This is a super professional and customer friendly company. I called them a day before I needed a tow and they had a scheduled appointment and invoice ready for me almost right away. They were transparent throughout the entire process and easy to talk to. The driver was super professional and friendly and had no problems with my car. It did not take much time either despite my car not being able to start and being stuck in the driveway for months. I highly recommend them as they are a local family owned company which is even more of a reason to support them!

Michael A. Was beyond professional he extended his help beyond his scope of the business. Gave me options on where to take my car for repairs, dropped my car off to be repaired, and gave me a ride home. Although I didnt have any cash on me, he showed good faith and trust and never asked for my credit card information for showing up or to be paid before beginning towing. Also may I add he never charged me anything extra for taking me home or taking it to the shop of my choice. $85 was the best deal ever!! I was really impressed with the way Michael showed so much empathy at my situation. He wanted ME to be satisfied and I can feel how genuine he was. He treated my situation as if it was his own. When he arrived at the drop off location (which I had never been to before) for my truck to get repairs, he took it upon himself to take photos of the area so that I can see and confirm if my vehicle should be left there. He also took a photo after dropping the vehicle from the tow truck so I can see the whole layout. I tell ya, he treated my 2005 Old Chevy Trailblazer as if it was a 2021 Mercedes! This company is great. It felt like an emergency to me to get my car towed. Within a very short time Micheal arrived to tow my car. These guys are top notch! I needed an emergency tow of my Roadrunner and they were there in 15 minutes. Very professional and the low acces ramp made loading my car very easy. They took extra care not to hurt my frame rails when tying it down. Its hard to find quality towing especially on short notice. I highly recommend these guys if you need a tow.

I called A & M Towing as my 1969 Camaro had an issue and I was stuck on at the side of the road. When I reached out to A&M they were very professional and sent Michael and a very nice flatbed truck that was set up to tow a low car. Michael was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to take care of loading my car in a way that did not damage anything such as the front spoiler or the low exhaust headers. I highly recommend A&M towing especially for any muscle car or exotic sports car.

Sunday, Oct.18 we had an incident with our 2003 Porsche Turbo on a bridge before the Oakdale exit on 190 in Grand Prairie. We had a shredded rear tire blowout!Michael with A&M Towing came to our rescue at 11:00pm. He had a flatbed tow truck equipped with a specially articulated bed necessary for picking up vehicles that are low to the ground. He took EXTREME care in loading our car! He is a professional, courteous and talented gentleman. I would highly recommend him to anyone facing the need for a tow truck.

I have had the pleasure of using their services two times when I locked myself out of my car. Both times it was late at night and in inconvenient weather. But they came as quickly as any late night on call service could arrive and delivered a speedy product which was access to my car keys. The first time I hired them via a third party contract service and that was a mistake because that third party contract service gouged me on price. The second time I contacted them directly and they delivered a reasonable price for a desperately needed product. I implore anybody who needs lockout services to contact them directly and they will give you a reasonable rate. I almost dont want to get a spare key to my car as a result of my interactions with these guys so far.

Tonight was just a bad day no it was a HORRIBLE DAY!! So much has happened in such little time that I already didn’t know how to process life and then all of a sudden my 2003 Honda Accord wouldn’t start in the middle of Walmart parking lot with me and my boyfriend!! UGH we called this towing company and a guy named Micheal came and OMG I WANT TO THANK HIM!! He has no idea that he made my day NO IDEA!!! He towed my care on the truck so nice and my car in my apartment complex parking lot so quick and so smooth!! My car doesn’t even look like it’s been towed. I want to Thank him. He is the best!!! So friendly and very professional. He even told me it’s my starter needs fixing (P.S. I’m going to need him again tomorrow morning hopefully I’ll get him to take the car to the mechanic lol)

I dont reccomend, Charge too much when you in need of a tow, yea we desperate @ that moment but that doesnt mean ya can TAX THAT A×% .$250 To get my sport bike towed home less than 8 miles away. Smh , and they said it takes almost 50 mins to load up and tighten up. Ok $250/hr lmao
