hair seems to be on something maybe meds. That’s not a good look for company.

Ive been with Mr. Clarke for years and is now being forced to find another company due to Mr. Clarkes agents having a lack of customer service . We begin noticing issues back in 2011 when the really bad tornado hit our neighborhood and caused a lot of damage and we noticed almost every insurance company in my neighborhood except State Farm. We did not hear from them until 3 or 4 days later. Mr. Clarke needs to have a come to Jesus meeting with his staff. I hate change but maybe its for the best.

Horrible service...tried to transfer my policy from San Antonio SF Agent who retired...whole office seems like they could care less about customers...Working with Irene for 3 weeks to get my policy moved and still wasnt done...another agent had it done in 3 days...I think they have been around so long they have plenty of money and dont care about new clients

Thnks to them I have saved over 180 month that just with auto my last ins co wouldnt even give me renters insurance . Now with state farm I got renters ins and auto for less than what I paid for one car insurance on my last company. Saved us loads money plus extras that dont cost us anymore on insurance. I dont think I ever will change companies again. :)
